Not friendly or welcoming. Soda machine not working. People smoking outside the rooms. Limited parking spaces. Room was ok, linen was thin (threadbare). Only one chair in the room for two people to sit and eat.

(-) Some electrical outlets were loose. Room was not ready after I checked in. Floor still wet. Stairwell had slight smell of urine. (-) No restaurants or drive -thru places open near hotel area after 10pm. (+) Manager and housekeeper (very friendly) were very helpful. (+)Availability of parking spaces visible from my room. (- and +) Somewhat seedy location but there were a lot of cameras viewable from check-in office. Also saw two security folks doing patrols of hotel area.

Nice and clean and the desk clerk was friendly. The extra parking lot wasn’t full so I had no trouble parking my Jeep and Cargo Trailer.

I didn't know that there wasn't a swimming pool. I thought my daughter would have been able to go swimming. The breakfast did not have many options and no protein. Like eggs or bacon. They had Eggo waffles, toast and the coffee to was cheap. My fridge did not work

We have stayed here a few times. The location in convenient. It is no frills, basic hotel. It has a refrigerator and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet and plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and check in and out was fast. There was a continintal breakfast of waffles, fruit , and cerial. Nothing fancy. Overall, decent hotel for an overnight stay for the price. I would stay there again.

Bed was to soft, asked for room on first floor he said no problem and put me on the second floor. Had to go buy ice , machine was broken. The girl at 7/11 said their ice machine was always broken. Other than that it was okay.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and always restocked with clean linens and towels. Plenty of hot water for showers. The room was fairly priced for the area. The one negative is the carpets are heavily stained and need to be replaced. Overall I would stay there again.

The room stunk bad. B.O., cigarettes, musty. The couch was totally gross. We had to eat outside. Bed was comfortable enough, but we wouldn’t stay there again. Even toilet seat was very loose and swung just by lifting the lid.

Smell of mold or old smoke in non smoking room as soon as you walk in and intensifies in the bathroom. Room definitely was not maintenanced as there were noticable nail clipping all over. Requested another room and it was being cleaned and was told will have to wait 30 or so minutes, so family and I decided to stay elsewhere. Refund requested and granted.

The hotel was filthy, the room was filthy, the key did not work, people were smoking all around the property, two different kinds of chairs at the table in the room, ironing board was bent, and iron had burnt spots on it that I had to get rid of before I ironed my shirts. Check in was slow and took forever, and the little package pastries were half frozen for breakfast. It’s clear that this franchisee does not care about the Wyndham property that they manage. Very disappointing experience.

Cockroaches. Everywhere. In and out of the room within 10 minutes (photo evidence of both), yet they denied our claim for a refund as we allegedly “used the shower and the bed”. ended up paying the $140 for holiday inn anyways, should have just trusted my gut. it will be cheaper in the long run.

I had to wait a while to ck in because system was down. Carpet in room was filthy. Shower had no pressure and the pillows were lumpy. Bk of door was filthy. There was coffee in room, but no coffee maker nor iron and ironing board. Breakfast was horrible. Packaged tools, bread and pancakes. Two inks of cereal with warm milk. Not worth the 200+ charge for the night. AC didn’t throw out cold air.

Upon arrival saw kids playing outside of room. Lots of street noise. Limited breakfast packaged goods. The coffee was decent. I was afraid I’d have trouble sleeping because of the outside noise but the room air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t hear anything else. I slept soundly. Bed was comfortable and clean but the bed linens had holes in them.

Tv doesn’t work; mold just painted over; shower spigot sprayed water everywhere; super noisy; breakfast was awful. The second room we got switched to wreaked of smoke and the AC didn’t work well, so we got moved back to the first room with the mold and shower/tv all messed up. Not a good stay at all

Earlier in the day I called and requested a room close to the elevator and was told it would not be a problem. My wife and I are handicapped and struggle with long walks. The person who checked us in did not care about my request and gave us a room furthest from the elevator.

We had to wait about 45 minutes to checkin because of technical problems, The manager never said sorry for the wait but rather gave us the impression he was doing us a favour fixing the issue.

Terrible. I don’t know what’s going on here but the staff that was there on our 3rd night wouldn’t give us towels after a long day at SeaWorld. The man the day prior gave us towel on problem with no questions asked. He said towels on that 3rd night were $20. I don’t know if he was trying to pocket the money? The next morning at checkout, we followed up and the employee said they did not charge for towels. The room also smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and there are lots of shady looking people around. Don’t stay here for a family trip. It’s ridiculous and they lie. Expedia tried to help but the hotel didn’t care to resolve the complaint.

Visiting family for several days, this motel was about a mile from their house and a couple blocks from freeway access, very convenient. Fridge, microwave and table with chairs. Safe, short walk to local Thai, Pizza, Starbucks, etc. Staff were kind and responsive. Very clean, daily housekeeping visit. On site safety well monitored.

We arrived from our lengthy flight at night and were told the computers were down and we could not check-in. The manager was on his way and would be there in twenty minutes an hour later he arrived. After sitting and waiting for this man you would think there would have been at least an apology. None of the people at the front desk were overly friendly or helpful. If the room had not been prepaid we would have left no matter what the hour. Our room was not very clean and their breakfast is a joke, there are 3 floors of rooms and the breakfast area has 3 tables for 2.

It started terrible I tried checking in no person on site kept knocking ringing the bell waited 15 minutes alone infront of hotel finally a couple showed up stayed with me until the guy finally showed up I was so upset tired just flew in from a six hour flight tired everything else was great.

It started terrible I tried checking in no person on site kept knocking ringing the bell waited 15 minutes alone infront of hotel finally a couple showed up stayed with me until the guy finally showed up I was so upset tired just flew in from a six hour flight tired everything else was great.

There was a homeless person living in a junk car in front of my room in the parking lot. The mgr said they would move it but didn't. Eyesore and a little scary. I did not feel safe.

This was an ok no frills hotel. The room was clean and good for a night just to sleep over. Breakfast was just a continental breakfast with Eggo type waffles, cereal, fruit and pasties. The area was a little shady with homeless people hanging around near the property. But the hotel itself was fine.

Visiting family for several days, this motel was about a mile from their house and a couple blocks from freeway access, very convenient. Fridge, microwave and table with chairs. Safe, short walk to local Thai, Pizza, Starbucks, etc. Staff were kind and responsive. Very clean, daily housekeeping visit. On site safety well monitored.

Unfortunately the entire hotel smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and weed smoke, even in the non-smoking rooms. The rooms themselves were disgusting, I get this is a cheap hotel but is it that hard to run a vacuum? The bed sheets were at least clean. The shower had mold in it. When they say continental breakfast, they mean frozen waffles and a juice machine.

Upon arrival saw kids playing outside of room. Lots of street noise. Limited breakfast packaged goods. The coffee was decent. I was afraid I’d have trouble sleeping because of the outside noise but the room air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t hear anything else. I slept soundly. Bed was comfortable and clean but the bed linens had holes in them.

I didn't know that there wasn't a swimming pool. I thought my daughter would have been able to go swimming. The breakfast did not have many options and no protein. Like eggs or bacon. They had Eggo waffles, toast and the coffee to was cheap. My fridge did not work

Tv doesn’t work; mold just painted over; shower spigot sprayed water everywhere; super noisy; breakfast was awful. The second room we got switched to wreaked of smoke and the AC didn’t work well, so we got moved back to the first room with the mold and shower/tv all messed up. Not a good stay at all

Where to start. The refrigerator didn't work. The cable channels never unscrambled. The continental breakfast was bad coffee and Fruit Loops. The worst part though, has to be that whenever someone used the stairs the entire room shook!

The room was clean. Only thing was missing was the iron and ironing board but luckily I didn't need it for the few days I was there. The major thing that stood out to me was my hotel room door had a big gap at the bottom of the door to where I had to place a towel there to keep anything that may wanted to come in, meaning bugs or rodents. I didn't have any issues with anything coming into my room. The hotel is in a great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was really nice and helpful when I needed it. As for the Continental breakfast, that can be much better in my opinion. What was offered was not adequate to a breakfast. They should have more varieties of what they offered something along the lines of sausage, patties or links and actual waffle maker to make waffles instead of Frozen ones. Different varieties of muffins, bagels, boiled eggs, oatmeal, etc.

Check and recheck your room Before you leave anything left behind you wo t get back. A stuffed animal for a special needs child was accidentally left behind and it wasn't turned in Table was broke so it dumped our dinner on the floor. Ran out of hot water after two people took shower They did act quickly when a lady was disturbing the night and called police
