Don’t let the word “BEST” fool ya! My room didn’t have a table or chairs. I had to use my bed nightstands as “table” and sat on my bed as “chair” to eat my foods! Bathroom was disgusting, toilet keeps making random “flushing” noises every 5 minutes. Shower water pressure was very slow and it took up to 4 minutes before you can get hot water. Tv works but I couldn’t get my remote to turn to other channels except Food Network channel. Only good thing is they got microwave/fridgerator. Also, parking lot was small and facing the 8 East highway. It’s my first and LAST visit to that inn.

What we didn't like about the property was that there was several homeless and drug addicts living there, property was filthy, the pool was not available for use, roaches were crawling all night, poor housekeeping, sheets were never changed, also the room was in need of renovation and dirty

Rooms are disgusting, boogers and greasy fingerprints are on walls, the curtains smell like smoke and urine there are holes in the walls, the worst part is the cockroaches were unbelievable, i left with bugs in my belongings! The front desk staff was rude and made paying with my hotel app difficult, would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody

Roach infested no secure locks on the doors security latch was a make shift rusted piece of metal with a rusty bolt door didn't close properly at all room 2 microwave pops and short circuited the room multiple times yet nobody did anything about it cracked floors leaky ceilings when it was raining lots of potential electrical fire hazards in rooms

This was absolutely dirty. There were roaches and the bathroom curtain was filthy. The floors were so dusty and dirty my feet were black walking from the bathroom to the bedroom. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. But will never stay at this place.

You hope that when an inexpensive room is booked you can say it was cheap but it was clean. This was neither. Dirty floor dirty bedstands dirty shower curtain not a surface was in good repair so many scratches snd broken pieces throughout the room. Fixtures were chipped. A used condom behind the side table.hair on floor and hot water took forever to get hot, Please put a table lamp in room and hangars. Re-flooring needed as well as paint. Locks on windows.

After taking a shower and sitting on the bed I see a bed bug crawling on me I immediately left the room I couldnt sleep there or sit back down and I still feel traumatized from it

Dirty, needs to be painted, saw a few roaches, alive and dead. Bad smell in the room of cigarettes. Small window AC didn't cool the room. Large homeless population in the area and on the property. Noisy all night. No hair dryer, no iron.

The staff seemed very welcoming, but the hotel is very rundown and needs remodeling. It was nice that the rooms had microwaves and refrigerators, but it still needs to be renovated. There were also a lot of people wandering around outside at every hour. I didn’t feel safe.

I arrived late due to my flight and went straight to bed. My room looked like it had repairs and was poorly painted. It had bare minimums including no lamp on night stand. Had to walk in the dark to get to the bed from the door where the light switch was. The big shocker was when I woke up in the night freezing and had to turn on lights to look for a thermostat or heater. The room had none. I froze the remainder of the night. When I mentioned no heat to the desk person he said u could have come got a space heater. How would I know that. I asked if all rooms were like that and he said yes. I guess no heat comes with a budget hotel. It was easy in and off the freeway for my trip, but that was it.

Bed had crumbs in it when I pulled back sheets .. the whole area needs to be remodeled it's only nice thing was the patio which face nothing but it was just the space

I booked a "Suite" for 7 people. It turned out to be a single room with three beds, 7 pillows! Place was infested with bugs, the walls had seeral unfinished paint jobs, toilet was worn and the sink looked like an unfinished construction one. The front desk lady did not speak full english. And at night several times police cars where making rounds thru the parking lot and behind the hotel, not sure why. Will never use this hotel again!!

One of the worst places I've ever stayed was scared to use the shower no towels no soap the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way front door was rotten back door was rotten balcony look like he was going to fall apart the beds were so uncomfortable woke up with a neck ache very small parking lot

I booked a "Suite" for 7 people. It turned out to be a single room with three beds, 7 pillows! Place was infested with bugs, the walls had seeral unfinished paint jobs, toilet was worn and the sink looked like an unfinished construction one. The front desk lady did not speak full english. Very scary and very smelly rooms. My room smelled like so much smoke was in the vents. I didn’t even stay the full night. I left because it was hurting my nose. Not safe at all, people yelling and screaming for the cops. Bad stay. Don’t stay here

I did not stay here as I was with family and there were too many homeless people hanging around the bldg. looked very sketchy. My kids didn’t want to get out of car.

The photos of this property are deceiving. The room smelled horrible, they have homeless people living there, the bed spread had burn holes in it. Did not feel safe staying there. Immediately checked out and found another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed. The room was filthy. All of the linen's were stained from the bedding to the towels, not to mention the walls were also filthy. The walls were dirty the tub wasn't even white. The room wreaked of mold and old smoke. We also saw roaches in the room. The outside residents were questionable. It appears that there was some questionable activity going on outside. I witnessed a guy walking outside on the property with a sawed off shot gun. Homeless hung out outside in front of the property.
