My stay at the Comfort inn Fairfield Nappa valley was not good , the room was old and out of Date , the so called Gym was horrible.. only 3 machines in the room and only 1 work which was a old tread machine. No towels , no weights. On my last day there i found a bed bug on top of my sheets . I let them kno, they refunded me for 1 night .. come to find out i had some in my luggage which i had to throw away and i had bite marks on my leg. I wanted a full refund but i have not heard back from management. Would not recommend

The staff were very accommodating and nice. The place itself needs an upgrade for sure. But the pool was heated which is nice for swimming in October. However, one of the bars that enclosed the pool area was gone so it was easy to sneak into the pool without needing to go through the gym. Outside the perimeter of the inn was dirty with smashed food and alcohol on in the parking lot. But it was still a nice little stay.

The location was very convenient with many restaurant options nearby as well as a Tesla charging station across the street. Free breakfast was good especially the waffles. Laundry facilities available on the premises would be most helpful to guests. Great value for the price. Could use some upgrades.

We had stayed here before and had a great experience so we decided to come back, unfortunately from the second we got there we regretted our decision. We got in late and were so tire to find no one at the reception for at least 15 minutes. No apology or anything, he said he was in the bathroom. The next morning we went down for breakfast to find only yogurt, cereal but no milk. It was a complete let down and different experience from what we were used to. The elevator was filthy the whole time we were there.

Smoke detector in my room was covered in plastic, spider webs all over railings, swimming pool was dirty and the filter was not running. All chairs including the lobby, my room and dining area were dirty and filthy. The only clean place to sit was my bed.

The property is poorly maintained with security doors propped open which enables non-residents to access the property without passage through the lobby. No maid service at all during our multi-day stay. Room was tidy with functioning heating/air conditioning and hot water in the shower. Very basic accommodations.

Room was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. We really like Avi, she is very personable and friendly. I wanted a little snack during the night and they actually opened up the breakfast area so I could run in and get something. That was cool!! We stayed there last year and it was a very pleasant experience so we just stayed there again this year while we were on business again. We will be in the same area next year and plan on staying here

We had a reservation for two nights but at the first night we noticed there were some bed bugs on the room 116 they told us they couldn’t give us the refund for that night only a cancellation of the second night. It was very disappointed because we didn’t had no apologize from the staff, I would not recommend this hotel because of the bed bugs

Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is on the older side and needs a little more care. Windows on the 2nd floor near elevator had cobwebs. Breakfast was good just not a lot of choices.

Did not even stay the one night we booked for. We were just passing the Fairfield and decided to stay here for the night. Roaches were crawling everywhere when we entered the room. Left immediately and let the front desk know. She could refund us since we booked through hotels.com. Contacted hotels.com and they did not refund either. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn ever again. I will not be using hotels.com ever again either.

We wanted just a cheaper room close to Napa. Surprisingly comfortable beds and pillows! Not much noise from outside, walls are a little thin but the hotel after 10pm was very quiet. Definitely better than I expected!!!

I stayed here for two days and the air conditioner wasn't working barely blowing air at all! Complain to staff three times and nothing was done to fix it or offer a different room! It was really stuffy and uncomfortable! I have stayed here before and loved it! Really disappointed that I paid for a hot stuffy room!

Hotel was great and everything was clean and well stocked and quiet. Definitely would stay again. Except for the concierge clerk... . They asked me if i was able to work with the tattoos i have on my arms. Not a big issue and not something i would even comment about except for a laugh. But when i went to check out at 830-9 there was no one at the desk. I called out and knocked on the employee door a few times snd waited at least 10 minutes (it felt... perhaps 5) with no reply. There was no note either about a bathroom break. I ended up taking a napkin and writing a note about our check out. They showed up at the last second acting like they hadnt been MIA. i dont like leaving keys unattended as it can be dangerous. Same person who checked us in.

Clean and comfortable, and easily accessible from the freeway but not bothered by freeway noise. Room was what you'd expect in a business class price-point. Tidy and clean. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of choices and a convivial breakroom. Also a plus, I made a mistake booking the room (I hate doing this on a cell phone), and even though it was a non-refundable booking. They let me correct it, and did so promptly with a full refund, allowing us to rebook the correct night. Nice move. Recommended

We liked the Comfort Inn Cordelia/Fairfield. It was a good location to Napa, easy to get to from the freeway and has many restaurant options in the area. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I had called the day before and let them know we’d arrive a little late on our check-in date and requested a room on the top floor. The person at the front desk remembered I had called and gave me exactly what I had requested. Room was comfortable & clean. The only improvements I see that are needed would be the window coverings and in the bathroom. Fixtures are old & the sink backed up. Shower/tub enclosure could use updating/remodel as well. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient hotel for a quick trip.

The location was very convenient with many restaurant options nearby as well as a Tesla charging station across the street. Free breakfast was good especially the waffles. Laundry facilities available on the premises would be most helpful to guests. Great value for the price. Could use some upgrades.

The hotel was nice and clean and the people were friendly. I like that it was surrounded by places to eat and get gas and close to the freeway.

Rooms were very run down and needed alot of repairs. Our bathroom door knob was falling off. The radio was broken. One of our rooms that we rented had no shower curtain. One other room was very smelly. The breakfast was cut off at exactly 9 am on a holiday. We were able to eat, but some in our party were not allowed in after 9 am.

It was overall a good stay. It is older but refurbished and was very clean, except for the older furniture was a bit stained. The breakfast had hot eggs and sausage and waffles, plus the usual continental breakfast items

Our stay was ok. When we were walking to our room, the hallway was blocked with the housekeeping supplies that we had to move to get through. We went for breakfast at 8:30 and there was sparse food left. Not much to call a breakfast!

Door closers are too strong so you hear every single door on your floor slam shut! Breakfast was weak and ended too early. Other than those problems it is a decent value for the money.

Exterior of building looked pretty good. There was one person working check in. It took 20 minutes to process the 2 people in front of me. Glass separation made it difficult to hear-understand the check in person. It seems like I was bringing overcharged as he kept saying $100 deposit but it was showing up as if the total included a $150 deposit. The person in line behind me said he stayed often and the deposit using a cc was $150. Hopefully he was right. Interior hallways dank and musty. My room seemed clean but before bed I found a lot of ants on the toilet. I called the front desk but he didn’t seem very interested. I got up early and the ants were still there at 6 am. One got in a cup I left on the bathroom counter. I didn’t shower, didn’t use the toilet again, packed, got dressed and left. Nobody at the front desk. I went to McDonald’s across the street and used their bathroom. I was pretty disappointed overall.

It was false advertisement from the picture shown to the property upkeep. There was mold in the bathroom shower, the walls are dirty in the shower, the lights in the bathroom don’t even have covers on them , the walls are dirty in the room, there’s dust and mold around the baseboards. There was a trashcan with vomit all over it. They made us go to the laundry room ourselves for towels. The mattresses don’t fit on the boards. It smells like urine and must in the room.

Clean room, just older motel . Hallway by pool, concrete was not very clean . Good parking , staff was pleasant. Breakfast not so good , eggs looked like they came out of a 3D printer.
