Do NOT stay here!! The photos online are not current!! There is trash everywhere and the trash cans are overflowing! First room we had was terrible. Smelled bad, A/C didn't work and shower didn't drain! They gave us another room that was better but still like a Motel 6 room. Saw very little effort to clean anything! The pool is in disrepair. The spa has no heat and was pretty dirty. Pool needs new plaster etc. I will write the company that runs the place too!

The first room we were given was obviously a back up room they were not prepared for guests in. They told me it had been out of commission and that we were the first guests in it in weeks. Apparently it had air conditioning issues?? In any case, it was filthy, the fridge hadn’t been plugged in and there were bugs/gnats flying all around. There were also holes in the wall where fixtures had been replaced, with no repairs or paint to cover up. We went back and requested a different room and were told there were none left with two beds (for our family of 4) and that by checking in at 3:30pm we were too late, as they started checking in guests at 2pm (although all the emails stated check in started at 3pm, as did their website). They gave us a king size room, which was tolerable, and switched us on the second day of our two night stay to a room with two queens. After all the moving around we wanted to unwind by the pool, the main reason we chose this hotel, only to be told that it was closed. Seriously, they had up a sign that said unsafe water chemistry, broken fence and a giant trench covered with plywood. Overall, completely and totally deflating when we had two kids who really wanted to play in the pool. I would never stay there again.

The pool was Green, they said they hadn't been able to reach the pool care people, the paint was peeling off the room and part of it was being held together by painters tape. The bed was clean and the towels were clean they had just come out of the dryer. The floor was filthy our feet were black after walking the concert. We wore socks just because the floor was so awful. The milk was spoiled in the breakfast area but the waffles were good. The people at the desk were very helpful

This hotel is really bad, first we got room 210, broken toilet seat and broken bed, they move us to room 209 it was worse, there was clothes in one of the drawer, the mattresses were stain really bad and smell bad. The pool was not in service, and was empty with some moldy water. We just stay and hour and we look for another hotel right away. This is not healthy place to stay. I try to post some pictures of the mattresses and the pool, but sadly it doesn't let me post it, not sure why.

Location good for fwy, access,food, winery and Fallbrook. Average rate for comparable hotel. Service at check in was good. But the TV remote never worked. Property grooming is nice w/outdoor fireplace. Gated Pool and cuzzi clean and ada accessable. 2 floors no elevators. Rooms were rundown. Damaged furniture and uncomfortable beds. Bathrooms could use a make over as well. Breakfast was basic. Cereal, coffee, tea, oj. Nice to have something hot, self serve waffles. This could be a great property with a little bit of love. Overall I wii try this one again if needed. .

No Hot tub, which was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel. Pool was dirty, dirty broken shower, breakfast was terrible with few options and no proteins and you had to get ice from the front desk, because ice machine was broken.

The WORST hotel I have ever booked with Expedia. While exiting vehicle other guest warned me about room condition. Saying he just checked his family out without staying. I didn't listen got to room, it was filthy like it was never cleaned,we found used condom in room bathroom was horrible. Worst part we left asap and couldn't get a refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Avoid at All Costs – A Health Hazard If you want to lose years off your life, do not stay here. This was one of the most unsanitary and unsettling hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The shower curtain was covered in mold, and there was hair left on the shower wall from a previous guest—clear signs that cleanliness is not a priority. The AC unit emitted a strong mildew smell that lingered throughout the room, making it hard to breathe comfortably. The hot tub was out of order or malfunctioning, adding to the list of disappointments. Most alarming of all, I noticed rat feces in the hallway just outside my door—absolutely unacceptable in any establishment, let alone one that charges guests to stay. Stay somewhere—anywhere—else.

Absolutely dirty. My children walked on the floor barefoot for 5 minutes and their feet were black. Needed to wear shoes the whole time we were in the room. Horrible smell, needed to wash everything we brought with us.

The lobby smelled like cigarettes. The stuff weren’t welcoming. The rooms smelled horrible. I found a dead bedbug on the bed. The mini fridge started leaking water in the middle of the night and got my luggage wet. I showed the staff all the issues at checkout and they asked me if I wanted to change rooms when I was checking out. Horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this to ANYONE. I would rather sleep in my car which is ALOT cleaner and safe than this place. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

I’m not sure how this property is not shut down yet. This was bay far the worst hotel I’ve experienced. For $226 a night I expected at the very least a clean room, however I got a shower that had not been properly cleaned and with the most moldy shower curtain I’ve ever seen. The floors were disgustingly dirty, I quickly learned to leave my shoes on. And to top it off the bed sheets seemed to have debree of some sort (possibly mice droppings).

For $250 dollars I expected a clean basic room. What we experienced was an un flushed toilet, hairs, rusty lamps, smudged mirrors, and stained sheets. It was so late at night when we arrived we did not complain. I ended up sleeping with my hood up socks on so I wouldn’t touch the bedding. I would not stay there again.

Like the easy parking, location, and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. I did not like that the property seems really noisy. I can hear people walking in the middle of the night. I can hear people though the walls.

One positive: the coldest hotel refrigerator I have ever used. On the downside, the room itself had no Kleenex, bare metal wall by the door security lock, TV would not shut off at night until I set the timer, then would not turn on in the AM. No carpet, thus felt bleak and barren. The bedside lamp was rusted. booked purely for location

Wow. I'm pretty sure this place would be considered one of last resorts. The door secure lock didn't work. Either did the tv remote. The wall, doors have been painted so many times it looks cheap. Ice machine didn't work. I could go on and on, but it's just a quick heads up

Looks like a 5year old painted the bathroom, even painted over the light switch. Water pressure was very weak. Toilet was running all night.

Ok so there was a bit of a rocky start to our stay...the room I booked online said it was a double room w 2 queen size beds...when we checked in, we were told it was only 1 bed. She was firm at first, but not rude...she had me show her an email w the booking and send it to an email & then we were given a room w 2 queen beds. I was so disappointed to discover the spa was not working...it looked fine but wouldn't heat up & jets weren't working...they said it was under maintenance. I know I sounded a bit whiney on the phone but the room already looked different (smaller, less upgraded) than the pictures online of the room I selected... but she was so nice, she didnt have an attitude & she kindly moved us to an upstairs room w a bathtub and a balcony. It was just that I chose to pay a little more for a nice stay w my son when there were other hotels in the area, w cheaper rates that also had pools/spas so I was bummed to pay a bit more only to find out the spa didn't work. But customer service and kindness goes a long way w me...she didnt have to give me another room, but she did and the other employees were very polite & friendly as well. The design of the hotel is very cute & although it has easy acceas to the highway, it also feels somewhat secluded, up against a large hill, w a nice neighborhood to walk in. All they would need is a little maintence on the spa & offer a little more at breakfast (it was always oranges, frosted flakes, waffles & coffee but nothing else)

We arrived around 8:30pm, very dark entrance. We parked and went to the front desk area and nobody was there, we called out, dialed the front desk number and no answer. 15 mins later the front desk person shows up and after we informed her we had been waiting for a while she said she was at the laundry facility. We proceed to check in. We walk to our room and when we opened the door immediately noticed a bad smell. We looked at the beds and the bed sheets were stain. Then we removed the sheets which to our surprise the mattresses didn't have a cover just a sheet, one of the beds the mattress had blood stains all over, very disgusting and the other one was also stained. There was no way we could sleep on any of the beds. The floor was sticky and had confetti, like a party had taking place at that room and they didn't care to clean it. The worst experienced we've had at a hotel. We have stayed at other Quality Inns and never had have such that bad experience.

Reservations mean absolutely nothing to this establishment. They gave away our room. First the front desk person said they were sold out--advised that I had a reservation. Then the story changed that there was plumbing issues. No showers available. The dismissive attitude by the representative of this hotel was beyond belief. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS HOTEL!!

They charged me a deposit that was not in the charges they we checked in and the front desk was just rude and said nothing could be done about the deposit. We get to the room and its ok till you get to the bathroom (see pics) then the next morning go to take a shower no hot water so had to take cold showers for the day and told the front desk they said must be the heater but the didn't seem to care didn't ask if we need to get it fixed or put us in another room so at this point i decided to check out early as we left the hotel then about 10 minutes later there is a 47 dollar charge on my bank account from the hotel not sure why all i did was check out a day early that was still paid for so a big scam if you give them your card number dont wont ever stay at a quality inn again

No communication. We drove over 2 hrs for a wedding. When checking-in express they had no rooms available and "try" to call me. Complete lies! Had to find another hotel to stay with my family at 11:30pm. Will not recommend to stay!

The property is a little run down and my bathroom wasn’t all that great. However, the bed was nice and it was quiet and very conveniently located. The hotel isEasy to find right off the freeway and there is a market, liquor store, and a burger place within a very short walking distance. The front desk staff person is very nice and helpful. He rates a five star. I would stay here again.

I think it is because the city fallbrook is small and in the middle of LA and San Diego, there are not many people will stay in this location. The amount of guests is not many. But I do appreciate they provide a hotel here. The hotel condition is not very good; but I can feel they are trying to make it better for guests. They also provide free parking and breakfast. If you do need to find a hotel in this area, it is an option for you.

They didn’t have our room ready at check in time we waited 1/2 hour in our car . Someone getting sick in the lobby. Gang bangers in the parking lot .blood and stains on the sheets . The floors were very dirty . Water ready to break thru the paint in the ceiling. No screen on the bathroom window . No covers for the ceiling vent in the bathroom. Toilet set was broken . Holds thru the front door . The whole place is in disrepair. And I have pictures of everything. The worst place I have ever stayed !!!!! Would you like to see the pictures

It looks like homeless people live here on the first day there was the Sheriffs there arresting someone the second day there was a bunch of stuff under the stairs looked like a homeless person was moving out and every night when i came back there was people hanging out scary

Location good for fwy, access,food, winery and Fallbrook. Average rate for comparable hotel. Service at check in was good. But the TV remote never worked. Property grooming is nice w/outdoor fireplace. Gated Pool and cuzzi clean and ada accessable. 2 floors no elevators. Rooms were rundown. Damaged furniture and uncomfortable beds. Bathrooms could use a make over as well. Breakfast was basic. Cereal, coffee, tea, oj. Nice to have something hot, self serve waffles. This could be a great property with a little bit of love. Overall I wii try this one again if needed. .

The pictures posted in the site made the property look fairly decent. Upon arrival, the property looked more like an apartment complex. There was plenty of parking space, which was nice, but the rooms had a strange smell as if the air filters in the AC units need cleaning. Some of our sheets had stains on them as well and appliances need some updates. The pool and jacuzzi also needed cleaning, you can tell no one has been in there in quite some time. We were also told breakfast would be served between 7 and 9 but no food was present around 8:30am.

The room were clean. Pool not so clean. Had a problem as my phone was dead. I couldn’t call to say teenagers were hanging out on the stairs and noisy. I will say it was the worst breakfast I have ever had at a hotel that advertises breakfast. There was a waffle maker, but no butter. At least they had syrup. Cereal was the only other option. No other bread products, fruit or yogurt. Pitiful breakfast.

The place doesn't appear to be well maintained. The online pictures make it look better than the actual place. There were brown stains all over the pool and jacuzzi. The staff was fine but not informative. The bathroom didn't even have trash cans although there are signs about things that should be thrown in the trash. You could see the unfinished paint job. Also, the site says there would be breakfast. Unless you consider coffee and orange juice breakfast, I would say there was no breakfast. It was definitely not worth the price that we paid to stay there.

The pool was Green, they said they hadn't been able to reach the pool care people, the paint was peeling off the room and part of it was being held together by painters tape. The bed was clean and the towels were clean they had just come out of the dryer. The floor was filthy our feet were black after walking the concert. We wore socks just because the floor was so awful. The milk was spoiled in the breakfast area but the waffles were good. The people at the desk were very helpful

This place was nasty! Dirty, under construction, old. They don't have breakfast, they have a waffle maker, that's it. Food in the vending machines was also old, expired.

For the area you would think the property would be cleaner. Towels were stained the shower was dirty. Staff was friendly and location for us was great. Beds were clean. Free breakfast was disappointing. And all around seemed very run down.

They definitely don’t clean the sheets after other people because our sheets and pillows were covered in hair. Deadbolt was literally broken off in our room. Water has a nasty smell to it. Everything is rusty and outdated. “Continental” breakfast was waffles, cereal, and old wrinkly oranges. Staff was fine, not rude, but completely disinterested. Like I said, not the best, not the absolute worst. If you need a place to stay it’ll work, but bring your own sheets and blankets, luckily we did.

Our room was in terrible shape, Patches on the walls where the paint was missing, one outlet didn’t have a cover, one wall looked like it had been painted several times but you could see through it still, you had to step approximately 20” high to step into the tub to shower, AC made an awful noise all night - it sound like tin pie pans banging in the wind. Oh and the 4 pillows on the king size were the size of throw pillows for a couch. For $200 + tax approximately $230 I was incredibly disappointed.
