Poorest experience I’ve ever had with Best Western. Bathroom door wouldnt close. Pool was really cold and hot tub out of order. No suitcase stand and only 1 chair. Breakfast was good though!

both the pool and Jacuzzi were unavailable. After a long, 9 Hour Dr. I was really looking forward to a dip in the pool and a nice Jacuzzi to relax my aching body from a long day of driving. I have been to this hotel on several occasions over the last five years, and I was completely disappointed.

Hotel is in of repairs, and updating. Pool area definitely had some issues, there was a towel and a hammer in the spa and also had exposed wires. Bugs floating on top of pool water but no sign saying it was closed or nothing mentioned about the pool being closed from the front desk. Bathrooms are in major need of updating. Breakfast was good, they make to order, however booth we sat in had a metal strap poking out and scratched our legs. Resort should definitely be dropped from the description of the hotel. Definitely over priced for the state the hotel is in.

Although the flooring was newer LVT in the room, the rest of the facility was in disarray. Hot tub not working and black disgusting water in the bottom. Tub attached to pool made it so uninviting, it was skipped, although it was 100+ outside. Ice machine wasn’t working but finally found one that did work by office. Breakfast was ok and typical of complementary.

This was the dirtiest motel we ever stayed in. Not only thick dust on the armour but even a cigarette butt! There was only one size pillow to choose from...all too fat for my liking. We will NEVER stay there again, a disgrace to the Best Western name.

Nice room, comfy beds, mostly clean. Devil in the details … little burgers on the TV, smudges on the walls. Mostly clean, not all clean. The A/C was super loud. The service was super friendly. Overall a good stay, especially for the price. Could have been cleaner.

Well the man at the desk was great .. but we got in our room and their was a few baby cockroaches crawling on the walls .. I called the front desk left a message .. I couldn’t sleep it was horrible.

This is hands down the most awful hotel I’ve stayed in. The room was smelly, broken furniture, stained carpet, dirty walls/doors/floors. The breakfast was average at best especially when the server was cussing and banging around d the place yelling he was quitting. Best Western you need to do something with this place.

Nice location. Likely the best in this small town. But an old style 2 level walk up motel. Room was a bit dank smelling though clean. Older bath fixtures. Dated furnishings and colours. The heating unit blew dust and a musky smell and could not be used. You can’t hide the age of the c building or its architectural design and in suite appointments. I have a bad leg and could not get a ground floor unit. The stairs, open riser and metal open treads were difficult to navigate. The handrail was tight against the wall in places which made it very difficult to use for support. Likely a code violation. Overall satisfied but would not likely stay again

My stay at the BW Paradise Inn & Resort was good. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains a blessing. The only issues I had were with the WiFi as it was spotty and slow and the a/c. I went into the office to see if the wifi was better there but it was actually worse! I'm not sure what was going on. The a/c was okay. The location of the a/c froze the bathroom area but didn't cool of the bedroom as much as it should have. It was okay, tolerable. A shoutout to the morning cleaning crew; the ladies did a super job!

Property was great, easy to get in and out. They accommodated me with needing “disabled room. I was unable to ask for that as I was registering so I tried to contact someone to help and finally spoke to them. Great staff, property, waitresses esp Bobbie , then Dellteece at the restaurant. This experience was awesome. Thank you

The breakfast situation was strange. I think there were some personnel issues. Long time to get coffee and a young man who was very unhappy about being there, taking our order. Very uncomfortable. The gentleman that checked me in came in the breakfast room to help and he was very pleasant, as at check in…

First time staying since different owners took over. It's not the inviting feel anymore. The previous owners took pride in all their hard work & it showed. Now the rooms have vinyl flooring, white walls, no decor and scratched up furniture. Pool/hot tub were not operating. Parking lot is dirty. Given free vouchers for breakfast at their restaurant. Waited to be seated, along with other guests. No waitress on duty, cook came out from back & glanced at us. We left along with others. So much for the complimentary breakfast. We have stayed here several times over the past 8 years, but no longer.

Easy and friendly fast check in. Nice large room very clean. Air conditioner was quiet. Great water pressure and very clean shower. Plenty of towels. Would definitely stay again.

Easy and friendly fast check in. Nice large room very clean. Air conditioner was quiet. Great water pressure and very clean shower. Plenty of towels. Would definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying here and we really like it! We love that the golf course is right next door, and the room is great for a night! It’s quiet, and the view on the golf course side is beautiful. Staff is great, we plan on staying again next year for a round of golf and a night away from the kids!

the garbage around our area needed to be emptied. It was over flowing. THe rooms were clean and no yucky smells. I would not say a resort but a motel. good 2 or 3 stars

Nicely kept, quiet. Next to golf course on north side of town. Mexican restaurant next door but they were closed on Sunday, as we're all but fast food. Gas station on site. Quick check-in, easy checkout.

This property is conveniently close to the freeway in the middle of nowhere. It needs renovation but provides a place to stay. The beds were very firm. The staff were friendly. The hot breakfast was located in a diner close by and was adequate.

UTV friendly, quiet everything in the room worked. Complementary breakfast was from a menu and very good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We’ve stayed twice now and will continue to book paradise on stays in Fillmore Utah.

Check in was acceptable, Room was adequate but over priced. Breakfast was included in price however when we went for breakfast the cafe was not even open. All was dark, only other clients waiting.

Rooms were good size and clean. It seems as if there are some upgrades going on around the property in an attempt to upgrade the rooms and outer area. Food still needs work. The restaurant is Indian food and was ok. It was served in chaffing dishes buffet style on a counter, $22 per person which was high considering the extremely limited options. We didn’t stay for the free breakfast so i don’t know how that is.

It’s ok for 1 night. You use to get a cooked to order breakfast and they don’t offer that anymore but the breakfast buffet was still good

I could see the outside through the space between the door frame and the wall. The door had just one lock. The bathroom window was from the 1950's and its lock gave me no confidence. The staff quickly moved me to another room when I complained about the overpowering chemical smell in the first room. This appears to be a family-run motel that meets minimum standards. The photographs of the facility are very polished - they just don't tell you what it really looks like. For my entire trip I paid the most for this motel, so location, location, location. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Room was clean and quiet! Close to expressway great breakfast in adjacent restaurant. Very very nice staff! It was a room to stay while on the rd north as my Grand canyon res was cancelled due to flooding and had to change plans mid vacation
