Arreglar las alarmas de humo no dejaron dormir

Fue una estancia buena por el lugar, pero no me gusto que coincidió nuestra estancia con una fiesta en el hotel, y nos toco al lado de nuestro cuarto una mujer borracha que toda la noche y madrugada grito groserías …peliando, simplemente no nos dejó dormir, me dieron un cuarto que dividía una puerta falsa al otro cuarto, esa mujer se sentía en nuestro cuarto… mala experiencia… mis niña tenía torneo de soccer al día siguiente y sin dormir! Mala experiencia! Sugiero que cuando impartan fiestas en hotel separen a la gente en otro piso para que no molesten!

The property itself is great. Helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. However, it's the small things that prevent a full five stars: 1) I need to print something out at the business center, and not only were the computers not working, the printer was only connected to one of the two computers. It took two members of staff 15 minutes so I could get something printed. Additionally, the wifi was weak and spotty, further causing the delays. 2) The drain in my bathtub was not working properly. My shower water did not drain in a reasonable amount of time and I left for an event, fully dressed in suit and tie, with the water still in the tub. It's a great hotel, but not getting the details right make it not worth the price.
