Terrible place to stay. I’m one of the least picky people in the world and I was extremely unsatisfied. They didn’t have the room with two queens that I booked so we had to stay in room with a king and a pull out bed. There was almost no floor space because of this, and I cut my leg on the sofa bed frame. I told the lady at check-in that my girlfriend was going to be cooking me dinner in the room and she didn’t even bother to tell me that you have to ask for the cookware and all the utensils and plates so I had to go back down and get them. We had to wait for them to make up the sofa bed in the first room and then something went wrong and we had to come back down and wait for them to prepare a second room, and when we got to the second room, they still weren’t finished setting it up and we had to wait in the hallway for them to finish. The TV did not work and the front desk lady told us it needed to be on for 10 minutes and we waited about 30 minutes and it still would not work and the water in the bathtub after you turned it on it would not stop dripping so we had to switch rooms. Instead of calling us when the keys for the new room was ready like I asked, the lady came to the desk and wanted me to come to the new room with her to make sure everything was OK. This did not make sense because we didn’t complain about the view or the furniture, we just wanted a shower and TV that worked so her solution was to inconvenience us even more by making us go look at another room.

It was weird for me having an equiped kitchen but no any cooking items.

My license plate was stolen first on one car. Then the other cars window was busted. Now the car with the missing plate is stolen! I can’t do this anymore I’m moving. There’s no security what so ever.

Decent hotel with kitchenette. Everything looked good. One elevator was under maintenance. Breakfast consists of pre-packaged muffins, granola bars or oatmeal packets. Coffee and hot water provided. Bed had ants which was reported to the desk clerk upon check out.

This location has such out-dated furnishings...the drains in sinks and tub were corroded and gross! The cooking elements were outdated and so was the cabinetry. The refrigerator was leaking water into the racks below. The floors turned our feet black which means it had not been mopped in who knows how long. I had to mop it myself three times to make it livable. Lots of people just hanging out just beyond our side entrance...old cars just parked in spots...didn't feel safe in parking lot.

Love the location but the sheets in the room were not clean especially sheets in the sofa bed. Need to be better at cleaning room. Also no ice machine or vending machine near any rooms . People outside making noise and nobody was asked to keep it down. Great hotel but not too clean or peaceful

This hotel is located in an area surrounding with a Chevron gas station, a food plaza, and is super near to the i-880 southbound entrance(northbound is not far as well). For breakfast they offer free coffee and hot chocolate. Their front desk is professional and helpful, room is clean with all facilities cool. Especially, night security is well guaranteed since after a certain time they require to use the room card to enter any entrance from the ground floor. Also this place offers on-site parking with definitely enough space. I'd say this is an awesome place to stay your night(s), just don't miss it.

Tub/shower dirty. Some kind of gel from previous user still on tile wall. In room phone disgustingly dirty. Keys failed multiple times. Front desk person never said her name or wore a name tag. Did not inform about availability of dishes or “breakfast”, which was packaged mini muffins.

Dirty filthy roches everywhere. Didgusting place.

Room was very clean and uodated. Staff was kind and it was quiet

there were roaches in our room - 1 is dead, 1 is crawling up the wall, another one came with our luggage in our car when we were already driving back home!!! at check-out, there was no one at the lobby counter. I called-out and waited, but no one came, so we just left.

Found roaches in my room and was given a second room by the generosity of the staff. Later came to find that the second room was also infested with roaches. Had to leave the hotel at around one in the morning due to the infestation and booked elsewhere.

The lobby, elevator, and hallways were dirty. The room itself was clean, but entering a dirty lobby and elevator doesn't instil confidence in the facility.

While sleeping a cockroach crawled on my arm. I’ll never stay here again!

I walked into the room and everything looked fine. Took off my shoes and then realized the floor was sticky. Used my flashlight and saw that the whole floor of the room had not been mopped or cleaned and was covered in sticky spots all over. Had to walk around in old socks the whole night. The bathtub was disgusting, it looked like someone vomited in it and forgot to clean up. There was a cockroach in it. I did my best to clean it up myself. When I went to the desk to ask for a new room, there was nobody there. When I called from my room, no one answered. But at least the bed was clean.

Hair on blanket and bathroom tub. AC fan not working.

Will never stay here again. Dogs barking, doors slamming and loud traffic.

I like big room area.

Dirty outdated appliances room is awkward layout.. broken smoke detectors ect

Rooms needs a lot of up improvements. Floors are dirty and old. Holes in the walls and bathtub needs to be replaced as paint is peeling. Water press is very low. Entrance and hallways doesn’t look welcoming.

Took them forever to find my reservation - room was fair bathroom was sad tub was peeling and water dripped from the faucet all night

Eww. My room smelled like feet, smelly feet. It was dark, the color of the room was horrible. No coffee maker, curtains were dingy. No coffee 24 hours . Not coming back again!

There is a problem with door lock. I have to ask staff three times to reset my my key or have staff to open the door for me.

Very spacious room, clean, convenient location. Overall very satisfied with this stay.

The rooms need to be properly cleaned the shower was broken rooms are very out dated. The base boards were coming off from the walls. This property needs to be renovated if you want to succeed with a Hilton next door

checkin was really slow. I was given a room that was still not ready for checkin. Smell on room was not good.

Super quiet location. Amazing staff. The staff is the reasion i keep coming back. Customer service it the best i have ever had. Had a broken remote, staf came to the room trying to program a remote and make sure it was working. She went above and beyond

i stay here VERY often & there is never anyone at the front desk… theres days you will wait 20 minutes & they will have 0 excuse on what took so long …. room also had lots of gum literally on the headboard of the bed very very visibly.

It was a okay the front desk was nice but the supervisor was the rudest.. they called the cops on me just because I was 2 min late for paying when I had already paid over a thousand dollars..

The rooms were clean, you do have fast food near by if you chose to walk. Catherine ( she works the front desk) was amazing. When checking in she made sure i didnt have to wait long, while making sure i had a clean room. Its definitely better than what i expect i have to say! Thank you Catherine

Deal with this hotel at your own risk. We stayed in rm 151. My gf almost broke her back taking a shower. The showers and floors are extremely slippery and unsafe. The showers have nothing to grab on in case you slip. You better hope you have enough cushion if you fall. We addressed this to the staff and they were negligent and uncaring. Especially night shift staff member Mustafa(young Hispanic man.) When addressing this to the manager, we told him our feet have nothing to grip since the tub is smooth. There looked like there used to be a bath mat but not anymore. Jason (manager) wanted to excuse the towels to replace the bath mats. I told him how neglectful and risky that is and he blantantly responded with “sorry if you wanted a room with extra support, you would’ve needed to book a handicap room but unfortunately our standard rooms all come like this. There is really nothing I can do.”

I was Very comfortable, staff was friendly great location right next to the freeway. Grab and go breakfast was just coffee and a packaged muffin, I think guest deserve better than that, however it was a pleasant experience overall.

Actually did not stay. Did not feel comfortable there once I arrived. Felt like the atmosphere was off and dysfunctional maybe one resident had hella dogs in one room. Just seem like a lot going on here n I wanted to be comfortable but respect the guest clerk bc she stayed positive and calm n collective the whole time

Elevator had a hot and musty smell. Breakfast included is very misleading. A Miss Debbie size muffin and pint size cup of coffee. If i need somewhere to stay overnight ONLY this will do. Vacay Stay Not even.
