Convenient to theater. One mattress sagged on one side. Only two towels available for 4 people. Narrow and limited parking spaces. Area was clean in spite of several homeless in area. Price was reasonable.

The good: the beds were very comfortable & the sink had great lighting for makeup. The bad: the toilet, shower, and sink area had quite a bit of hair all over the floor - so gross, the dresser drawers were broken & hung open, and only 2 towels were provided for three people. Upon check-in, we were hoping to use the pool, but were told we had to wait 4 hours because they put chemicals in it that morning. If your pool is closed from 10 PM to 10 AM, it would make sense to put chemicals in when you close it so that it can be open by check-in time.

I like that there is a Subway sandwich place on the property and it's very close to a McDonald's.. Also it was very quiet and felt safe. The rooms were clean and had all necessary items for guests. I also like that they installed a gate with a gate code so that only registered guests can drive into the parking lot. 😊

We booked a room for 3 adults, two double beds for two nights. When we arrived I was told the room was ready. We went to the room it had one king size bed. I went back to reception to be told we got what we booked. Had a look at the booking on line and it was clear we had booked a room with two double beds. We were then told they were fixing a room up for us and would not be long. We went to the room and the beds didnt look right so we drew them back to find the sheets had not been changed. One of the beds-sheets had a small amount of blood spots on it. We went back to reception handed the key back and said we would stay elsewhere and asked for a refund via hotels.com. We love traveling to the USA and have stayed in many hotels across many different States this is the first hotel this has happened and the first refund we have asked for. We are still waiting for a response to our request for a refund.

I liked the fact that the deposit was only $50.00. Everything was great except for the tv remote would not turn on the tv. Other than that the place looks great and it gives me a place to book in the future.

Cool pool area, not much to do around here, no telephone service, also the tv remote battery case is missing, the microwave was dirty and had no heating plate, one lamp is missing a cover, the coffee maker didn’t have a lid on, and then during the morning of our trip the bathroom shower and sink stopped working properly and we couldn’t flush the toilet.

My experience was very frustrating. Withing moments of checking in I discovered my television was not receiving a signal. Also, my room was missing a wide slat on the shutter and privacy was not going to happen. The attendant was very helpful and discovered the cable box had been removed from my room. He transferred me to an available room. After my first night's stay of a three night booking I returned to find my keycard did not work. All of my belongings had been removed and my food I had with me and my toiletries that were outside my travel kit had been thrown away. Apparently no one had updated the room transfer info to the computer. For my loss of food and $30 in destroyed personal property I was comped a 6 inch Subway meal. Big whoop. Noteworthy: Both of the non-smoking rooms had a lingering smell of stale cigarettes. Broken lamps and dirty walls were also an issue. The beds are comfortable and reasonable, and the functioning TV was fine. There is just a great need for better maintenance. Part of the problem may be the hardcore clientele. I was awakened between 3 and 4 a.m. on each of my nights by either rude guests fighting or a homeless woman singing outside my room.

I didnt stay at the motel after the rude stuff on the reception decided to cancel my stay I hadn't even got a refund as well This is the last time Ive ever used expedia to book a motel!

Had a family come over before 10, They were not staying the night and the front desk clerk called one of my rooms super rude asking and questioning us. Will never again stay at this hotel.

Jaime in the office was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. Property needs a little work, our toilet had some problems as soon as we arrived, hair dryer didn’t work, floors weren’t very clean. We had a decent night sleep, and toilet problem got solved! So it was a good stay!

Older Hotel mostly for liocals. I choose to stay here because it very close to Fresno Greyhound, Local and regional bus stops . Amtrak train station is here. You can sit inside the station. There are usually Amtrak police to keep Partons and staff safe.

Convenient to theater. One mattress sagged on one side. Only two towels available for 4 people. Narrow and limited parking spaces. Area was clean in spite of several homeless in area. Price was reasonable.

I was concerned for my safety. That part of town is dangerous and really rough. I was there less than an hour and saw 2 drug deals in parking lot along with hookers in doorways. Multiple cars in the parking lot were just full of stuff and people living out of them. My heart goes out to all the people who are suffering in this part of town. So sad. But I could not stay there. I will say that the room was very clean and comfortable and in good condition.

I’ve stayed here once before. Because it is close to the Amtrak Train Station. I enjoy that most of the area feels safe. Patrolled by local police. The Bus transit system was at first confusing, However , the bus drivers were helpful. Local daily commuters have been helpful too.

I have already reviewed the Dream Inn. The suites are spacious and I love this motel. There is also a Subway Restaurant right there on the premises! And it is very walkable.. convenient to everything!

The had ROACHES!!! Every time I got up I was killing roaches. I could not sleep and I left the property a day early because it was unbearable. Old furniture with stains. The only thing that was ok, was the Subway built in and I was able to check in early. I left and went to the TravelLodge on Inyo. Which is wonderful.

I like that there is a Subway sandwich place on the property and it's very close to a McDonald's.. Also it was very quiet and felt safe. The rooms were clean and had all necessary items for guests. I also like that they installed a gate with a gate code so that only registered guests can drive into the parking lot. 😊

Everything was fairly clean but the pool was gross there was, what looked like dog hair floating on top plus a bunch on the bottom and cigarette butts also floating on the water and the day guy at the desk took forever to come out to the front desk but the night guy was quick to be ready to help

The room itself has everything your would want for a great price. fridge, microwave, blow dryer. Some of the fixtures were outdated, and a couple outlets didn't work. But the water pressure in the shower was great, and the ac unit got cold really fast which I appreciated. Definitely needed a deeper clean in the bathrooms, the walls had some suspicious residue on them, but it was well stocked with tp. Ice machine, worked, and the pool was nice. I got a double bed with 2 beds, and one was hard as rocks and the other was slightly softer. There was some sketchy guests around, but overall it was a good stay.

Having never spent any time in Fresno, I had no idea how rundown downtown is. Although nothing happened in particular that made me feel unsafe it was clear to me this is not the part of the city Fresno is proud of. The room was just ok. Only one lamp worked in the main room, there was a cigarette burn on the bedspread and the light switch next to the door (which didn’t work) was loose. I honestly, thought about looking for another hotel in a different part of town but was tired and just needed some rest. “You get what you pay for.” Yes, 100% but I’ve stayed in hotels that cost less and were much nicer. That all said, it was quiet and the a/c worked great. The man at the front desk was nice and was helpful. Was it my ideal place to stay? Not even close, but I did get some sleep and that’s the important part.
