When I showed up I was charged $45 for parking for 3 nights. My hotel was non refundable at this point when I realized, very disappointing and extremely poor practice to not build in the cost or be very frank about the fee when paying online. Will not stay again or recommend.

Area is terrible!! A lot of homeless ppl walking around. Pool was dirty( did not go in it) hot tub had no water. Breakfast was limited. They also let homeless in to eat. (We did not eat there) went to a restaurant instead. Only good thing was the room was big/clean.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at, not even worth 50.00! Mold around the backboards, all over the bathroom and shower. Rusty fixtures, bugs, odor of smoke and mold. Homeless sleeping in the ice machine room, and around the property. Falsely advertised hot tub and gym, they have neither. Stains all over the comforter and even the pillow cases! This is a poorly run hotel and definitely should not be part of the Comfort Inn brand, which I’m taking the time to inform corporate. This hotel is a scam, run by scammers. Don’t stay here, plenty of other places in Fresno that are better. We checked immediately out and lost money, due to manager refusing to refund! Again…do not stay here!

When we arrived to the hotel, we were excited and hoping to have a great time. when we were checking in we were told that our total was 205.98, when our reservation was 175.88. I told the lady that we made reservations and showed her our receipt on our phone, her answer was oh because taxes were not included there, and then change the price to178.38. When we walked to our room the door was hard to open, and the smell of cigarette was very strong all over the room. It’s seems like people were smoking in it. The fire alarm was covered with a plastic bag, the sink wasn’t working at all.Our room was close by the dumpster, it was a mess all around there. The next day we try to at least enjoy the pool, it was very dirty. It seem like no one had cleaned it in months, we ended up going to a lake instead. I will never come back to this hotel ever again, our experience was the worst we have ever had. I would rather sleep in my car, then come back to that hotel.

I’ve machine did not work part of time time. Sink was stopped up. Breakfast not restocked. No business center even though it’s advertised on the website. No room cleaning no matter how long your stay had to get cards rekeyed several times. Threadbare linens.

The shower in the 1st room did not work. Had to move to another room. Requested one close to the laundry. We did not get that room but we did get the one next door. Easy move. The laundry facilities were sad. Only half of the machines worked.

Overall, my experience was okay. The room itself was fine, but it wasn’t very clean — I found hairs and some blood stains on the sheets. The hotel is also right next to the freeway, so it was a bit noisy at night. Staff was amazing and breakfast was good !

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. I checked out shortly after getting to the room and seeing the condition. The room smelled of urine and the bedding was stained and had hairs and what looked like bugs. The floor was so grimy and gross with dirt and debris everywhere. clearly hasn't been swept or mopped in months. If you cant anything about your health you would not stay here. I think they need to be reported to the health department. I really wish I was exaggerating, but I am not. I had to get out of there quick and find another hotel. The clerk at the front desk did not seem surprised at all and said I would need to submit a request for refund online. Please stay away form this place.

First time and Last time, will not recommend. We thought with them having noticed of renovation that it would be in good condition. Unfortunately, no! One of the bed's sheets were dirty or stained. In bathroom was a dead roach on floor. Then by later into the night there was live roaches coming out. All the other roaches came out for the dead one's funeral.

Room was completely filthy and dirty and the walls were dirty and stained. Holes and patched walls were unpainted, bathroom was dirty, floor was not swept or mopped. Mattress slid off bed frame with hand. People smoke weed and manager did nothing. Asked for another room and was told they are all the same like that.

This is the first time that I stay at a hotel where I feel uncomfortable. I had to put on a face mask to avoid breathing the dust and filth found in the room. I have already reviewed this property on another site. Dirt all over the room, sheets including comforter were dirty. Shower broken and leaking throughout the stay. The least I would expect is a refund and an apology from the operators of this hotel. I have stayed at other Wyndham properties and thus far this is the worst in terms of up-keep and cleanliness.

We walked in and were blasted with the smell of urine and cigarettes. The door frame was broken and filthy. We saw cockroaches running around the room. Needless to say, we did not stay. This hotel is Filthy. Bed mattress look like they were left outside and slept on by the homeless. But actually the homeless would not sleep on this beds. Did not discover this filth until the day we checked out. I take the linens off the bed before leaving to make sure the next person gets clean linens. To my surprise the mattresses was so filthy. There was Feces, Blood, and Mold and Mystery spots. I immediately got so sick to my stomach. Went to complain and check out. I had taken photos and sent them to their manager who did nothing about it. She said there was a mattress pad that was protecting us. The health department needs to be contacted. Don’t stay here!!!!!

The front desk ladies were nice and I could see took pride in customer service and maintaining the breakfast service. As soon as a patron left breakfast area, they would come and clean, spray and wipe the areas & tables. The property definitely needs upgrades, deep cleaning in the rooms from drapery to most everything else and professional deep cleaning for outside walls,walkways. OusideTrash needs to be tended to more frequently as bins/cans were full, overfilled. The bed was actually comfortable with ample bedding for a warm snuggly feeling, so I rested well for our 1 night stay. Breakfast offered coffee (and decaf), juice, milk, cereal, make-your-own waffles, mini muffins, bananas and bread to toast. Did not use/look at pool. There is direct access to food and gas, essentials.

The place is very out dated and a little dirty. The lamppost was broken, the sheets were old, dirty and had holes in them. The bathroom door doesn’t lock and was broken. The noise of the freeway can be bothersome. The area does look ghetto. But the good things are the staff is very friendly and kind. There is a lot of eatery’s in the area and the beds were comfortable. It’s convenient if you’re traveling.

The doors look like it doesn’t properly close, and we can clearly hear people outside talking loud. Not sound proof as advertised. I booked a room with a king size bed although once I arrived I was given a queen size bed. Went to the office to correct that mistake and was given a “slightly bigger bed”. The service was great!

The room was in good condition, the Hotel Staff was very courteous, and attended to our requests concerning the Amenities that pertained to our stay here. Especially cause it was during a heavy rain weather weekend....

Rude staff. Checking in and out. Tried to keep my deposit because they claimed my room was left dirty but when im on the road already gone they call me to let me know i can come get my deposit back. Also i got a dirty disgusting room.

Was able to check in early and idk if it was the owner or who it was but they came barging into the room saying no ones supposed to be here until 3pm but I paid an early entrance fee!! Was so disappointed!!

Was rather a bitter disappointment than what was expected in the photos, all the furniture is stained, along with the sheets and towels, hotel was very bad, was also robbed outside, sadly the hotel was careless about everything, mangers were not wanting to help at all, called Fresno PD they were no help as well, overall I paid for nights I couldn’t even gain access to my room, the staff did not care about the situation at all as I was very communicative the entire time, please use the extra money and stay somewhere else that cares about the guest.

The motel is located in a run down part of town with an unsafe feeling around the area. The rooms are not cleaned well and had carvings in the end tables. We could not stay here and asked for our money back, then went to another hotel farther north.

The place is very out dated and a little dirty. The lamppost was broken, the sheets were old, dirty and had holes in them. The bathroom door doesn’t lock and was broken. The noise of the freeway can be bothersome. The area does look ghetto. But the good things are the staff is very friendly and kind. There is a lot of eatery’s in the area and the beds were comfortable. It’s convenient if you’re traveling.

The check in was easy first red flag was they didn’t charge a deposit. There’s a lot of fast food places within walking distance but I doubt you’d want to go outside. Five minutes outside of the room we see a naked girl running around another nude man as we pulled out of the hotel. Definitely not a family friendly area. Breakfast is from 7 am to 9 am we went at 8:30 there was absolutely nothing left so they don’t restock. The room was disgusting!! Some guy came out of our room right as we were going in. The floor was dirty, the room smelled bad, there was water damage on the ceiling, black mold on the ceiling, the faucet wasn’t fastened to the sink, there were flies everywhere, the toilet ran all night, the bed would creak so loud when we would move, we heard the people walking upstairs, the sheets were stained, the couch was stained, the three pillows provided were small and flat, had people yelling outside our room all night, and we thought we heard a rat squeak at some point. I will never stay at a days inn ever again. I wouldn’t even pay $20 to stay here. My husband literally bought a mold spray to clean the ceiling so we could sleep there one night. We checked out two hours earlier cause we just wanted to get out of there.

The front desk ladies were nice and I could see took pride in customer service and maintaining the breakfast service. As soon as a patron left breakfast area, they would come and clean, spray and wipe the areas & tables. The property definitely needs upgrades, deep cleaning in the rooms from drapery to most everything else and professional deep cleaning for outside walls,walkways. OusideTrash needs to be tended to more frequently as bins/cans were full, overfilled. The bed was actually comfortable with ample bedding for a warm snuggly feeling, so I rested well for our 1 night stay. Breakfast offered coffee (and decaf), juice, milk, cereal, make-your-own waffles, mini muffins, bananas and bread to toast. Did not use/look at pool. There is direct access to food and gas, essentials.

Overall, my experience was okay. The room itself was fine, but it wasn’t very clean — I found hairs and some blood stains on the sheets. The hotel is also right next to the freeway, so it was a bit noisy at night. Staff was amazing and breakfast was good !

The breakfast was limited. But didnt really habe much of a selection. When getting more towels for the room, they didnt have any available and the crew was unavailable during that time. We had to go to walmart to get extra towels. Plus the towels they did have were small, rough, and thin.

I’ve machine did not work part of time time. Sink was stopped up. Breakfast not restocked. No business center even though it’s advertised on the website. No room cleaning no matter how long your stay had to get cards rekeyed several times. Threadbare linens.

It smelled AWFUL. We had to air it out because my kids were getting a terrible headache from the smell of bleach. It didn’t smell clean, it just reeked of bleach. The breakfast was great though and the staff was super sweet.

Old appliances, broken or cracked furniture, entry door not weather sealed. Key door did not stay programmed to open our room. We could have been locked out all night coming from our cultural event. No hot water. Fridge leaked water. The free Breakfast was meek. Only served waffles, bread and small 8oz cups for coffee. Staff was nice but that’s it. Cheap place to stay but I would not recommend it for couples or family.

This hotel was advertised as Newley remodeled rooms and the photos were pretty deceiving. This unfortunately was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at, i definitely won’t be coming back. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly and was almost clogging and the water pressure for the shower was super weak. Breakfast also wasn’t the best, they only had one waffle machine and we had to wait for others to finish to make ours and once done they were under done. There was no juices available in the juice machine and the coffee ran out.

We where very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this place for anyone traveling with family. The room was horrible the door would not lock we where a family of four and there was one towel for us to use when we got to the hotel there where people hanging out by the stairs and it smelled like weed. Never again.

My stay was not that great. We had to move rooms because the sheets were disgusting in the first room they gave us and it smelled horrible. It was hot in Fresno that weekend and the air conditioner did not work the first night. We called someone to come look at it and they made it very clear I was impeding on their time. Whoever answered sounded very much annoyed. They finally made it to my room this individual put his hand over the air and he said it was cold enough. I WAS SWEATING!!! It was warm air coming out of it. I will not be staying there again
