The service clerk would benefit from a better understanding of the check-in process. The staff initially stated that they could not locate our reservation and then informed us that it was not listed under our names. This caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. When we finally reached our room, it was musty and stuffy, and the refrigerator had an unpleasant odor. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and only a very limited amount of shampoo and conditioner was provided. Unfortunately, we were too tired to raise these concerns at the time because it was already late when we checked in. Overall, both the check-in experience and the condition of the room were disappointing and require significant improvement.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. We found bed bugs in our room, which completely ruined our stay and caused a lot of stress. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to issue a refund, even after we reported the issue. The bathroom was just as bad. Sewer water backed up through the sink, and the smell was absolutely disgusting. It was unsanitary and unacceptable for any hotel. The lack of cleanliness and the way management handled the situation was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Continental breakfast was ok, 1st morning no waffle mix had to ask for it. 2nd morning juice was empty. 3rd morning lady took awake eggs and sausage 10 min before closing though there was plenty to be able to grab n go. Bring your own salt n pepper, they don’t have any. If you reserve 2 rooms and pay the same price for both, they will not be the same standard. 1 room had a great fridge but microwave was garbage. Other room crappy fridge decent microwave. One room had a Balcony but the door was locked so we couldn’t use it. Though other people were on there balconies. One room we saw a roach and large spider. They don’t actually “clean” the rooms, not under the beds anyways as we found things under both beds in each room. Only great things were the beds and pillows. The AC’s worked well and shower pressure/hot water was great.
