The air conditioning was not working. Weather outside was 100+ . The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work and no air conditioning vents either, felt like a sauna coming out from showering, that was with just straight cold water. I’ve been staying there for years but this was the last straw. I’m done. No wonder they were off the Hotels. Com app

The room was clean and comfortable. We were down at the very end of the building, and the street and freeway noise was annoying in the morning, but not too bad during the night. I was very shocked at check-in to find out there was a $100 security deposit. I felt this was steep and that we should have been informed at the time of the reservation.
