I got a smoking room that night, that was the worse way to learn what not to do. Room look nothing like the picture, so set your expectations low. The parking is pretty small for a place like that. The floor in my room wasn't mop clean or something because the floor was sticky. I like their bathroom, water pressure was strong and it's the handheld shower head. I booked the room last minute on Expedia, got a deal. I did took my business somewhere else the next night.

It says breakfast but that’s a definite no. Don’t expect coffee either unless you go into office after 7 lol. Staff was pleasant and really friendly. Rooms clean inside. Neighborhood was a little on rougher side. Outside area is aged. It’s a place to sleep.

The 'sitting area' in the king room had the DIRTIEST couch I have ever seen. It was so dirty I would not even set my bags on it. The mattress pad had so many stains and burns, and gosh knows what else. The room smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. I don't know the minimum criteria for saying a hotel/motel has 'breakfast,' but they BARELY met it: a few fruit bars, orange or apple juice, and coffee. I am staying in a DoubleTree tonight that is only $20 and has 5x the value for the price. On a positive note. The sheets did smell nice. The shower and toilet weren't too bad.

Small black ants and some bigger black bugs that I couldn’t I.D. in the bed and pillows, ended up on the bed unstead of in it, with our heads on the other end and the pillows on the floor, ‘too late to go find a different hotel. A couple hours after checking in went to the bathroom, smelled like vomit was recently cleaned, needed Lysol or equivalent to get rid of smell more. Kind of a “Sketchy” area, luckily no one broke in our car. Overall look of place very rundown, in need of cleaning. Maybe that’s the way that section of the Bay area is? Mattress felt really old, ‘seemed like I sank about 8 inches sitting on it. Employees very nice though. I would not stay there again unless the place gets renovated and fumigated.

Upon arriving the hotel could not generate our reservation north could they run our credit card they instructed us that they would take cash and a $50 deposit after going to the ATM retrieving the cash and the deposit were showed several rooms reluctantly we went ahead and took room 207 at which time it was probably about 2:30 in the morning it took about 2 1/2 three hours to get checked in because their system being down And service could not find their phone number. I will include pictures in review of my stay after being in the room for about 45 minutes. I discovered there were bedbugs and the room was filthy. I returned to the front desk request my money back and my deposit they denied my money back , return my deposit

The room was large. The bed was comfortable. Cigarette holes in the sheets. The bathroom was filthy. The grime and crud was so thick you could use a paint scraper to remove it. Behind the toilet made me gag. There were dirty handprints all over the bathroom, vanity and bathroom door. The tub was stained. At least i think it was stains, it could have been dirty, who knows. I stayed because it was prepaid by somebody else but i will never go back.

Upon checking in the Lobby had a strong smell of Curry. The male person checking me in was dress in grey sweatpants and a stained white shirt. He was not rude, but he was not pleasant. I went to the room and there was a definite smell of smoke in the room. Like they had tried to deodorize with fabreeze unsuccessfully. I left and grabbed dinner and came back. Took a bath and noticed there was black mold growing all along the seam between tub and tile wall. I was grossed out but was tired and just wanted to go to bed. So I pull back the blankets and find a dark grey stain on the sheets about the size of a dime. It looked as though sheets had been washed but the stain remained. Too tired I just went to bed. Next morning while brushing my teeth. I noticed more black mold around the sink. So as I am leaving I decided to see about the Advertised Included breakfast I paid extra to get. Turns out it was a thermos of coffee and a small bucket of granola bars. And again the Lobby smelled horrible of curry, and I generally like curry. I wished I could give this place a negative number as a rating. Will never stay there again

The front desk was super friendly. As soon as I opened the door to my room and turned on the lights, 2 roaches ran across the floor. There was blood stains on the floor. There was also bed bugs and chewed up sunflower seeds on the dresser. I ended up trying to sleep sitting up in a chair just to get some rest but that was difficult. I checked out as soon as the sun came up.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The shower was leaking badly and spayed water all over the bathrooom. The door strip was missing and the road noise was awful we had to use a towel to try and bridge the gap under the door. The breakfast is non existent. A cup of coffee , a cup of juice and a granola bar and that was it. It’s a disgrace that that even call this breakfast.

We only stayed 1 night, as a stop before the airport. We didnt need much. Overall, very comfortable for what we needed. Clean room, no smoke smell in the room. Sometimes I find that happens in smaller motels. Although we didnt use it, to our surprise there was a fridge and microwave. There were restaurants near by that we drive to. We had a fine stay.

Room is clean and spacious, but not much service and help you can get, staff not very friendly, property next to the highway entrance, stuck all the time in front of property. It show breakfast included, I stay here three times, never see they provide breakfast, even the door is locked, you cannot go inside, when you found someone, she will give you a carton of milk or juice with a bread ! I will never come back again. Sorry!

Room is clean and spacious, but not much service and help you can get, staff not very friendly, property next to the highway entrance, stuck all the time in front of property. It show breakfast included, I stay here three times, never see they provide breakfast, even the door is locked, you cannot go inside, when you found someone, she will give you a carton of milk or juice with a bread ! I will never come back again. Sorry!

Loud Traffic, Really uncomfortable bed, room was hot AC did not work. Drug addicts arguing and yelling in the parking lot. Will never stay again.

Staff very helpful. Room comfortable. When left and went to get gas a block away, heard 6 rounds of gunfire and area seems questionable.

It says breakfast but that’s a definite no. Don’t expect coffee either unless you go into office after 7 lol. Staff was pleasant and really friendly. Rooms clean inside. Neighborhood was a little on rougher side. Outside area is aged. It’s a place to sleep.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The shower was leaking badly and spayed water all over the bathrooom. The door strip was missing and the road noise was awful we had to use a towel to try and bridge the gap under the door. The breakfast is non existent. A cup of coffee , a cup of juice and a granola bar and that was it. It’s a disgrace that that even call this breakfast.

Upon checking in the Lobby had a strong smell of Curry. The male person checking me in was dress in grey sweatpants and a stained white shirt. He was not rude, but he was not pleasant. I went to the room and there was a definite smell of smoke in the room. Like they had tried to deodorize with fabreeze unsuccessfully. I left and grabbed dinner and came back. Took a bath and noticed there was black mold growing all along the seam between tub and tile wall. I was grossed out but was tired and just wanted to go to bed. So I pull back the blankets and find a dark grey stain on the sheets about the size of a dime. It looked as though sheets had been washed but the stain remained. Too tired I just went to bed. Next morning while brushing my teeth. I noticed more black mold around the sink. So as I am leaving I decided to see about the Advertised Included breakfast I paid extra to get. Turns out it was a thermos of coffee and a small bucket of granola bars. And again the Lobby smelled horrible of curry, and I generally like curry. I wished I could give this place a negative number as a rating. Will never stay there again

When we went for breakfast in the morning, all that was available were a few bars, some apple juice, and coffee with powdered milk placed at the reception. When I asked the lady about the breakfast that was included, she told me that this was all that was provided. We were quite disappointed.

Hotel was nice and big. They could have provided a larger bottle of shampoo or more. And the breakfast was granola bars and juice. That was disappointing.... But we just needed a place to stay it did the job.

It would be nice for hotels to list what their breakfast includes because coffee and a granola bar ain't breakfast. The cleaner was rude; I was in the room in a meeting, and after cleaning, she turned off all the lights and slammed the door behind her, which was annoying because she knew I was in a meeting and I had the lights on. Also, the bathtub was dirty, and the sink was clogged; it took a while for the water to drain. The fridge smelled bad and rotten; overall, I am disappointed in this place. The worst part was that the bedsheet had holes, and when the cleaner came, she just made the bed with the same bedding sheets with holes. I was supposed to be in a nonsmoking room; I don't know if the people next door were smoking in theirs because at night, the room was stuffy and I couldn't breathe well even with the AC on. Never happened to me at other hotels.

The room was clean. A few burns in the covers. Not bad at all i would stay again. Breakfast was a on the go breakfast, so dont think you're getting waffles, sausages, and eggs. Parking was good here. Staff was very friendly.

This place is maintained by thirdworld Indians full of lies and deception ! Linen are dirty, small kids pillows and very limited supply. No chair to sit down, They rent to Drugs /smooker ! No free breakfast as they mentioned, just a protein bar instead ! What a crap place ....never will stay for free ...
