The pool was a bit dirty with leaves floating and at the bottom. The pool deck had some cig butts on it. But the room was great. The only thing is the tub had some black mold around the grout. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough so the floor flooded. Pillows a bit hard. Bed itself comfortable and the room was a good size. There was a desk but no chair.

Very friendly front desk person placed me in a king suite in the back. It was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. An easy walk into town and close to the public transit that I needed. The swimming pool was chilly but clean and refreshing. The pool did have a lot of road noise, from its proximity to 101, but I still appreciated it after the walk back from town. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn't realize this was more of a motel than I hotel, but we were exceedingly pleased to see that it had been completely remodeled and this beautiful place to stay. It's really enjoyed everything about our stay. From the check-in just comfortable beds to the extreme cleanliness. The swimming pool and hot tub or wonderful! Really good jets in the spa and nice hot water. RV to check us in was very friendly and efficient. We would stay here again.

Great location and just a short and pleasant walk to Healdsburg centre. Rooms were clean, mattress was comfy, bedding material was soft rather than starchy, parking was free and easy. Would definitely stay again given reasonable price for this area.

The BIGGEST problem was the blds were being painted. The painters started at 8 am.-the PROBLEM: they stood outside our door yelling to each other while we were trying to sleep. This was R & R for us. When we tried to rest in the afternoon, the noise was unreal, we called the front desk to see when they were done for the day and if they would be back the next. NO ONE ever called us back. When I unpacked, the drawers were gritty inside. NOT a good sign. We did use the hot tub but it's close to the freeway exit so noisy, a sound barrier wall would help!. Front desk gladly gave us fresh towels. Check in was fine. No recycle bin in the room.

Pretty much looks like the motels of the 60's and 70's. In need of some upgrades and maintenance. For example, the sign on the door read, Be sure to double lock the door. The lock didn't work. The pool was very small and was surrounded by a cyclone fence. The "breakfast included" was a "grab and go" bag.

Had to switch rooms twice. Empty beer bottles, dirty laundry in between mattresses in two rooms. Ants in shower in second room. Finally was going to cancel reservation when manager personally looked in third room. Super noisy air conditioner. Umbrella broken in pool that we took out. Just not a comfortable or good experience. Will not stay here again.

There were ants in my bathroom, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned deeply. There were hairs on the wall, in crevices, and dust/an oily substance around the mirror. I was surprised it appeared generally clean, but certain areas overlooked such as white splatters all over the bed's baseboard. The hotel clerk was really kind and helpful but I was disappointed in the room's cleanliness. I was also under the impression breakfast was included at booking (it was listed here on Expedia.) I saw no breakfast nor was it ever mentioned. The staff did respond to my complaint and apologized regarding the cleanliness.

The bedding was stained and when we asked for new sheets they said there weren’t any available. We had to leave the hotel and couldn’t even stay there because we didn’t want to sleep in stained sheets. I have photos to show if needed.

Great location and value for money in Healdsburg. It’s an older property but the rooms were clean and roomy. We had an issue with the fridge in our room and the manager was very helpful. The only real downside for me was the WiFi. It was very spotty making it impossible to get any work done. But if you are just vacationing it might not be an issue.

Front desk friendly and easy check in. Room renovated and looks relatively new. But property itself is old and certain things cannot be updated. Sound proofing between rooms is an issue. Cost is much less than hotels closer to town center. Would probably not stay more than one night.

The appearance from the outside does not do the rooms justice. Rooms were clean and seemed to have been freshly updated. They had a Keurig coffee maker instead of one of those cheaper coffee makers that use tray type coffee. The only thing I would suggest would be a small mini mart in the lobby.

Clean and spacious room! Love that they have a refrigerator and a microwave! Centrally located- it’s very accessible from the freeway yet close to downtown Healdsburg! Easy check in! I wish they have firmer pillows! A/C and Heater was excellent!

We were a party with two rooms and the only ones at the hotel when we checked in. Later in the evening another couple checked in and were placed right next door. They had loud, foul-mouthed, threating arguments all the next morning - I almost called the police, the threats were that bad. WHY ON EARTH, THE THE ENTIRE PLACE EMPTY, WERE WE RIGHT NEXT TO THEM? The walls were WAY too thin.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. Which made my son very grumpy. Aside from a stain on the bedspread the room appeared clean, but the room smelled like curry. The walls were thin, and on our second night, the noise from the rowdy bachelorette party next door coming through the adjoining door Was a bit much. Too far away from the main shops for walking, but I was thankful that there was a Market next store to grab a few necessities. The cheap microwave has a rotating dial so you’re really just guessing on how long your food is in there unless you set a timer. The refrigerator froze. My salads so I had to re-purchase food the next day. I would call this elevated camping. Just not what I was expecting given the reviews

Either the walls are very thin, or we had loud neighbors. They came in at 3:00AM on our first night and talked all night long. I got absolutely no sleep from the time they arrived. I called the front desk at 3:30AM, and I don't think anything was done because they were loud until about 10:00AM when I think they finally fell asleep. We were up there for Passport Weekend, and I was so tired from not sleeping that my first day was ruined because of this. I asked the desk clerk about it, and she said she called them twice and told them to be quiet, but we didn't notice any difference.

Arrived at 10:30 pm, door was locked rang the bell a few times no one came. Had to call the hotel talked with someone and then they came out. Didn’t open the door to the office had to check in thru the key hole. No one in the lobby at check out around 9 am.

We bought two rooms because we brought our son and his girlfriend here to celebrate his new job. He did not realize we had paid for a room for them so he also paid for a room as did his girlfriend’s parents who stay here often. He did not realize we had paid for a room for them so he also paid for a room as did his girlfriend’s parents who stay here often. Very friendly front desk person placed me in a king suite in the back. It was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. An easy walk into town and close to the public transit that I needed. The swimming pool was chilly but clean and refreshing. The pool did have a lot of road noise, from its proximity to 101, but I still appreciated it after the walk back from town. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious room! Love that they have a refrigerator and a microwave! Centrally located- it’s very accessible from the freeway yet close to downtown Healdsburg! Easy check in! I wish they have firmer pillows! A/C and Heater was excellent!

Great location and just a short and pleasant walk to Healdsburg centre. Rooms were clean, mattress was comfy, bedding material was soft rather than starchy, parking was free and easy. Would definitely stay again given reasonable price for this area.

Descent stay in Healdsburg. The bed was comfortable and the staff was great! The facility itself is older and has some mustiness but not too bad. You could walk to the main downtown area in about 15 minutes.

Very nice location to reach downtown, quiet and easy to park. Great for bikers group to gain together. Very upgrade and clean facility. I missed the option to have a breakfast though and a small toothpaste. But overall- wonderful!

There were ants in my bathroom, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned deeply. There were hairs on the wall, in crevices, and dust/an oily substance around the mirror. I was surprised it appeared generally clean, but certain areas overlooked such as white splatters all over the bed's baseboard. The hotel clerk was really kind and helpful but I was disappointed in the room's cleanliness. I was also under the impression breakfast was included at booking (it was listed here on Expedia.) I saw no breakfast nor was it ever mentioned. The staff did respond to my complaint and apologized regarding the cleanliness.

Pretty much looks like the motels of the 60's and 70's. In need of some upgrades and maintenance. For example, the sign on the door read, Be sure to double lock the door. The lock didn't work. The pool was very small and was surrounded by a cyclone fence. The "breakfast included" was a "grab and go" bag.

Stayed one night with my boyfriend and a friend after wine tasting all day in Healdsburg. Was great to come back to the hotel and get in the hottub. It wasn't super hot at first but the manager came and turned it up for us and it got much hotter pretty quickly! We were on the second floor and the room was very clean. When we asked for more towels they were brought right away. The only reason I'm not rating it a full 5 stars is simply that the walls or at least the door that led to the next room was very thin. The neighbors were having a conversation at what seemed to be a normal speaking volume but we felt like we were right in the middle of it.. We could hear every single word without any problems and that's while we were having our own conversation in our room! I would absolutely stay here again in the future though. Definitely give it a try!
