The room was very neat and clean. The office staff was great. My only problem was the hotel advertised EV availability but only one out of four worked.

Beautiful spacious rooms, excellent communication with the staff. The outdoor pool was beautiful, but not heated still made for a great place to sit in the sun. Laundry facilities worked perfect for our needs. There was no charge to use them. Just bring your own laundry detergent. I appreciated not being nickel and dime for that, but it was a great amenity. Would stay there again.

This property is located very near a great supermarket and coffee place. It is a mile from center of town which is very walkable. The property has plenty of free parking. Staff was very friendly upon check in.

To start, the room smelled old, like a mix of olde funk smoke yesterdays travel antiquated travel lodge. More importantly our shower didnt turn on. I went to the front desk and told the front desk clerk who starred at me oddly, asked if i knew how to operate it and then admitted, yeah we know several dont opperrate correctly. What would you like me to do? Well, id like a shower that works, that seems pretty basic in 2023. Can someone look at it? He got the manager who repeated the same quiery. On a good note, a repair person was sent, replaced the faucet and the shower was opperational. The manager said he would give us a discount on the first night which never materialized. The ice machine on the 2nd floor also didnt work, which they also admitted to knowing. There was one that worked, two floors and at the opposite end of the hotel from our rooms. There are four charge point car chargers on site which is nice and Plank and Adels are walking distance for breakfast/coffee which is good since youre not in the walkable, cute main square of town. If youre on a very tight budget or you want to pay $300 a night for a cleanish enough, but a tired motel from yesteryear this is your place. My family wont be back.

Have stayed here twice now the past two years. A little bit inconvenient if you want to be right downtown, but parking is super easy and there’s a great coffee shop across the street.

This is a Motel, not an hotel. Lady at the reception not helpful at all. The EV chargers are out of commission (for more than a year it seems) This is a serious inconvenience when you pick a hotel based on ev charging availability. While exterior may have been renovated, rooms look tired and dingy, floor is sticky, bedding and pillows old. Just one power outlet in the room, like 18th century, because who needs to plug their electronics. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything, you will know somebody 2 floors above flushed the toilet. Couple of hippos above our rooms decided to have sex at 3am... we heard everything and it wasn't entertaining at all. No restaurant or breakfast on premises Overall for $180/night not even close to a decent value, this is $100 motel at best. We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express in Windsor, same price, better everything. We won't be back here for sure. Vicinity to Plank coffee is only perk, but there are definitely better options nearby.

We had two rooms 116 and 118 the morning of check out we encountered ants in the bathtub and could not shower. I advised the front desk upon checking out and he advised there was nothing they could because we reserved the room through a third party. Not happy.

We had to ask for floor to be mopped after husband went barefoot in the room and feet were black with dirt. Staff cleaned floor as requested but really should not have to ask for that. Bed was a weird metal base and it felt like sleeping on a metal drum. Pool area was weedy and not well kept.

Pros: The room was very clean. The hard floors were beautiful and much more sanitary than carpet. Plantation blinds were a nice feature. Front desk was friendly. Cons: it’s an old property so the plumbing was noisy and the light/fan in the toilet room sounds like a jet airplane taking off. The pillows are like fluffy boulders and the mattress is way too soft.

The employee that checked us in was professional and friendly. The room could use some updating. The bottom of the shower was showing alot of wear and tear. The shower water handle was so hard to pull to turn the water on that i thought i was going to pull it out of the wall. One of the bed frames rattled every time you move in the bed. Otherwise, the room was clean and the tv worked.

Hallways and elevator need a good cleaning, the security swing lock and room safe were inoperable, but the room was clean and quiet. Staff members were very pleasant. Free and ample parking.

Check in was easy and they allowed early check in as I am a best western rewards member (otherwise $30 more). Pool is not heated and no hot tub but clean and fairly empty. Beds comfortable. They put us in an adjoining room to a family with young children who screamed and ran all day and night so it was impossible to sleep. Very thin walls.

The shower handle was old & difficult to use. At first I thought it was broken but then I literally had to get into the shower and pull so hard until it finally worked. And my brother had the same difficulty with the shower in his room.

The walls are very thin. We were woken at 3 am because the guests in the next room were talking. They were very loud, but it didn’t sound like fighting. It sounded like a normal conversation, but it went on for over an hour. We tried sleeping at the other end of the bed to see if that helped, but it didn’t. They really need to fix this. The room is really nice, and the bed comfortable, but we got a terrible night’s sleep.

The room we had seems to be in need of maintenance. The towel holder rail is falling apart. The shower head is old and the water pressure isn't very good. The TV didn't work but the maintenance guy was able to get it working. Only one of the plugs worked to charge our phones. The room we had on the ground floor had windows that faced the vending machines and at night the BRIGHT lights kept the room so bright, we could barely sleep. The window coverings don't block the light out. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. This Best Western has the fewest amenities of any I have ever stayed at.

Location is great. Staff seemed nice. Building is LOUD. They put laminate floor in, which is great for cleanliness, but it was loud. Our neighbors above us were up super later and then up early the next morning. We had to put music on and could still hear them walking everywhere. I think we may also heard people walking outside all night. If I stayed again, it would only be on the third floor. The amenities are limited for the cost.

Would be great if they had plugs for chargers by the bed. Had to move bed away from wall, unplug lights to be able to plug in phone. Otherwise a quick and uneventful stay for a reasonable price. Looking forward to the restaurant in the parking lot to open again.

Beautiful place to stay. Was very surprised. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. If there was a negative, water pressure wasn’t the best. Totally adequate though. Furniture was cute and loved the TV.

Just OK - I was actually surprised at some of the shortcomings of this property, since I generally associate Best Western as a low/mid level business type hotel. Things I noted - (1) lack of blackout curtains - the windows had plantation shutters but they weren't that good about keeping out the lights from the parking lot (2) no power outlets or charging ports near the bed (3) mini-fridge was inoperable (4) bed wasn't all that comfortable (which I recognize is subjective). I guess it wasn't all that out of line considering the relatively reasonable price - solid 7 out of 10.

Totally basic property. Clean enough but for the price needs significant upgrades. I recognize that in Healdsburg you can charge a lot, but I expect at least nice towels and amenities. Also, we arrived 30 min early and the clerk had the nerve to say it would cost us $30 to check in early - even tho the room was already ready! Was asked to join the club to get in early. Very tacky esp for the price…

You are paying for location only at this hotel. Housekeeping opened my door at 8:45am and again at 9:10am even though check out was at 11am. The first time I had just stepped out of the shower and was in a towel. Very faint knock on the door, no mention of housekeeping, then the door was opened even though I was saying I was still in the room. The second time I was dressed but again, super faint knocking and no mention of housekeeping.

Check-in time provided was three pm. At the appointed time I attempted check-in and was told check-in was four pm and I would be charged an early-check in for thirty dollars. Also, fee would be waived if I jointed some sort of loyalty club. I demurred and said no to both options at which time I was told okay we will waive the fee and check you in. Fishy and deceitful to my way of thinking.

I had a terrible experience with the front desk staff at this hotel. There was a mix-up with my reservation, and instead of trying to assist, the front desk agent, Logan, was completely unhelpful. He showed no interest in resolving the issue, refused to put in any effort, and quite frankly, seemed high and totally disengaged from his job. It was beyond frustrating. Thankfully, the Hotels.com representative who eventually helped me was absolutely amazing—patient, kind, and incredibly helpful in figuring out what went wrong. This is a great hotel, and located close to everything. It’s right off the freeway, however it is quiet. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool on this trip as there are too many fabulous wineries nearby that we had to visit.

The room was perfect and clean. Appreciated the tall height of the shower head. As a tall person. I'm often ducking down and this was wonderful to be a good foot underneath of it. Sometimes it's the small things. Can easily walk to downtown and enjoy this small City.

It's a nice enough property, some distance from the center of Healdsburg. The rooms were fine, but unremarkable - well furnished and nothing appeared overly worn or tired, but not luxurious in any way. There was a single USB charging unit attached to the desk. No other available outlets or charging ports, so a little out of step with the current standard for hotel rooms. The bath was quite small and while it was spotlessly clean, there was no way it could accommodate two people at once. Good bed and decent bedding, but again, nothing approaching what you'd typically find in a newer hotel of a similar price-point. Friendly and helpful staff - the housekeepers were especially hardworking and effective - but they need to spend more time maintaining the grounds, which had some little and some discouraged looking landscaping. On the whole - it was fine, if unimpressive. Costly, but we may have caught them on a particularly expensive weekend. There is no breakfast other than coffee in the lobby (which was quite good), but the restaurant across the parking lot - Pepper's - had excellent breakfast offerings, great service and gave a 10% discount for guests from the hotel, which was appreciated.

Our stay was for one night. We enjoyed the pool. Our only complaint would be the noise. you can hear the neighbors tv’s, conversations, and walking around noise quite clearly. This just made it difficult to sleep and relax.

The mattress needed to be replaced on both beds, walls were so thin in the room I could have joined in on the neighbors conversation. I guess that’s why they give you ear plugs. Bathroom there was no vanity to put your toiletries, just a little ledge.
