Very basic for price...no elevator, inadequate sound proofing. Vending machine took bills but gave no change...when alerting reception about it they said they already knew. If you alreadh know then use your initiative and put a note on the vending machine to alert patrons!!

Excellent handicap accessible room and bathroom. Everything was very clean. Very modern, updated. The street was somewhat noisy in the early morning but not too bad. Very nice staff. Great supermarket across the street.

Rating higher if they used fitted bottom sheet. Flat sheet to small to tuck in so it moved around during the night. Also rough spot on stair railing caused a cut on my arm.

I liked the safety bars in the bathroom for handicap or older people. Rooms were colorful and comfortable. The beds were rather high and difficult to get on without jumping up.

We were extremely disappointed with the condition of our room. A major reason we chose this hotel was the advertised in-room jetted tub, which turned out to be unusable due to unsanitary conditions. Upon a simple visual inspection—and later light wiping—the underside of the fixtures and jets produced black buildup and residue. The amount of grime that came off was disturbing and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. In addition to the tub, the room had other issues that compounded the experience, including a television that did not display a picture and ants present in the room. Taken together, these problems made the stay feel neglected and far below acceptable standards. Cleanliness and basic functionality are non-negotiable when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations, and we would not stay here again.

Good price; very clean; quiet; excellent bed. Best of all, the location is close to everything. I visited two wineries in Sonoma, one winery in Napa (Calistoga) and Point Reyes National Sea Shore not far from Petaluma. Although all of these places were not close to one another, I was able to access each of these locations easily and quickly from this hotel's location. I would estimate that no drive was greater than one hour. Some drives were less than an hour. I will return to this hotel in the future for my winery visits in Sonoma and Nappa.

I would have shared this feedback if someone had been available to talk to when checking out. The cons cancelled out the pros for this hotel. The pros were convenient location and comfort beds. Cons were a stain on the lampshade that looks like splattered blood, stains on the sheets, worn treads in the tub (I almost fell)

My room on upper floors was not ready after 3 pm check in time, so I took a room on the first floor and it was extremely noisy all hours of stay. It was close to the hotel entrance so my advise is not to stay on first floor at least not in rooms 102, 103, 104. 101 .

Room was decent but we were at the front closest to the road. The windows were cheap and let in a lot of road noise. We used a white noise machine to drown out the noise.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this one was incredible for three reasons. The bed was the most comfortable bed of have ever slept on. The ac was the coldest ac I have ever found. It would get down to 50 If you wanted. Finally, the shower was one of those fancy ones with three shower heads. I took 3 long showers a day because it was so nice.

Hotel Vinea is a decent place to stay overall, but there is one thing travelers should know about. The company that owns the hotel, Wyndam, will automatically call you at 8:00 am to ask about your check out time. If you do not want to be woken up at 8:00 am, you need to have your phone turned off.

Registration was easy. We did have some very loud people in the room across from us at 2am and we called the front desk. Within 5 minutes, it was quiet!

The Hotel is too close to the freeway so the traffic is loud. There is a gas station right next to it so there are a lot of cars reving engines. The mattress was hard causing me to have a neck ache. I’m definitely dissatisfied.

My boyfriend and I stayed here three nights while visiting the area for a wine event. The location was ideal. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. No elevator which is a bit odd, but we were on the second floor, so it was only sorta inconvenient. Continental breakfast was limited but okay. There is a great coffee shop right across the street! Only real issue was we didn't get the requested maid service while out wine tasting all day. Otherwise, we'd stay here again.

I want to say it’s bad so it won’t be booked up the next time I want to stay here, but I can’t. What a great little hotel with awesome staff and a breakfast that included a few GF items. I will definitely stay here again soon! For reference, I’m Marriott Platinum for Life so I was a tad worried about booking here…but I was extremely pleased with the comfort, location and overall quality of this cute little place.

Great location and great price. We stayed 4 nights through the weekend , by the end of the weekend the continental breakfast items were missing No muffins, stale bread, no waffle syrup

Quiet stay. Informative and helpful staff at front desk. Room was clean, shower instantly hot. Nice continental breakfast (with waffle machine). Would stay again.

Very clean hotel, nice rooms for the price. the only thing that’s shouldbe changed is you have to pay for decaf coffee out of a machine.

The staff was extremely kind and gave great recommendations for wineries and places to eat. Our room upgrade was an ama,ing surprise. The bed was made every day and the continental breakfast was better than expected. We would deffinently stay ahain!

Had to change rooms since the first one reeked of tobacco smoke - despite them making a big deal about being a no-smoking hotel. Extra charge for parking wasn't anticipated. Hand shower didn't work at all; tub plug didn't work either. Hotel was much further from downtown amenities than it seemed it would be.

This was just the right place for us. The staff is pleasant, parking safe. We liked the way the room was arranged and decorated. We were comfortable. We had a nice conversation with the owner and one of his long term employees. Mr. Desai has created a sweet garden space outdoors too.
