La Quinta by Wyndham Hesperia Victorville

Nice hotel, but probably wouldn't stay again with my wheelchair bound brother. Wheelchair rooms not on ground floor,not safe during a fire. Elevator tiny, difficult to maneuver Wheelchairs. Platform beds, unable to use lift into bed. Beds too close together. Doors to rooms do not stay open, very hard to maneuver Wheelchair thru doorway.

If you look at the property description, there is supposed to be a fitness center and a restaurant on the property. There is not. They will give you a 2 hour pass to a local gym that is over 5 miles away and the nearest food place other than their average breakfast that was served is a Carl's Jr across a busy street. The bathroom was another problem. The water barely comes out of the showerhead, the is no counter space in the bathroom and I found hairs in the bathtub from previous occupants. You had an extremely small refrigerator in the room but not freezer component and the only ice machine the hotel had was broke and the staff did not appear to be interested in it being fixed. The temperature outside was over 110 degrees. There is no way I will ever return to this place.

Everything was good except the pool was out of order for maintenance.

The room itself was amazing. However, the pool/spa was non-functional. Having a pool/spa was part of the reason I chose this location.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The pool deck area was dirty and the furniture was worn. The pool Nd spa waters were clean and the temperatures were perfect.

It was a bit challenging to connect to the internet and the front desk agent assisted with connecting the tv and the hot tub was not working. Bright light shining in window all night.

I liked the property but the pool didnt seem to be cleaned that much or maybe it was just the tree leaves but it did stop me from going into it

Nice welcoming staff. Property spotless inside and out. Comfortable bed and room. Would stay again. The only bummer was the pet fee of 20 dollars a pet. I brought 2 so it got pricey. There website says pet friendly but not that they tack on an extra 20 dollars per pet

Property inside out very clean. Lobby bright and welcoming. This was a rest stop for us on our trip back home. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, very clean and beds were super comfortable. Even though hotel was right next to the freeway room was quiet. Only one drawback not enough parking. I would definitely stay here again.

evacuated for a fire, didn't give a discount, but nevertheless, it's a clean room, comfy beds. The elevator is always dirty. The exterior entries are dirty, but once inside, it's clean in the lobby. we do come back here due to convenience and friendly staff, cleanliness in the rooms and updates are nice. if they could keep up with elevator and exterior filth and perhaps a few straglers outside it would garner a better review.

I want to start off by saying we stayed at this hotel last year for my brother’s graduation. We had a good enough experience with cleanliness and the staff; that we wanted to stay here again for my sister’s graduation. The room we were put in was gross and noisy. The room was on the bottom floor sharing a wall with an elevator. It was also about 15ft from the ice machine and our window looked directly out to the pool. On our first night we checked in at around 3:15 and our room wasn’t ready as housekeeping hadn’t “gotten to it” yet. We understood and decided to just come back later. Once we got in the room smelled musty. The carpet is so dirty it was turning our socks brown/gray. The shower has chipped tiles and moldy grout. This is supposed to be a handicapped accessible room which we didn’t request but we’re ok with having. All was ok until about midnight when a toddler in the room above us was running back and forth consistently until 1am. There were people out by the pool being loud, drinking and of course swimming past the 10pm curfew. Our four month old was constantly being woken up by the people outside and the elevator shaking the wall to our room. The following morning my husband goes out to get himself breakfast and the staff made him feel uncomfortable by the glares they were giving as well as talking about him in Spanish. He understands enough to know he was being talked about. We decided to check out on the 2nd instead of the 3rd… we won’t be staying here again.

The room was dirty when I entered. Had a strange smell to it and there was duck tape holding things together. A tile fell off the wall as I entered. The room was noisy with the freeway and people coming out of the door.

The bathroom in our room was so water damaged. The tile, broken and dangerous to walk on. Shelfs in the restroom were also broken.

Simply put I had roaches in my room

Bedding was full of hair and shower wouldn't drain.

I have stayed at this LaQuinta b4. Bith visits the hotel smells of POT!!! The 1st visit I thought it was a fluke but this visit it was worse,...the halls permeatted with the smell wich in turn made your room smell. I wont be staying there again.

Could not sleep. Running around and loud noises at 1:49am, and two other times after that. The white stains on the furniture grossed me out as soon as we got there. It was a very uncomfortable stay. The reviews I read prior to booking at this hotel, were very inaccurate.

Low quality upgraded to room. Floors are dirty, questionable stains on furniture and mirrors. Bed was clean but room cleanliness wasn’t what I was expecting.

Rooms were decent size bed was comfortable

Air conditioner was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Nice mattress very comfortable. Couch was worn. Overall an ok place to stay.

The room was spacious. I had a king suite and everything was great. Lots of hot water in the shower with good pressure. The only issue I had was a noise in the heating unit that would come and go, but I just turned it off for the night.

La Quinta's hotel is great when it comes to comfort. The bed is absolutely amazing. The room is amazing; however, they have the most bland breakfast for the cost of this place. If you guys are familiar with McDonalds' breakfast McMuffin, they use those types of eggs every single day. They are not as tasty, believe me. One can tell it's frozen and then recooked. They have the same ole stuff daily: horrible eggs, only pork sausage, same old cheerios, apples and oatmeal. The muffins are a joke. No banana, same ole same ole. I end up eating out. The waffles are good but there's just not a big selection of things. You'd think for the outrageous cost being in the middle of nowhere, they'd have a better selection. The only other gripe I have is with the wifi--HORRIBLE wi-fi. Our streaming and even surfing the net is horrible. It's making me like Econo much more next door. Their breakfast is also bland but the price is cheaper for better internet. Fix your wi-fi. Get more of a selection for your outrageous price for breakfast. Then you'd be perfect.

Check in process was great! We were accommodated with a request to be near another party. Not having central AC was a problem for my husband, but we only stayed one night. The breakfast in the morning the following day, was more than we all expected, and the staff was refilling everything and we all enjoyed.

Overall the property is nice and convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The things that stood out as negatives for me were 1. My room smelled when you first walk in. But, it was in good condition and looked perfectly clean. 2. There was a lot of noise at night. I'm not sure, but it sounded like they were cleaning the ice machine or something...every night. 3. Also, walls and doors are "thin", so you can hear a lot of what your neighbors are doing, especially in the hall way. While that sounds bad, it was "livable" and I'd probably stay there again, but ask for a different room far away from the ice machine.

You can hear guest from other rooms/ hallway/elevator. Walls are paper thin!

Hotel needs upgrading it's ok for one night wouldn't stay longer. TV never worked and heater was way too loud.

Easy to park, easy to check in, and easy to get to our 3rd-floor room. The room was spotless. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet, even with the A/C fan on during the night. My only quibble was the TV remote was annoying.

arrived at midnight and the property was unable to provide us with a room. system was down and they could not manage to figure out which rooms were occupied and which ones were not. terrible service. Staff member was great though. Not her fault.

The stay was amazing. Renee was GREAT! She was attentive and very interactive, whether it was during check-in or during breakfast. Great atmosphere!!!

The hotel is an average place, very noisy especially having the ice machine in the hallway that is used early in the morning and late at night by contract workers going to work. The staff at the front desk were more interested in talking to each other about a co-worker than paying attention to guests.

The front desk told us breakfast 6-10 am we went down for breakfast at 8:50 lady’s front desk and the server very rude bc they say it was done at 9 We were 7 people at the dining room asking for food and they were very very rude the server saying her shift was done.

Front staff was truly uncaring. We had checked in and been in the hotel for an hour. I got a call that my mother had passed away. We needed to push onto our destination that night and requested a refund and they said there was nothing they could do. We never stay at another La Quinta ever. My daughter was also traveling with me and taking a separate room. their room was extremely dirty, mold and tub and broken fixtures. They requested another room prior to me getting the bad news and it was no better. It smelled like pee. They will also never be staying at La Quinta.

Room i booked was not the one i actually thought i did. But they switched me to the deluxe suite with no problems. Very nice hotel and customer service is top notch

Unfortunately my wife left a bracelet in the room staff lied and said it wasn't there

Staff was friendly and efficient. Check in was smooth and fast, breakfast was light but satisfactory, and check out was a breeze. Rooms are clean. I would return.

Great location!

Despite the note being near the interstate, it was relatively quiet at night and I was able to sleep.

It's located on the FWY off ramp.

Not like photos no palm trees false advertising ! Dangerous location a truck pushed by our car off frontage road here in front of hotel. No turning lane located between I15 and dangerous frontage road miles between bridges to get to side w restaurants etc we elected to cancel and go elsewhere. This is not a safe or quiet location. We need our money back as we never checked in.

The property is located near freeway access as well as Bear Valley Road a major route to others area of the High Desert.

Comfortable and nice location. Better than expected! There was a nice outdoor pool and spa which was great for the heat. Everything was clean and the complimentary breakfast was a great touch! Will stay here again.

The breakfast was fake coffee with no eggs but some fruit and make yourself pan cakes.

It was a quick online check in and out and we had ada request & we got a room close to the door, breakfast was decent, lots of choices, the pool and jacuzzi was a great plus!! Customer was excellent as well & they had many items in the lobby to buy if you forget your toothbrush like I did, lol 😆

The breakfast was great.. the hotel was very clean

The property is updated to some extent. The sofa's in the room we were in needs new stuffing or just new cushions. You can barely get up off the sofa from the sitting position. The free breakfast is one of the worst we had at a wyndam. Barely warm pancake looing egg and barely warm sausage Pattie. The waffles are good but that's about it.

I had stains on my sheet and my body wash bottle was completely empty and they give you two towels for 2 days. That’s not enough. Breakfast is 7-10 got down there 930 to just scraps of food left over. Our room smelled bad like cigarettes.

Breakfast poor. Very tired and needed somewhere. Picture better than the real thing.
