Laundromat on site but motel run out of detergent. Pool was chained with huge padlock, pool chairs were so dirty we did not dare to use them. Thanks God we stayed there just one night.

The service was good, it has vinyl floor, but there were stains in the beed sheets and in the towels, they didn't looks dorty, but they didn't feel clean either, like there was not a clean smell any where, the bottom of the bathrmtub felt sticky, and there were stains in walls and doors

Didn't like anything except desk staff courteous and friendly. The room reeked of disinfectant and walking barefoot in room our feet became dirty. Too much light shines into room at night. The outside areas had trash on sidewalk and messy. Web site included breakfast and NO breakfast is being served. I was shocked this is a Best Western property as I mostly stay at BW and generally think they are good.

The bathroom floor was dirty under and around the sink. It was quite gross. There was also no deadbolt lock on our door. The latch was there, but nothing to put it over.

I first checked into 243, right when I walked into the room, I instantly walked into a puddle of water. I tried to call the front desk with the phone in the room. It didn’t work. The light outlets in room, bathroom, and walls were just dirty, fridge didn’t work I instantly went downstairs for a CLEAN room. I was moved to 246. Again, I walked into a puddle of water. Apparently they said it happens to ALL the rooms. The room smelled MUSTY, towels were dirty, I moved the blankets to get comfortable. Instantly saw dirt stains on the sheets, and pillow cases. I took the pillow cases off and the pillows were dirty too! I was putting my water in the fridge and the fridge was MOLDY. Everything about the rooms were NASTY. I felt so uncomfortable, I had to go down the street to find a store that sold fabric disinfecting spray for the room. I’m pretty such the motel 6 next door is way more cleaner than these.

The shower head leaked and made our towels wet so had to get fresh towels. The heater, when first turned on, smelled horrible. The toilet made a loud strange noise when flushed. Internet wouldn't work for my laptop. Haor dryer wouldn't work. They are remodeling, so hopefully they address all of these issues.

The room was nicer than expected. It was also quiet, a surprise given the number of solo working men in residence. Not sure what happened to the free WiFi and breakfast that were advertised. And some strange woman stood outside my room and yelled “Tamales, tamales, tamales” for ten minutes at about 8:30 p.m. Other than that, the place was comfortable, spacious and quiet.

The room was nicer than expected. It was also quiet, a surprise given the number of solo working men in residence. Not sure what happened to the free WiFi and breakfast that were advertised. And some strange woman stood outside my room and yelled “Tamales, tamales, tamales” for ten minutes at about 8:30 p.m. Other than that, the place was comfortable, spacious and quiet.

I paid through expedia online before my stay but When I checked in , the front desk asked me how would I like to pay. I said I paid already. She said she doesn’t see that in her computer. She said she’ll check me in if she has my credit card on file. She says she will contact expedia. Now I will have to check if they charged me again . I hope not.

The outside areas had trash on sidewalk and messy. Web site included breakfast and NO breakfast is being served. I was shocked this is a Best Western property as I mostly stay at BW and generally think they are good.

The room was nicer than expected. It was also quiet, a surprise given the number of solo working men in residence. Not sure what happened to the free WiFi and breakfast that were advertised. And some strange woman stood outside my room and yelled “Tamales, tamales, tamales” for ten minutes at about 8:30 p.m. Other than that, the place was comfortable, spacious and quiet.

So the room itself is pretty simple just a bed and entrance the room rlly doesn’t match the same at the pictures shown tbh. The toilet was loose, hair dryer didn’t work, paper thin walls, and the older lady at the front desk with really rude as I called to verify if I could book a hotel at the age of 19 as I was just passing through traveling, and they said that it was perfectly fine and I booked over the phone and when I checked in, she gave me attitude as if I was lying when I said I called and booked over the phone even though I had the recorded phone call and she was just denying everything that I was saying and wasn’t willing to reimburse me but lucky enough. I was so persistent that she just gave me the hotel room that I booked that night.

Free internet?!?! Hah!!! Even the desk clerk said to use a hotspot rather than trying to access via hotel’s WiFi. Pool was filthy; room maintenance didn’t exist. May be better to rate as a 1 star.

Amenities were not great. No hairdryer. No coffeemaker. No conditioner. You get soap and shampoo. There is a refrigerator and a microwave. The towels though were surprisingly soft and the shower had good pressure and temperature. They do have an iron but no ironing board. That was a bit curious. I asked if I could check out a hair dryer and received a rather nonchalant we don't have hairdryers here. The Wifi also doesn't work.
