It was decent it accomplished the goal, but there was limitations, from one you can only have one car per room, so that meant if you and your guests are not sharing your car, your guests can't park in the parking lot, that's extremely limited especially considering how expensive the rooms are per night. Other than that nothing to really complain about other than the fact that they were doing renovations and had a million microwaves and sinks occupying one of the parking spaces, this limiting the amount of available parking in general.

This Motel 6 is very clean and inside the room looked recently remodeled with fresh paint. The property itself is quiet. The traffic noise from the street could be loud in the middle of the night, but there was not much traffic when I stayed there. The ice machine was out of order, which could be inconvenient on a hot day. Overall, I'm satisfied. I will use this place again if I visit the area.

The overall experience was not very good. The room was in a dirty condition, the floor was not clean and the bed sheets were not clean and had brown stains over it. Everything felt pretty bad.

I was really shocked; I've stayed at this location several times in the past. My room was clean for the most part (floor not clean). The bathroom was remolded, with new bathtub, the sick area was new as well. Love the bedding, and phone area was also an upgrade. Check in was very easy, and took no time at all, I needed a low-level room and was accommodated. Very close to food places, and 7-11, and other stores, freeway access wasn't bad either. For a 1 night say It wasn't bad at all.

One of the best motels I’ve stayed at while visiting San Diego! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making check-in a breeze. The rooms appeared to be recently remodeled. I also appreciated the convenience of having a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room. Overall, a great stay—I would definitely book this location again!

AC was off when I walked in and could not cool the room effectively the entire time. The toilet would not flush either. The price was good however. You get what you pay for I guess.

Clean room, modern, no shampoo though and for some god aweful reason every time they open the trash bin or something in the parking lot it sounds like a car crash outside the rooms. It woke us up twice during our stay and it was INSANELY loud.

The front desk agent was friendly. The room was clean & there was a small refrigerator and microwave. This is a no frills motel and this is reflected in the price. There wasn’t many towels but I think they were accidentally forgotten. I would suggest another pillow as there was three but they are quite small for a queen bed. The room comes with two bars of soap. Make sure to have your own shampoo, conditioner or Kleenex. The only really complaint was the music at midnight and the paper thin walls. There is pride in ownership here. 🤗

The staff was very helpful and professional. The parking spots were a little tight and my first night I had not where to fit my car and the worker in the office made accommodations for me so i didn’t have to park on the street. I was very grateful for this. My sons didn’t travel with me as I was alone. I loved the microwave and refrigerator in the room also. The room was very clean and no bugs as my last place I stayed. Very convenient for the places I needed to travel for business. This will definitely be my travel hotel from now on. Thanks for everything.

Hotel charged me an extra 300$ because they said I was smoking in the room. My girlfriend is allergic to smoke, there was no smoking or evidence of smoking. After I told them that they said well maybe you didn’t smoke, but it smelled like fresh marijuana so we’re gonna charge you for smoking anyway, cause the manager said it’s a policy that he made up.

we got there pretty early, got there at about 6 am when check-in was at 3pm. so we explain the situation to the front desk dude and he was quite rude about the fact that we were so early. in his words we were “beyond early” and he was just overall bitter and unwelcoming! i was prepared to pay money to get into our room early so we could rest up for the day, but please tell me how we went from an 400 dollar check in to a 700 dollar check in. makes no sense, i understand the deposit down and the early fees but that would still land us only at around 550. dirty motel, stains on the walls and ceilings, bathroom light didn’t work at all, shower was creaking and felt unstable and the water pressure was bad! definitely an awful room for the amount of money we had to pay.

its a nice property, rooms are not the cleanest, you will find small things here and there. Biggest downside is they kept my deposit without telling me why or a recipe. I never leave the rooms dirty.

Didn't offer breakfast when the site said otherwise, reason I pick the hotel and had. Power outage and the front desk was no help and I had to leave during the night and was nervous leaving the room ajar, since no power to open with the key card or I could of been stranded outside for 7 hrs since that how long the power was out

This is my second time staying at this location and it was very nice and quiet. The staff are very professional and easy to communicate with. They’re very helpful and accommodating. This is my go to spot when I come to San Diego.

Fast and easy check in. I love that the deposit can also be cash for a faster return deposit. It’s just down the hill from my husband job very convenient for us. Next to a 7-11 and multiple fast food restaurant.

Not the best location but it’s not the worst. The bed seemed clean but they did not sweep or mop floors. I wiped everything down with Lysol wipes and Lysol spray. Employees were nice. And it was quiet. Location is safe.

I really like the area this motel is in. Anything you need is within a short driving distance. Check in staff was very nice. The bed is comfortable, and the tv gets more than enough channels. I will definitely stay here again.

Check in was very easy, and took no time at all, I needed a low-level room and was accommodated. Very close to food places, and 7-11, and other stores, freeway access wasn't bad either. For a 1 night say It wasn't bad at all.

I have no real complaints. I know what I'm getting at Motel 6. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is ok. It was quiet. I was visiting family so I only used the room for sleeping. Don't expect any extras. No housekeeping, no coffee pot, no face tissue, etc. You get what you pay for.

This is a lovely property, in a great location: 5 min from the Dennis the Menace playground, pizza shops, etc. Clean, well-lit, has a pool though it was too cold for us to try it, and they put out granola bars, energy bars, and wrapped pastries every morning! Their coffee machine makes expresso and cappuccino, which was delicious!

There is no coffee maker in the room. You have to go to the office to get coffee. Did not say that on the website. Blackout blinds aren’t blackout.

I enjoyed the easy access to the freeway and the room was clean. The only negative was the remote was not working and I tried to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I went down and the young man said he would be right up. I had to go back down because after 15 minutes, he had not been up. The reason the remote did not work was the box was facing down. Then the next morning, the internet and cable went out. Staff was on the phone with their provider. It was advertised breakfast available but I did not see anything available. Other than that, I was great.

It's Motel 6 so.... It is decently maintained. It is clean. It is relatively safe. My only suggestion based on my last visit is to have coffee available for guests throughout the day. I went in for a cup at the lobby at 9:10 AM and was told it was too late. I wasn't happy about that, but I did survive.

Didn't offer breakfast when the site said otherwise, reason I pick the hotel and had. Power outage and the front desk was no help and I had to leave during the night and was nervous leaving the room ajar, since no power to open with the key card or I could of been stranded outside for 7 hrs since that how long the power was out

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed an extra hand towel because there was only one in the room. We had a microwave and refrigerator. No coffee pot or toiletries other than 2 bars of soap. No hair dryer. I travel with all of my toiletries and hair dryer for this very reason. I'm glad that I do. The room was clean and we would stay here again.

The room was very nice. We did not get cleaning service, there was no Continental or any type of breakfast just coffee. However, the room was nice and check in was awesome. However, never mentioned deposit of $60 held in addition to paying for the whole room upfront, that was annoying.
