Para mi y nuestra familia fue una experiencia maravillosa habernos hospedado aquí nos trataron de maravilla todos fueron sumamente atentos con nosotros y estuvieron al pendie De todos los detalles, desde los desayunos hasta que llegábamos en la noche , este hotel se los súper súper recomiendo, son sumamente atentos y amables te tratan como familia , muchas gracias por todo

Hands down, one of the best stays I have ever had in a hotel or lodge. The rooms were kept and spacious the staff were amazing, the went above and beyond to keep us happy, they organized a lot of things for us so we dont have too or worry about it. Also the view up here is amazing, you get to see Cusco from a great angle, and also breakfast is good here. We had a great stay at the Apu Lodge and we look forward to the next time we get to come here again, the team here is amazing. Thank you our private guide Pat and of course Wilson and Karolina

From the moment we arrived at APU Mountain Lodge, we were welcomed like family. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way, treating both me and my son with genuine warmth, kindness, and care. Every interaction felt personal, thoughtful, and sincere. My son even said it was the best customer service he’s ever experienced—and I couldn’t agree more. Whether it was the way they greeted us by name each day, helped us navigate our plans, or simply shared a smile, the entire team was just incredible. They made us feel seen, valued, and completely at home. The energy of the lodge is peaceful and inviting, but it’s the people who truly make it unforgettable. We honestly can’t say enough good things about them. If you’re headed to the Sacred Valley or Machu Picchu area, do yourself a favor—stay here. You won’t regret it. Thank you, APU Mountain Lodge, for creating such a special memory for us. We’ll be back.
