From check in to check out, staff was friendly, attentive, and available. The hotel was very clean and quiet. My room faced the freeway, however the noise wasn’t an issue at all. The room was clean and incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed the simplicity of their breakfast options. There was plenty of parking on site. I felt completely safe in this location. There was a nice walking area outside the hotel that I took advantage of after breakfast. Absolutely loved this hotel. Will definitely stay again!!!

Checking in was easy and Ethan helped us. He was very friendly and pleasant and helpful. The bed was maybe a smidge too soft but comfortable otherwise great pillows. Breakfast was great bacon was tasty and they had multiple flavors of waffle mix which I would love to have enjoyed, but I’m dieting so I was not able to .The room was clean and staff was very pleasant. The building is in good condition. It’s very safe there with multiple hotels in the area have no complaints. I heard minimal noise with the freeway being close by. It was not a problem. It also has a nice gym and a pool.

I did mention to the clerk at the desk when I checked out that I saw a bug that may have looked like a roach . I had noticed there was water damage on the bathroom door and door frame area which is near the tub . Could’ve been a flooding of water from the tub or the toilet . The parking lot seemed pretty lit up except the back area . I don’t eat any of the breakfast except some fruit because I’m gluten free and there is almost always nothing gluten free at hotels . Besides having crappy sugar cereals etc I would never eat any of the breakfasts at hotels , it’s not real food. I need protein, and I’m allergic to pork so bacon and sausage is out ! , only need real eggs not powdered eggs either and some corn tortillas and salsa !

Perfect location for my needs. Room was comfortable but had a strong cleaning smell and tile floor was a little sticky. Lots of freeway noise - but it is right next to the freeway and that’s what I wanted, so not really a negative. Staff was friendly & helpful.

The reason for the four star in cleanliness is because I am just wondering if our room was a pet friendly room before we came in because when we opened the door to our room, it was very strong smelling of cleaners and in spots the rug fell damp. I specifically asked for a room that did not allow pets in it. don’t get me wrong. I am all for having a very clean room, but when I felt the rug in spots, it made me think it might be a pet friendly room and I did not want that.

A bit of a wait at the counter to check in. Redeemed themselves with quick response to an issue and were able to give us a new room. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Beds have a soft top but are hard overall so not to my personal liking. I wish there were an option for non-down pillows.

This property worked for us on a two day stay. They accommodated us for early check in . The breakfast was satisfying and well maintained. The facilities were clean , no concerns for safety. This location is approximately 15 mins away from vineyards which was a plus if you are planning on visiting some while in Livermore . Two concerns, both our room keys stopped working and we had to go to the desk to get them reactivated multiple times. Second our air conditioning was rattling in the middle of the night when it would reach the set temperature and then have to start back up it would rattle super loud until it got going. We would stay here again in the future for value , location and cleanliness of the facilities.

Excellent hotel to stay at! The manager was very friendly and helpful as well as the entire staff! Our rooms were roomy and very comfortable. I was in town for a wedding and brought my kids and grandkids and chose this hotel because they offer a free breakfast. My grandkids loved the breakfast area and they were happy to have waffles and even sprinkles for the topping. I highly recommend this hotel!

Angie at the front desk was the sweetest and kindest person I’ve ever come across. She remembered me from last month when I was there. She is very welcoming and is so helpful. Because of her, anytime I’m in Livermore I will be staying at this hotel. I appreciate her.

I would have rated this stay with four stars but checking in was unsatisfactory and made the whole stay less pleasant than the last. Again, the one employee there at between 7:30-8:00 pm was unavailable to check in guests. Besides the inconvenience to incoming guests, if there was an emergency, no one was there to assist.

It was easy and convenient for a one-night stay on our roadtrip. Staff was very friendly both checking in and out. Our room was close to the exit ramp from the freeway, but we didn't hear any noise during the night.

I love the Hampton Inn. The rooms are beautiful. The parking is easy and it’s right off the freeway.

Schone kamer. Nette grote badkamer. Ontbijt was geweldig. Continu werd alles bijgevuld. Ook het warme gedeelte van het ontbijt. Dus prima verzorgd. Alleen jammer dat je niet even naar een goed restaurant kon lopen (of je moest een uur lopen) Dat was ook het enige minpuntje.

The motel was very nice, but we happen to be on the Interstate side of the motel, so sleep wasn’t the best. The breakfast was great, would have been nice to have gluten free toast because of allergies. You saved me some calories, however. Other than being loud, it was a good stay!

Was very disappointed with this stay! Could not get wi-fi without the help of the front desk! The breakfast was marginal! Not be staying at a Hampton Inn again!

Check in was efficient, room was quiet and very clean, bed was comfy, a/c was wall unit but quiet. Breakfast was great with enough choices. We will stay here again.

Hampton Inn may not be a 5 star hotel but they are always reliable. I did happen to look in an open door while the room was being cleaned and saw the cleaning person cleaning the toilet rim with a washcloth or small towel. I know they’re washed, but ICK! I also really wish their TV’s in the dining area weren’t always on Fox News!

Walked in the door, it smelled like smoke. While walking down the hall, I see someone putting up tape, walked into my room, and it smelled like paint. Location is great, close to the SF outlet, got a delicious Poke bowl delivered. I would have left, but it wasn’t a n extended stay, so I powered through. Definitely will not be returning. Just knock down the building and start over.

Zeferina the breakfast attendant was particularly helpful. The entire staff was great throughout our stay. House keeping did an excellent job. A very comfortable stay.
