Nice property. Easy parking. BBQ grills, large fire pit, large pool, sport court and laundry machines available for guest use. Breakfast included. Kitchenettes and comfortable sofa sleepers. First time at a Residence Inn. Would choose again.

Everything was great at the property, from staff to breakfast. Ny kudos to the lady that was diubg breakfast by her self making sure wveryone was feed. She was very attentive abd nade sure nothing was enpty for guest to get . My only complaint was not having enough towels at the swinming area took about 45 min to hour to get some towels.

Our room was not cleaned even though we requested it twice and were told it would be. We also did not get toiletries in our room (soap, lotion), and when requested only got the lotion. There was also a musty odor in the room and no towels at the pool. At breakfast, not all the tables were cleaned, they ran out of plates and seemed very short-staffed with long lines and wait times for food which also was not very good.

This property is nice, has a great location, and is quiet. Check-in was excellent. However, it seems to be understaffed. We tried to get some towels, but received no answer, so we had to ask for them in person at the front desk. Additionally, housekeeping room cleaning was minimal; they missed one day, even though we had requested it, and the carpets were dirty.

Room description wasn’t clear but the studio and 1 bedroom are similar in size. The only difference being the layout where there is or isn’t a wall/door partition that separates the sleeping area. Otherwise, seems to be the same room so get the 1 bedroom if you need the privacy and if you’re by yourself, the studio might be better choice since the room feels more open. Other than that, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Has a full kitchen with sink, electric stove, fridge and utensils. They also serve complimentary breakfast for the guests too. Would definitely stay there again.

The place was quiet and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly with helpful suggestions about the neighborhood for shopping and dining. The room was quite big with everything in the kitchen so you can cook meals by yourself. It’s just like an apartment. Walkable distance to Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Safeway etc shops for everything you need. We like it, but only one thing needs to be careful: don’t get into the shower tub until you have warm water coming out because the shower head can’t be moved from the top.

I requested a room on the first floor because my daughter was having surgery and wouldn’t be able to walk far… they put us at the end of a long hall on the second floor. then when I asked to change rooms the stated they were sold out for the evening… I checked the properties availability on Expedia and there were multiple rooms still available .. i spoke to the front desk again to no scale. I ended up checking out and going to a different hotel

The place was quiet and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly with helpful suggestions about the neighborhood for shopping and dining. The room was quite big with everything in the kitchen so you can cook meals by yourself. It’s just like an apartment. Walkable distance to Walmart, Trader Joe’s, Safeway etc shops for everything you need. We like it, but only one thing needs to be careful: don’t get into the shower tub until you have warm water coming out because the shower head can’t be moved from the top.

Our room was not cleaned even though we requested it twice and were told it would be. We also did not get toiletries in our room (soap, lotion), and when requested only got the lotion. There was also a musty odor in the room and no towels at the pool. At breakfast, not all the tables were cleaned, they ran out of plates and seemed very short-staffed with long lines and wait times for food which also was not very good.

Omg! This place has amazing breakfast. I don’t think there’s another breakfast that is more satisfying than this place! Also room is comfortable and spacious. It was clean and the staff is so friendly. Highly recommend!

The properly was well maintained. The room was spacious and clean. It’s perfect for families. My only feedback is more towels. For example, there were 3 guests in the room and there we only 2 large towels. Extra foot mats to keep the floors dry. A bigger hotel name signage, so it’s readable from far away. Guests can anticipate to slow down and turn right into the property, instead of making a quick right once the sign is seen.

We stayed at the Residence Inn for two weeks and overall had a great experience. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed, which made it especially comfortable for a family stay. The location was excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and many conveniences, while still being very quiet. Since the hotel is not right next to a busy road and is near the Toyota Research Institute, it felt nicely shielded from traffic noise. Breakfast was okay. Most items seemed pre-prepared or packaged, but that is fairly common, so it was acceptable. The main downside was that the air conditioner was very loud. Also, while housekeeping came every other day, the cleaning was not thorough at all. The floor in particular did not seem well cleaned, as my child often walked barefoot in the room and the bottom of his feet became black.
