Rent och snyggt både inne och ute, kändes riktigt rent inne.

Jättebra hotell i närheten av LAX, gratis shuttlebus dygnet runt. Inga restauranger eller möjligheter till shopping i närheten. Några kilometer till hyrbilskontoren, går att promenera. Bar med restaurang finns på hotellet samt mindre kiosk. Perfekt hotell att sova på inför flygresa.

The front desk staff was terrible.They had trouble finding my reservations.They were slow as Moses.They charged me after I sat in the lobby for 2 hours waiting for my room.They charged me seventy-nine dollars. They overcharged me for the sandwich that I bought but but they did credit me back the next day after I asked told them about the mistake, I Would never stay there again.I would go to the hyatt

Room for 3 people booked and paid well in advance, using the sofa bed, after an 11 hour flight from the UK, we checked in and found the bed settee was not made up, we contacted reception who said they would sort it. Wwe went for something to eat before returning to find the room hadn't had the second bed made up. We searched again and managed to find the sheets and made the bed ourselves, this did put a slight dampner on the experience but we all slept very well. Airport shuttle easy to navigate and wasn't waiting long at all
