Shut off from the airport took over an hour to pick us up and that's with two shuttles running 24 hours. This is partially because every time the shuttle got to us it was already full. They might want to consider having one shuttle start at the top and one shuttle start at the bottom. The rooms were clean but the carpets needed to be cleaned. The bottom of the tub was super slippery. In addition to that the overlay on the tub was lifting when you stepped into the tub you could feel the space between the plastic overlay and the actual tub bubbled up. It was okay for an overnight stay.

The main issue was the shuttle to and from the airport. When I arrived yesterday, I was waiting for 45 min before the bus arrived. At the same time I saw all other buses from other hotels were circling at least twice. The ride from the hotel back to the terminal was really bad. The hotel don’t manage a list and they don’t care if there are more people than the bus can hold. I waited again about 50 min for the bus. I was one of the first people who waited. In the meantime more and more people came. There is no line that the hotel arranged and again the amount of people was higher than the bus can hold. I ended up calling an Uber! The main reason why I picked the hotel was the shuttle to and from the airport but the hotel shuttle is not reliable. I will never stay in this hotel again.

The hotel lobby was very nice and staff were very helpful. The family was on floor 12 (not sure if the rooms were renovated on other floors); on this floor, the bathroom needed updating (e.g. cabinets were old, shower had no pressure, tub was very slippery).
