The hotel is well located and the staff are very attentive. The room is old and didn't match the photos; there wasn't a living room with a sofa, just a chair in the middle of nowhere. The bathroom has a curtain, which doesn't match the hotel's category; it could have been glass to be more hygienic. Parking is expensive and you can't park on the street, but since it's valet service and we did some shopping, they helped us a lot and it was worth the price. We couldn't use the pool and gym, so we can't comment on them.

Nice location, neat and tidy hotel

The staff at Luxe is so friendly and helpful! We love this hotel and stay whenever we come to visit our grandsons! For the most recent stay, we unfortunately had to arrive late, but the staff was so helpful in keeping in touch with us until we arrived, and they greeted our arrival with open arms! We had a hectic day, so it was nice to be treated with such kindness at the end of this particular day! Originally, we thought we would be able to stay longer, but our plans changed, and the staff still treated us with such kindness! We usually enjoy a delicious breakfast during our stay, but sadly, we had to get up and leave for our next commitment! We regret having a short visit this time, but we look forward to our next visit!
