Oxford Palace Hotel

Rooms were spacious and clean. Rooms seemed recently renovated. Parking and wifi are free. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Korea restaurant inside the hotel. Multiple shops within walking distance.

No ice vending machines on any floor but ask front desk they bring it to your room. Quick and simple check in/out process, easy self parking and clean. Definitely stay here again!

Self-parking was free and safe place.

Free parking which is great! Nice staff! But absolutely need an upgrade for this hotel, no gym, no pools, and the toilet was clogged, toilet water flooded the entire bathroom, there’s also no razors. It’s just over all 4-5/10 for me.

It needs some remodeling for the interior hallways and rooms. The elevator needs to be updated and maintained. It made a horrible noise when getting on and off.

The restaurant was closed at 8pm on a Friday evening even though the operating hours posted was to 9pm. I planned on having dinner there, but had to go elsewhere.

The elevator was broken. The coffee machine was also broken that was in our room.

Great palace to stay, welcoming, friendly staff, clean room, quiet, great parking sacce and spacious. No swimming pool but i wasn't looking for one.

Oxford is a bit old and you can tell it needs a remodel. However it wasn’t terrible. The rooms were clean and neat. Downside when we were there was that the elevators were broken so we had to take the stairs every time. The hallways were really warm too. But luckily the room had good AC. Staff was friendly and helpful. There’s two dining options in the hotel. Outside of the hotel the area is a bit dirty but it is LA so not surprised there. However, we are in Koreatown so plenty of food and drinks to enjoy. Some places were also open really late so that was great. There’s an HMart and a plaza about a 7 min walk away so there’s plenty to do. I would stay here again. Just hopefully the elevator doesn’t break down again haha.

Area around the hotel was very sketchy with homeless encampments. Room was nice hallways had a bad smell. Easy parking.

Was dirty underneath the bed and the coffee maker was not working overall was nice

bathroom had mildew, furniture was old and scratched, carpet had stains, water in toilet tank ran all the time, areas in the room and bath had puty to seal cracks and holes.

The hotel was run down and the entire hotel, including the rooms had a very strong and strange smell. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel probably due to the smell. The staff were nice.

The room smelled a little

This is a relatively old hotel and it's showing its age but they could make it cleaner. Carpet in the corridor smells and sink in the bathroom is cracked.

WiFi was barely functional, walls are thin and you could hear every thing from the neighbors and the hallway. Would not recommend.

Front staff was super friendly when arrived!! Hotel is a bit outdated. Bed was not comfortable at all and room did not have an iron. Overall it was a place to sleep, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Property is very old and have old carpet smell. Exhaust was broken in bathroom. AC didn’t work the first day. Overall not a great experience so would never recommend

Location was decent. The parking garage was my favorite part. Easy to park and go straight up to the room. (And free) Very quiet hotel but was a bit rundown. The furniture could use an update. The bed was the hardest part because it was so uncomfortable and hard as a rock. The pillows were very thick so I hurt my neck and am quite sore all over from my 3 nights sleep here. (Was hard to stay asleep due to how uncomfortable I was unfortunately.

Quirky Korean-themed contemporary-modern boutique hotel with comfortable bed and Jetson furnishings; but the push-no-knob drawers didn’t always work, the lighting was challenging and the bathroom had a full length counter but only one small basin. The staff was friendly but their ability to help was limited.

Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious, it could have fit a sofa. The room service was on spot, very clean. There's good places to eat at awalking distance. I was just disappointed that the room did not have a microwave. It was a bit of an inconvenience. But overall happy with my stay.

The AC too noisy

Check in was fast and courteous. Our first room had a broken A/C unit, but we were moved to another room as soon as the front desk was aware. Both of the rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Great service and location! I called ahead because we were going to get there a little past 11:30pm and they stayed open to let us check in. They upgraded me to a deluxe room for free and the room was beautiful, spacious and clean! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars and taco stands. I really loved the free parking too!! I would definitely stay here again!

Very accommodating establishment. My parents do not speak much English and theyare very patient with them. They very much enjoyed their stay.

I’ll try to be as nice as possible but the hotel sucked. Only 2 young guy and girl who were at the desk were nice everything else was just bad. broken sink in the washroom. Terrible service. Asked them for water and they said they can’t provide me as the service desk is closed. When i was checking out i forgot my water bottle in the room and i asked an old guy as the front desk to help me get it and before i started talking to him he was screaming at someone else and also didn’t understand much English. I was getting late for my bus and uber was almost at the hotel and i asked that guy to get the bottle for me as i didn’t have my keys cus i checked out and i said room number 310 and without even double checking he went to room 510 and entered that room and a lady got mad at him and he get down in the lobby and i was sitting on the couch and he started shouting on me and screamed at me that come here because of you i went into someones room and then started shouting on me and saying wrong stuff. Then there comes the other lady that works at the desk and this guy is still shouting at me and then i just stopped talking to him and i asked the other lady if you have cameras which ofc you do you can check out that i didn’t say 5th floor i said 3rd floor. Then she asked me my room number again and she helped me get the water bottle. Why all of this cause they’ll not give me water bottle at 8 am in the morning even if i am ready to pay there’s so much more but words are limited.

Called front desk for help on one night and support arrived quickly. Convenient walking distance from food. Underground self-parking and mini-fridge are very nice.

The area didn’t feel safe

Property and staff were great. Very clean inside and outside. There were lots of homeless people at night and didn't feel safe to walk anywhere.

I love that there is no parking fee and that it is walkable to a lot of good food places and shopping in the area.

The hotelnis a little outdated but the room is clean and spacious. There a re a lot of korean restaurants withing walkong distance along with korean shopping malls. Its my second time staying here due to walkable areas of interest

We wanted a "cheap" hotel and instead we got this! Great place close to the Wiltern.

Older building, but clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and efficient! Great location and on site dining was really good.

My brother and I felt very safe and well taken care of as we staying in this hotel! The front reception were very friendly and extremely helpful! The housekeeping staff were amazing and promptly provided us with extra supplies when we requested them. The restaurant “cafe Cali” was one of our favourite places to eat and the service was phenomenal. Overall, we were so happy to have staying at this hotel and will definitely book here if we ever find ourselves in Los Angeles again!

Staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. Def would return back for another stay when I’m in town. Close by to all local shops and restaurants. And a plus that it’s free parking.

A perfect place to stay for any upcoming concerts. My three nights here for the Ateez concert were easy to find transportation and get home safely and the doors were always open and someone in front. It was nice to know I was arriving at a safe neighborhood in koreatown. The breakfast and many dining options were amazing ! Will for sure be coming back. Thank you for the amazing stay!

This is an old hotel but kept in a good condition. It was clean and the staff was nice. Only thing missing is breakfast and dining option.
