Well maintained and clean room. Jacuzzi was nice. The gym had great equipments. Hotel is perfect location (walking distance) for nearby concerts at BMO. USC across the street is a beautiful sight to see.

Excellent for attending events in USC and orientation, freshmen move in etc. Comvenient walk across the road from USC campus and parking on premises. Excellent breakfast buffet within hotel and Dining options are plenty and metro rail on Expo blvd right next to hotel. 5min walk has Expo tourism sites like california science museum, Rose garden, history museum ,space museum and stadium for major game events for football. Starbucks next to hotel too. Can get pricy during main events but nothing beats location and convenience.

I've stayed here multiple times. It is an average hotel, nothing spectacular. Nothing beats it in convenience if visiting the USC main campus. Expect to pay for parking (currently $40). If you drive an electric vehicle, charging infrastructure is poor. There are only 2 Chargepoint chargers and they are weak on voltage and amperage. If I recall correctly, it was at 205v and charging at 20A. Chargers are to the right of the parking lot's exit.

Loved our stay, exactly what we were hoping for. Clean rooms, quiet, and friendly staff. Literally in the middle of everything and close to attractions. Parking is an extra fee but has a smooth flow from garage to hotel :)

We were on a college tour and visit with our son and the USC was perfect! The room and hotel were spacious and decked out in USC history and tradition. Just a quick 5 minute walk across the street and we were on campus. There isn’t really anything else in the area that is close/walkable or affordable… We felt lucky/grateful to have found a room available.

Facilities are a little worn. The shower/tub was one of those one-piece plastic ones, and obviously worn with a few visible dings around the tub. I went to take a photo of the view, but the windows were so dirty on the inside that it was impossible. Staff was friendly and nice. Parking was free.

The road noise is pretty terrible at this hotel. My first stay was on the first floor in the suite, the road noises wasn’t so bad, but on the upper floors it’s really bad. The air condition units are loud and outdated too.

Nice hotel right off the USC campus. Staff is friendly. Water is hot in the shower. Cleaning staff is fast and efficient. Only issue was the windows leaked all the siren noise into the room all night. Would stay here again.

Great stay to attend the BMO Stadium. Walking distance. Paper thin walls, every conversation can be heard. Black out drapes were broken, sun light beamed in. Windows were dirty. Shower was a terrible set up and terrible water pressure. Water got all over the bathroom floor. Only way to sleep was to ground out all noises by keeping A.C on continuously.

The room is nothing like the photo online. Our view was the parking lot. The room was dark. The Aircon unit was very noisy and constantly fluctuated between very cold or very hot. The bathroom didn’t seem clean and barely any amenities provided. The room also made me feel very itchy and I think it was a pet friendly room as the ironing board had a lot of pet hair on it. The few positives are: right across USC and the freshman dorms if you are visiting your kids attending the school, there is a Starbucks around the corner, and location is easy access for Waymo, which we enjoyed riding for the first time. This is more a 2-3 star motel charging 5 star hotel prices esp during large school events can go up to 400-500 a night. For that price I’d rather stay downtown at the Ritz and commute over.

The staff were super kind and patient with all of the people that were in town for a concert as they were checking in and checking out at the same time. Huge props to the lady who was only on her second week of working, I’m sure that was probably overwhelming for her but she handled everything with great professionalism and care

convenience was the whole reason why we stayed there - to be close to usc. Pillows and mattress were terrible. Front staff woman was very rude. Bell hops were wonderful. Had to chase down cleaning woman to do our room. One day it was not done at all.

it was average nothing stuck out to me as amazing. just one of the cheaper hotels but not a dirty motel. staff was great for accommodating my special request! check-in process was crazy though was told a room would be available in 20-30 minutes and ended up waiting in the lobby for almost 2 hours.

The place was great and clean. I have no complaints about the place. Very great place. However, when I arrived to check in, the lady at the front desk was not very kind and gave me a hostile treatment. First, she said I had no reservation and then she refused to speak Spanish because she said she wasn’t getting paid enough to speak Spanish. This was the only downside about my stay. All the other staff we had spoken to before was very professional and respectful.

The hotel was a very convenient and safe feeling walk to BMO stadium, and there’s food options and Starbucks right there as well. Very convenient and the staff was very helpful and accommodating, and was able to let me check in early so I could get dressed for my event which was extremely helpful.

Just steps from the metro and located on the USC campus, the USC Hotel was an excellent home base for a conference at the LA Convention Center (2 metro stops, or a 45-min walk from the hotel). The area felt safe and very walkable and is close to tons of places to eat.

The hotel was a very convenient and safe feeling walk to BMO stadium, and there’s food options and Starbucks right there as well. Very convenient and the staff was very helpful and accommodating, and was able to let me check in early so I could get dressed for my event which was extremely helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! Only downside was The Lab was temporarily closed, the pizza place is M-F only and McKays closes by 11am.

Staff and service was absolutely fantastic! I had a lovely stay at the hotel. Took a star off due to the food at the hotel. Or I guess lack thereof. Didn’t realize that once school is out for the summer The Lab is closed. Also McKays is breakfast only, and the food was not great. Stopped eating there after day three. Otherwise the hotel is really lovely and super convenient!

An easy walk to BMO stadium without having to cross the street, Starbucks right next door, and several places to eat within an easy walk. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, with check-in a breeze. Amenities on property including snacks for purchase near the front desk, and complimentary water in rooms was nice. My only minor issue was room-service; I called and ordered a grilled cheese, and they brought me a grilled chicken sandwich instead. I don't really like chicken sandwiches but I didn't was on a time schedule so I dealt with it. The room service staff was friendly.

Well first when the listing on the site says "buffet breakfast" you assume its included like every hotel. Not here. The website is misleading. I looked after they tried to charge us. It says its $25 a person at the very bottom of the of the hotel description but when you get to the buffet they try and charge you $30 a person. $30 a person for a buffet is insane. We went down the street to a local restaurant for $40 total for a hot good breakfast. The showers have absolutely no hot water pressure. Cold water has mediocre pressure. The tubs look like they put another tub on top of the first one so its a least a 2 foot step down to get out of the shower. Very dangerous. Almost fell both times. Because of the tubs being so high if your tall like I am 6'2" you stand almost 10 inches about the shower head so showering is an issue. They painted the tub in the shower and the paint is peeling. Very disappointing when you charge a premium for your hotel to see.

For a hotel that associates itself with a $100,000 a year university this hotel fell below the expected standard. The fabric on the headboards in the room was literally peeling off, the pillows were queen sized pillows on Full size beds and did not fit the beds and were old and rock solid. The bathroom tub was so high they have to put signs to watch your step and bars to get in and out of it. Multiple stains on the carpet, etc. The hotel overall is extremely dated, dark. It needs a complete and total renovation. Even the front desk is barely lit, the front desk staff basically has to sit in the dark. I was extremely disappointed. The hotel is also very loud as it is right next to the highway. On the flip side, the staff was exceptional. They were very kind, welcoming, helpful when i needed directions, etc. The hotel was very clean as well.
