We only stopped for one night driving through. I should have called to make sure that the pool was working as we discovered upon arrival That the heater wasn’t working. Otherwise a good experience.

My family chose this hotel from previous experiences. But this last time we were not happy the pool and the gym were out of order. The website did not say it was out of service. We had kids upon arrival and our family looked forward to the pool and was told at arrival pool was out of service. Something like this should have been posted online.

I will stay again..Staff is very kind and friendly Clean rooms comfortably, Quit stay, they need to maintain There pool area and hot tub, i was injured in the hot tub Open take in drain cover missing amd screws missing... I checked out at 910 am in i have still yet to get my promised receipt emailed to me in 20 min of check out or the hold removed from my debit card, i called again at 130pm and was told there waiting on the manager to arrive at 330 to email me my receipt.. This has upset me more then anything... Other then that Hotel clean, and safe to stay in... Mrs Teresa Fournier

We booked this hotel at the halfway point of our 12 hour road trip because of the beautiful pool and convenient location. 15 minutes before our arrival I received a call saying the pool was closed and they would offer a full refund. Unfortunately there were no other hotels I could find near us so we had no choice to stay. The room was run down, chipped and dirty paint thought out the room. The wood headboards had greasy head and back marks from the previous guests. And the bathroom wall at the base of the toilet was stained yellow from urine.

Clean hotel, very friendly and professional staff. Our room faced the parking lot and was a bit noisy, especially when a diesel truck started up at 4:30am. Will definitely stay here again but will ask to be in a room not directly in front of the parking lot.

The room and beds were very nice and had everything we needed for the evening. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower worked fine. The air conditioner was very noisy and cut on and off and we finally just turned it off since we couldn’t sleep with that sound. The next morning the garbage was picked up before 5am and made a huge booming sound which woke us up. The breakfast was very nice and we were one of the first ones to arrive at 6 am.

Hotel is about 6 miles east of Interstate 5. King room had a comfortable bed and sectional couch. Bathroom shower looked recently remodeled - only negative was the shower head had low flow (probably needs to be cleaned or replaced) and bathroom sink drained slowly. Otherwise a great stay.

We were extremely surprised. Room was very spacious! There is a huge couch! L chaped. You can put legs up. There is a fireplace. It didnt work. Nice size bathroom. And a lot of storage, refrigerator and coffee maker. Again very roomy!! They also serve breakfast. This room was very affordable and a lot nicer than other expensive places. I highly recommend!

I was planning on staying at my usual hotel, Best Western, but they have a NO guest policy and I visit Los Banos to see my sister. The time I stayed there she was NOT allowed to come inside my room, she had to wait outside. My sister suggested La Quinta, as the reviews are really good, and the cost was quite a bit less. I am so glad I listened to her, as this place is amazing! Nadia at the front desk along with Marco and all the people that work here are very responsive, kind, friendly and helpful! The room is big, very clean with super comfortable beds, and the air conditioning works great, and my grandson loved the pool! The breakfast in the morning is an assortment of fresh fruit, make your own waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast, oatmeal and delicious fresh coffee. They have a beautiful lobby and dining area as well. This is where I will be staying for all of my future visits down here.

The front desk young lady (can’t remember her name) was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and respected. She handled check-in efficiently which was appreciated after a long day. I was in hospitality management for 30 years and would hire her if I was not retired.

Front desk gave another person my room under my reservation. I had to wait to be given another room and was not compensated for my inconvenience. Front desk was trying to cancel my current reservation and charge me again which is really inconvenient since it was a clerical error on their end

I was stranded there, got a flat on Freeway, passing wonky. It was approximately 2-3am, they took FOREVER TO CHECK ME IN. We were tired, & falling asleep waiting to be helped in the Lobby. While 2 persons were there @ Front Desk. I also didn’t appreciate the Deposit out of my card, with no heads up given.

I booked this room for my daughter. This is her review. The staff was wonderful! I requested a later check out upon arrival and it was no problem. I checked out, however, I needed to remain on the premises due to a meeting and the front desk clerk graciously allowed me to use a table in the closed breakfast area. Which was a life saver! The room was clean, beds were comfy, and breakfast had a good variety of choices. My only complaint would be the air conditioner in my room was loud and kept waking me up at night.

Nice quiet, large comfortable room and mattress. 10 months ago we raved about the breakfast in our review. Today, the breakfast was a very unappetizing. The scrambled eggs looked Military MRE's and the lid over the eggs was clearly marked "vegan", whatever that means. The sausages were also not good and neither looked attractive or were particularly hot. The rest of the meal was so so. Hopefully when we return in April we can write a better review.

Would not recommend anyone to stay. At booking my room days before arrival I was charged the entire room rate. At arrival I was told to pay 150 in deposit even tho my room was paid this was a hidden notice I was never told or read it had a deposit of 150. Bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep in and it was noise at night. Pool was great and warm but guest were noise loud and rude. Good property if you ever have to stay in Los Banos for a week. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a constant noise like a fan running in the bathroom. The breakfast was subpar. The eggs and sausage didn't taste real. It was the same thing everyday. But I would stay there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

First of all, at check-in, but with no prior notice, guests are charged a $150 damage deposit. I was refunded both times, but the damage they show in the hallways is proof that for those damage deposits they keep, nothing has been done to renew this property. HEAT/AC is impossible to adjust and hold in either of the two rooms I stayed in. Breakfast is a joke! Very small selection. Scrambled eggs were not real eggs...not taste or flavor. Sausage was hard, nearly impossible to cut, though I was in the earlier part of the service hours. No fruit, no butter, coffee was terrible. Please note: This is the first review of this kind I have ever made. In the three weeks leading up to this stay, I was in 10 different hotels. All of them were acceptable in appearance, services, breakfast, and deposits. I can only guess that maybe this is the only hotel in Los Banos, California, and that's why they are allowed to keep the doors open. I hope Wyndham learns of my experience and does something. This property is bad for their image.
