Staff is wonderful. The property and parking is good. I just wish the sitting chair was not a basic office chair and more comfortable. Will stay again.

We got in a little before 6pm after being on the road almost 12 hrs. 1st room we were given, the bathroom sinks drain plug wouldn’t lift so they moved us. When we get to the door, the passkey wouldnt, had to get a new one. We finally make it in & the room looks decent. The carpet looked like its seen better days though & the room/bathroom could use a fresh coat of paint, but thats getting picky. We went back downstairs to get our bags & the carts they had were very difficult to use. I checked the bed, no bugs thankfully. Sheets & bed were comfortable to sleep in, always a plus. One thing I absolutely could have done without is the constant smell of Marijuana. When we arrived the pregnant front desk girl was by the front door talking to a man that I’m positive was smoking weed. We passed by & it was strong then the elevator reeked of it. Breakfast was ok I guess. Frozen items like waffles, breakfast burritos & breakfast sandwiches. They also had a couple cereals, bagels & packaged muffins along with coffee, tea & juices. They do have to invest on bigger plates. Hard to cut waffles on a plate with the same size. It wasn’t the healthiest, but we were there for 5 days so it saved us some money. I did miss the fact that the rooms didnt have a refrigerator or microwave but thats my fault. We were on the 3rd floor, it was a pain to use the microwave in the lobby. Due to that & the constant marijuana smell, we might not chose their property next time.

Been here a few times now. Definitely will keep coming back when I am in the area. Staff is friendly. Safe area. Fair prices.

The location is very easy from the freeway with easy parking and checkin. There are restaurants within a short drive. The room was small but clean. The room is in bad need of a mattress replacement. I had to find a place in the middle of the bed to avoid lumps and springs.

Facility needs some work. Screws sticking up floor two threshold @ elevator. Someone could trip. Other issues

Overall not a bad place for over night stay. Location good safe well lit. In my opinion the quality of the mattress is something that needs to be looked at. Not a good nights rest because of this.

I would say it would be better if construction vehicles could park in back instead of front where parking stalls are tight and made for compact vehicles . I got my door dinged . On my new car .

We have stayed at Microtel in Ceres and we like it, I chose this one because I thought this one was going to be similar, but it wasn't, we had a very dirty room, the carpet was too disgusting, where you will pass, there were even cobwebs in the corners and It seems that they do not care about keeping the room in good condition. The walls of the bathroom were super dusty as well as the floor, dirty in the corners and corners, the covered sink took too long for the water to drain, and on the wall next to the sink full of holes where I imagine a vanity mirror was, this gives it Horrendous aspect. We have visited other cheaper hotels with much better rooms. To make matters worse, the people who stayed on the second floor were running almost from the moment we entered at 9:30 at night and so on until we fell asleep around 12:00 a.m. I don't know if maybe they had children with them, the thing is that at 6:00 in the morning it was the same story until we left the room at 9:30 a.m. Not a pleasant place to rest.

The trash cans hadn’t been emptied when I checked in. It was my first time seeing flies when walking into a hotel room.

The bathroom inside our room was filthy with mold on the ceiling. The desk in our room had huge cracks that could cut if you snagged against it.

Clean but musty smell. Older motel.

Sheets were not cleaned and appeared to have blood stains. Asked to move rooms which the counter person was very nice and accommodating. The cleaning staff were very rude and cleaned our room out while we were at breakfast before we even fully checked out.

The room smelled of mold and the mold was visible throughout the bathroom. Would never stay here again. Only positive is location due to soccer tournament.

Front desk was friendly and fuss free but our bathroom smelled musty like mildew and mold. When I looked under the bathroom sink I saw all the mold underneath. it seems like an extensive issue as the paint was bubbled above the shower also and you can tell it’s been an issue for a while that they’ve painted over. We got there late and only spent the night otherwise I would have asked for a different room though I’m not sure it would’ve changed much. Hotel is pretty run down.

The electric system is all outdated. Their lights were flickering and not working. The mirror behind the beds was broken, safety issue with little kids. Not enough toiletry. Had only shampoo and hand/body wash next to outside of shower nothing inside shower and nothing at the sink. No microwave or fridge.

Room was clean, however no mini fridge or microwave. Need to buy a cooler to keeps cold drinks on hand.

The room was clean, a bit small, but the hotel is named Microtel. The room design could have been a bit better, with moving the TV from atop the closet in the corner (a 2nd person in bed would have an obstructed view) to over the mirror above the desk. The walls were rather thin, and my neighbors up talking loudly until after 2 am. the Complimentary breakfast was microwavable burritos or a muffin or a packet of oatmeal, I do not recall seeing any fresh fruit at all and the orange juice was just a bit thick, but good. I would probably stay here again because of the price and the fact there are a few fast food places within a half mile of the hotel.

Liked: Value for a short stay, easy access and parking. Di not Like: The light switches were annoying and the bathroom lights were not able to turn on without the fan being on first.

Although check in was good & friendly, the room was terrible! Broken bathroom mirror, broken A/C, broken drawer phone didn’t work, no ironing board & iron cord frayed in multiple spots. Electrical outlets in room didn’t work or would turn off light when device plugged in. Bed was bad. Will never stay again.

For the price it’s a good deal. The room was small and the TV was tiny and up high. But everything worked as it should, beds were comfy enough and for the money, it was worth it.

Basic room that was clean. Beds were a little hard but I wasnt expecting the Marriott ;) fan in bathrrom didnt work, but I had a room on the 3rd fllor so I was able to keep the window open which I love being able to have fresh air anyways. Had a nice view of Mt. Hamilton. Staff was very nice and attentive.

Friendly staff & clean, but needs a facelift. The biggest complaint is the floors in the rooms squeak every time someone is walking around above my room. I could even hear my floor squeaking when I walked in my room. Halls are very dark especially near elevator-stayed on 2nd floor. Numerous signs in parking lot-Not responsible-Owners assume all risk-Do not leave valuables in your car.

Our stay was good. The staff was super friendly. Check in/check out was very seamless. The location was in very close proximity to my son's soccer tournament. I would stay again.

They had one employee having to do everything from give out towels give me a new key and check in. The first room had dirty walls and stains and light kept flickering. Had to change rooms and then keys would work until multiple keys were made for second room. Was a nightmare

Staff were great! Only issue was I arrived late and didn’t check room fully just went to bed. In the morning i realized the cleaning crew failed to clean restroom there we’re dirty towels on floor and the previous guest toiletries in shower.

Cleanliness and ease of use was not we expected. The first 2 days were difficult due to staff entering into our room without permission, with a do not disrurb sign on outside of door. They tossed our stuff, pulled matresses off and left the room in shambles without our knowledge for about 2-3 hours while we were eating breakfast in their Kitchen!

First of all asked for a handicapped room. I was told it would cost more. Because I was told it was a bigger room. I try to book a handicap room on Hotels.com website. It was not one of the options. This is wrong and never staying at this hotel again. Carpets were so dirty, bath tub dirty as well.

Apparently you have to ask to have your room cleaned which I did but they never responded. I stayed there for four nights and the room wasnt cleaned a single time. I had to take my own trash out and I had to request clean sheets and make the bed myself. Staff was rude and uninterested in helping guests.

Anna, the receptionist is amazing. She has a warm smile and is helpful and knowledgeable. I will stay here again.

Not much to like about this place unfortunately. Pretty old hotel in desperate need of a remodel. They advertise a free “breakfast”. That consisted of frozen breakfast sandwiches you could heat up or some oatmeal packets.

Property in general is a little dated but good. However, the hair blower in the room doesn’t work. And at breakfast, coffee pot ran out of coffee. When I asked the staff when can the fresh pot could be made, the answer was she didn’t know, because she didn’t know how to make a new pot and was waiting for the manager to come in to do so!

My stay was was excellent, breakfast was great, internet was great, bed very comfortable, staff was wonderful, 5 stars, I would be happy to stay again.

The property is not kept up very well for the price we paid. I rate it a tad better than a motel 6, but at a higher cost. The breakfast was substandard to other hotels.
