A séjourné 2 nuits

No AC in the entire building. Wasn’t notified during check in. Complained to staff. They said they would send up maintenance. Found out later it was the entire building. Pool is closed for health reasons by the city. Extreme water damage in the bathroom. Walls coming apart. Room smelled of smoke even though it was non smoking. Elevators seemed to need service. Doors wouldn’t close. Charges $15 per day for parking on site. We left. They said they would refund us, but still charged us for the stay. Still waiting for refund.

The sheets in my room were all stained and they weren’t little small stains that maybe they didn’t see, BOTH beds had a bunch of stains all over the beds and the floor was so dirty it made my socks black. The pillows looked and felt like they were bought at goodwill and used for 100 years. The bed felt like I was laying on rocks. They do offer breakfast in the morning which is a buffet and pretty good. If u are low on money and NEED a decent place to stay. It will do for a couple nights. The great thing is that I didn’t see any roaches… haha When I checked in the lady at the counter looked as if she was so upset she had to work and had an attitude. She looked as if I just woke her up from her nap or something.

The staff must of had no idea that a large biker group was checking in that day because it took 28 minutes to check in and they have no AC in the lobby. That was terrible. Got my room, I expected it to have no towels because 4 other people had returned to the desk saying the same, so when I went to the room, opened the door I was greeted with a messed up bed and Taco Bell leftovers on the desk. No towels either, but that wasn't the issue at this time. Went back to the front desk and they switched me rooms. View wasn't as good but hey...Everything was good until 1130p when I saw something move on the wall. Bug or something that wasn't help pay for the room that night so I killed it. And you know the saying, Kill one and 50 come to its funeral. Only one more that I saw and killed. Now I was worried about them getting into my luggage and stuff. Made for a night of no sleep and I actually left at 5a just to get out and slept in my truck for a few hours. They need some help there at that location.

This could’ve been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and I have been staying in Hotels for 40 years across the country. Dirty, property, rooms, needing repair and basically horrible. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Even a cockroach greeted me as I was leaving the room.
