Key cards didn't work so had to have the manager open the door each time. The first room he opened for me was occupied...oops that was uncomfortable. The chair was covered in dirt and ruined a freshly dry-cleaned shirt that fell on it for a second. The bathroom shower rod was inverted so the curtain would not cover the opening causing the entire bathroom floor to be covered in water by the end of a quick rinse off. Noisy neighbors with dog wandering the halls, place reeked of marijuana, trash on floors and in elevator, random people (possibly homeless????) sitting in halls made it seem a bit unsafe. Location was great but that was about all I can say positively

The laundry facilities were horrible and extremely filthy! I have pictures

Good air conditioning. Plenty of parking. I felt safe & I didn't hear no neighboring noise. Pretty quiet.

Great location, however no gym, no complimentary to ice and water. No shampoo in hotel. Breakfast is really just to go option, well below the standards of similar hotels. Staff was nice.

No key available to get in and out of the room. They had to escort you every time you wanted to go in and out of your room.

Awful smell in the room. TV didn’t work. No hot water. Very loud! Elevator had operating issues.

Hotel was adequate but was a no frills stay. Nothing in the kitchen, no blanket, no toilet paper or paper towels, no breakfast but coffee with no cups. Only 1 elevator worked so there was always a wait. Hall carpets were nasty.

Stayed there a few times. It’s very close to the airport. Parking is easy and I’ll stay again.

Lower end hotel, as expected, but no excuse for poor maintenance and condition. No ice machine on the floor, just one empty ice try in the freezer.

At first appearance, the hotel looks great! Once inside, you notice the rundown appearance! Staff was friendly, but the room and amenities were subpar! The carpet was stained throughout the room, the bed mattress was hard as a rock, there were no utensils in the room and you had to go down to the front desk to request the items needed to prepare a meal, the bathroom tile was peeling up in the corners, the windows were up on arrival, as to “air out” the room and it was very difficult to close, the complimentary breakfast consisted of coffee, muffins and granola bars, the fridge did not have an ice maker and the facility didn’t have an ice machine! The front desk staff informed me that we could use the ice trays in the freezer, fill them with water and place them back to freeze, which didn’t benefit us for the immediate need! I was told that I could go down to the convenience store and buy a bag if I needed it right away! Honestly, this place appeared to be where people have taken extended residency!

The floors in the room were super sticky and there were crumbs all over the floor under the bed. They didn’t even have an ice machine. The breakfast was stale old muffins and breakfast bar.

The room was not clean. Countertop in the kitchen and bathroom was awful. It was sticky. Floors had not been swept or cleaned. There were crumbs and it was sticky as I walked around. There were crumbs under the blanket on the sheet. I used a bowl and it was not washed.

The first I checked into was filthy. There was some weird stuff on the floor Ali g with some ashes ( I think) dirty towels in the floor, hair on the bed. Just disgusting. Was checked into another room and it was just as bad. Very unclean motel. Lots of un savory types hanging around. Was given a full refund and went up the street to a nice hotel. This place is a dump.

Room wasn't clean. Floors had hair everywhere, they definitely hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The toilet had pee all over the seat, i had to clean it myself. No towels in room, i had to ask

Disgusting. This property is so dirty! Public areas and especially my guest room, were filthy. The hard surface floors in my room were greasy and dirty, the carpet was stained in multiple places. The bathroom was scary, to put it mildly. Faucets covered in soap scum and mildew, showerhead so broken that more water squirted out of the side of the broken pipe than hit my body, the shower curtain bar was broken and sagging, the drain pipe so clogged that I had water up to my ankles during my shower. The desk chair was absolutely disgusting - plastic backing covered in a layer of greasy dust and the seat was covered in all types of bodily fluid stains it looked like a science experiment. There was no blanket on the bed. No toilet paper. No microwave. Most bizarre was the hotel management choice to proceed with replacement of the door locks during my stay, as with all rooms, and needed to do it at 630 in the evening. Why???? Could locks not be replaced in between guests?? I would think that properties like this- extended stay types, would actually need more care and maintenance and cleaning that others, but this was the opposite at this property. It’s quite obvious that this property is not cared for and not cleaned properly, like ever. I would never ever stay here again and will tell everyone I know to avoid it like the plague.

One room smelled like paint and the bathrooms were dirty with hair and paint peeled on bathtubs

Very dirty. Hallway carpets full of large stains smelled like urine. Clumps of dog hair visible in vestibule. Oily floors in room. Paint chipping of walls. Is in major need of a cleaning job and new carpets in hallway. Either mngr never goes there or he just ignores these things.

Beds are dirty. Kitchen was dirty. Refrigerator was dirty.

The refrigerator was gross and not clean outside. The sink in the bathroom was dirty. Dirty towels in the bathroom. The room had a musty type smell. Gross, total gross experience. I will never stay here again.

The plumbing was barely functional—the toilet was clogged and kept running. • Dirt and dust everywhere and mystery stains that made me feel like I was at a strip club. I reported issues to the front desk, expecting at least a basic apology or an offer to switch rooms. Instead, I got nothing but dismissive responses. The front desk clearly didn’t care and made no effort to fix anything or accommodate me in any way. Zero professionalism. Zero hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you value cleanliness, basic functioning amenities, or even the slightest bit of respect as a guest—STAY FAR AWAY.

It's a very average hotel, can't complain since the price was very reasonable. The TV remote had major issues, no volume control, on/off very sketchy had to plug/unplug.

AIRCONDITION WAS TOO NOIZY. AND I CANNOT STOP IT. IT WAS COLD IN THE ROOM.

It was a pleasant quick stay. Now i’m sure people stay here for much longer than I did, considering this is an “extended” stays location, so perhaps depending on time someone else might find it different. But for a one night stay, it was nice, comfy bed, nice ac. I will say though however the TV, as well as the wifi network/speed could use an upgrade. Other than that, for a quick stay, before a flight etc, it’s worth it.

The staff was friendly enough, but when I arrived I felt like the front desk person was hurrying me. The hotel room that I was given was not at all what I had thought it would be. The beds are uncomfortable. We didn’t get maid service, and had to request toilet paper. When I turned on the water in the shower, rust came out. There was a mildew stain on the drain. The toilet paper seemed used already, not the usual fresh roll you find in a hotel room. It was gross! Then the power went out for minutes, but still. I guess you get what you pay for. I recommend that if you need a cheap hotel, go to a super 8 or motel 6 rather than this Extended Stay. I’m disappointed.

The room was very quiet, the bed and pillows super comfee and the Wi-Fi worked great. The complimentary breakfast is a joke so that’s my only complaint lol. This place is affordable and in a very nice area so no riff raft

Very outdated inside the hotel . Looks a lot better in curb appeal. Very cold plain feeling . Would not go back again

I do have to concur with other reviewers who said they noticed a smell. Smelled a bit like nicotine in our room though it was clearly nonsmoking. Not terrible, but noticeable. Room was clean enough, though a message scratched in the door informed me that “TERMITE WAS HERE”. Staff were very nice and helpful, and it was a very short stay so i don’t consider the above issues dealbreakers. Your mileage may vary of course.

The front desk staff including Alexander and Melissa were excellent. They helped me coordinate an appropriate handicap room and were both courteous and expeditious.

Went at 330 pm to check in. (Check in is 3 pm)I was told as were several people it would be at least another hour before we could check in. Checked in at 930 pm. Asked to get a rollaway ( amenities say for $10 rollaways available) receptionist said No. ( end of conversation) Woke up to a voice yelling and cursing. Tub had hair, Sink had hair. Towel smelled like cigarettes ( non smoking hotel). Went to check out at 930 am (checkout is 11 am). No one at front desk. Waited, asked a housekeeper if someone was working the front. Still waited at least 5 more minutes for someone to show up. Best part of this hotel is easy parking- Not saying much

Came in at 1145pm on the 17th of August..was givin a key for a room that was occupied by someone else..Went back to front desk and was givin another key that didnt work...At this point i didnt even think he worked at your hotel...We came all the way from the valley...to get this type of service from your hotel is beyond bad ...Rick Gonzales pls would like someone to call me ...

Alexander at the front desk was excellent and so helpful as was most of the staff The rooms make it so you can prepare simple meals they provide kitchen ware and coffee machines on requests helps reduce expenses especially with children and they are pet friendly

Staff was amazing, easy check in. When asked for something was provided what I needed.

Clerk was not available when we arrived. We called and rang the bell. Nobody showed up. After 35 minutes he came and he said that he is the only one on the property. He took my drivers license and my credit card and made copies of them on a copy machine, which is totally unacceptable. We were into the room after another 40 minutes wait, because he didn’t know which rooms were available and clean. Took us to a room that had a double bed even if we have booked a king size bed for our stay, the room was primitive in amenities and didn’t feel clean. Around 2 AM I was able to go to sleep and woke up at 6 AM to leave because I was was traveling by car to another state. Waiting upon arrival for more than an hour to get my room when I was tired, and my room to be different size bed than the one that I booked is unacceptable. Making a copy of my credit card front and back along with my drivers license on a copy machine is also unacceptable with the amount of fraud that is in the world today.

Rudest employees ever went to check in at 11pm front desk person told me they system is down come back tomorrow morning at 7am thanks god I had car to drive to another hotel Do not book this place

Walked in and people were talking about some police action, clerk was very busy with duties and answering questions on the phone. he room was stark and the bed sheets wrinkled as f they had not been changed.

Great location, it is safe, quiet and convenient.

It was a pleasant experience. Near the airport, UC Irvine, and a variety of restaurants.

the stay was uneventful but the location was good, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, which was surprising. It has a kitchenette which we didn't need or use but it was clean. If there was one surprise it was that this hotel doesn't automatically stock each room with shampoo and conditioner. You have to ask for it. Also, nothing in the kitchen but again, if you ask at the front desk they can supply plates and disposable silverware for you. In general I would recommend this hotel. There was nothing bad about it!

Excellent location and very safe. Hotel acomodations very good.

Stayed one week for language school and Angels game to see Shohei Otani. We enjoyed the stay and Shohei even launched a homer in the top of the 9th we already celebrated but well you know how it ended. Hotel is located best for both school and the stadium we will come back next year surely for more heartbreak.

The room was ok. I requested two beds and they gave me 1 bed and were unable to meet my needs until the following day. The grab and go breakfast was scarce and the second morning there was nothing but instant oatmeal. I went at 7:30 and the coffee was empty. I won’t go back.

The hotel is under construction. It is dirty and does not feel safe. The breakfast is almost non-existent. The kitchenette had nothing in it. Poor all around

It was nice for the price.I didn’t like that it said breakfast was served.The only breakfast they have is cheap coffee and baby muffins.

Been using Expedia for flights for 20 years. I don't know what kind of dope deal Expedia has with Extended Stay, but I am done with Expedia. In a hurry, paid $240 online for a room I figured should have been around $100. Checked in. Trash bags, someones sock, other trash scattered in the hall on the way to the room. In the room, turned down the bed to find rice!?! plastic and dirt on the sheets. No blanket. I stripped the bed, I got new sheets and blanket, I made the bed. It was to late for us to change hotels. No shampoo. No soap. Microwave had melted cheese on the turntable. WTH! Next morning, trash bags, trash and sock still in hall. Breakfast?!? was litteraly a chocolate cupcake and weak coffee. Should have paid $80 at Motel 6. Goodbye. Never again!

Stayed four days. No house keeping, no shampoo and body wash. Bath towels have to be exchanged at front desk. Breakfast muffins and oatmeal only. Coffee just for morning, but color lighter than tea. Okay room and facilities, otherwise zero star

Does not look at all like the photos listed. The “breakfast” offered was wrapped muffins and instant oatmeal. My phone in my room was dirty, and the floor was sticky.
