Uppdaterad 2: a våningen Surf City - 1 kvarter från stranden!

Great place. Loved location, parking for both cars, clean home, plenty of room for both of us.

Kris’ place was exactly as described. The space was neat and clean. It’s cozy but was perfect for my mother and I for the weekend. It’s a short walk to both the beach and the Bay. The outdoor decks are nice to soak up some sun and the neighbors were all very friendly! If we come back we would definitely stay here again.

Property was great. Everything was as advertised. Would stay there again.

This is the top floor of an old shore house. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials. House is walkable to the bay, but really you need to drive to the ocean side, though a 3 minute drive. They have a dual Keurig/drip coffee pot and hair dryer there which wasn't listed in the ad. The main concern we had was the railing on the deck facing the road. It is very wobbly on all sides and we were afraid to get near it, as the whole thing would come crashing down. House is perfect for 2-3 people for a nice weekend away.

Our stay was enjoyable! Our host was very easy to work with and quick to reply to any questions . The house was clean. We would definitely stay again!
