Always very very clean and cockroach free. A little noisy because of the train and the trucks. But that's okay just bring earplugs. You guys need to put a little bit more chlorine in the pool.

Room was clean enough and big enough. Shower water valve is installed backwards so hot setting is cold and cold setting is hot. Low water flow. Threadbare towels. Noisy location. A large truck stop and staging area on two sides. A road and railroad tracks on another. Sort of isolated but restaurants and shopping 5 minutes away by car. Laundry room had clean machines.

Pool was closed by the city, and they didn’t even let any one know you just see a sign that says too dangerous to swim. Wouldn’t have booked with no pool. It’s mainly a truck stop motel, aka 2 hour stay motel and you see them come and go a lot.

Let’s start with the check in we check in at 3 and we left because my son had a baseball tournament they Took forever and then we checked in to our room the room was somewhat clean but the blankets had holes on the the Pillows were old and we finally we left back to the baseball field to finish playing our last game we make it back to the room when get there the Laundry room was closed I had to wash my sons Uniform Went and asked if they could open it told me they wouldn’t open until seven. We had a game at nine. The next day we had to be at the field by 815. Thank God for the truckstop next-door room is open 24 hours.

Ine of the worse hotels i have ever been in ! There is mold in the room…! It smelled like cigarettes big time ! The AC smelled like a death trap of mold air the most disgusting smell ever ! I felt i was going to catch an STD OR SOMETHING..!!! The pool was tottally disgusting!..! I was better off going to a motel 6 it would of probably been better ! For the price of this hell hole it should not be $200 plus dollars!! Ridiculous..!!!

Arrived late Saturday night and went to bed. Turned off lights and felt things crawling on me. Was infested with Cockroaches. When I turned the lights back on they ran away and hide.the air conditioning didn’t work was 103 degrees that day. Blood stains on the chairs. Blood on floor under chair. Place was a nightmare.

I did not like that there was no mention of train tracks right across from hotel. Train passed by several times during night. The bathroom was terrible, when you shower all the water would travel to were the toilet was. Dirty sheets

The room was very basic, but it did have a microwave and a fridge. We were just there to sleep so we didn't need anything else. In our 1st room, the TV didn't work, so they moved us to another room. No problems. This place is near a truck stop and very close to the train tracks. So be prepared to hear the trains go by at least once an hour. The hotel is right off of the freeway, so it is very easy to get to. We had tickets to a concert at the Toyota Arena and this place was very convenient and close by.

I didn’t feel comfortable to take a shower because the shower head was covered in rust and calcium. The staff is extremely friendly. The bed is super comfortable and I appreciate the extra blankets. I love that the rest of the room was clean, comfortable and included a mini fridge and microwave.

The room was in terrible condition. The bathroom had water damage on the walls the walls door needed repair and paint the beds had only a sheet and thin bed spread no comforter like the picture showed. All in all a terrible experience

This is my go-to. They are very clean and comfy. Front desk is open 24 hrs. And most of the employees are Awesome i just encountered a rude person one time out of over 10 stays here. A night front desk employees. They have a great selection for breakfast. I would like it if they had eggs and bacon. With the Awesome waffle maker they just got. But coffee is good and the orange juice and apple juice. Is good. The rooms are big and the beds are comfy.

The room was a bit uncomfortable as the floor, ceiling and walls had divots from water damage. The room door had a half inch gap and light came through during the night, which kept us up. The ironing board was in very bad shape and the television kept skipping during the program and volume loss.

When came up to check in, I tried opening reception door. Attendant was standing behind desk just looking at me. I seen their was an outside window so I motioned her if I go to it but she just stood their looking at me. Finally after more than a minute she finally motioned me over to the window but still proceed to ignore me for another few minutes before she asked me if she could help me. When I finally checked in she just have me back my id and card with the room key. I had to ask her which way did I proceed for my room and that's all I didn't even get a check out time reminder. Price is good but I don't tolerate rudeness.

The TV and Micowave did not work. I called to ask if it could be fixed and the office was rude and dismissively told me they wouldnt do anything till the next day. I called and asked at 7:30. That is not a late enough hour for such a rude tone. Then to add insult to injury my brother went out for a cigarette and was interrogated by staff.

The surrounding area is a little seedy, and feels a little unsafe, but the staff were great, the room was very nice, a little grimy on the floor but relatively clean, overall a great stay though. Very convenient location, especially if your are a truck driver. The noise is to be expected in this location. You are right next to the train tracks, an airport and a truck stop. But none of that bothered me.

Staff was nice , place was pretty good for the pricing and overall enjoyed the stay. I would recommend for something quick, simple and safe.There is stairs to the second floor, I didn’t see any elevator but the first floor is accesible. It’s close to Ontario Mills, next to a truck stop but overall quiet and calm.

This place is located right next to a big rig/ trucking hub as well as the freeway that has a train track- super noisy in early morning hours (5am-7am). The overall area is kinda sketchy in the sense that it’s a long, dark stretch of road that has a lot of semi’s parked along the street for the night and wouldn’t be a great place to walk- definitely drive or take a ride share to and from places. Overall you get what you pay for, room and facilities were clean and average. Booked this place as a non IE native because it was close to the Toyota arena for a concert

This is my go-to. They are very clean and comfy. Front desk is open 24 hrs. And most of the employees are Awesome i just encountered a rude person one time out of over 10 stays here. A night front desk employees. They have a great selection for breakfast. I would like it if they had eggs and bacon. With the Awesome waffle maker they just got. But coffee is good and the orange juice and apple juice. Is good. The rooms are big and the beds are comfy.

Front office lady was very nice and the property was very well maintained. Honestly I was a little skeptical being next to a truck stop but it was super clean and the beds were comfortable. No frills, was perfect for a rest before hitting the road.

I cannot recommend this property. I booked through Expedia and contacted Expedia directly before arrival to inform them that we would be checking in late. The hotel acknowledged the late arrival and indicated that our room would be held. When we arrived, we were informed that our room had been resold. We then spent more than an hour trying to resolve the issue with the front desk. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting us was rude, condescending, and unwilling to take responsibility for what happened. The situation became even more upsetting when the hotel suggested placing us in a smoking room despite being told several times that my son has asthma. Offering a smoking room after being informed of a child’s respiratory condition showed a complete lack of concern for our family’s well-being. The hotel ultimately refused to refund the money for the room they failed to provide. We were left stressed, frustrated, and forced to deal with a problem that should never have happened in the first place. A confirmed reservation should be honored, especially when the hotel has been notified in advance of a late arrival. This experience reflected very poorly on the property’s management and customer service.

There were holes in the bedspread and shower curtain. All the surfaces were dirty (tables, walls, sink, headboard, bathtub) and had to be wiped down with cleanser and Lysol wipes. The refrigerator did not get cold. They argued with me to get 2 sets of towels when the reservation was for 2 people claiming the face towel and hand towel was enough. I had to argue to get more than a half roll of toilet tissue that was left In the room. There was no ash tray even though it was a smoking room.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. During my stay, I gave my used towels to housekeeping and requested a clean set. Instead of providing fresh towels, housekeeping returned the same towels after apparently placing them in the dryer. I then took the towels to the front desk and requested a new set. Unfortunately, the front desk associate responded in an aggressive manner and stated that the towels looked like I had already used them. I explained that these were the towels housekeeping had given to me as "clean" towels. This experience was both disappointing and unacceptable. I have attached a photo of the towels that were provided to me as clean.
