Was under construction to fix garages and balconies. Would say a little dated but clean and much bigger then expected, was a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with full kitchen townhouse. Location was perfect, small block walk to the beach. Could just go outside of courtyard and see sunset over the ocean. If ever visiting in the area would definitely stay again. Would highly recommend for families too , since there’s a pull out sofa bed too.

The apartment consists of two stories. Downstairs kitchen and living room and upstairs two bedrooms. The location is one block from The beach which is fantastic and parking is behind the building, very close. Staff is very friendliy and the apartment was clean. The fully equipped kitchen including laundry and drier really came in useful. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Som Furniture was a bit worn but overall really excellent place.

This is a wonderful place. Each unit has its own hot tub and barbecue. It is a one minute walk from the beach, and a ten minute drive to loads of restaurants and shopping. Most people don't even know Oxnard has such a nice beach! If you want to get away from it all for a few days, this is the place!

We’ve stayed here before and gave it a great review; however, this time wasn’t as great. The patio hot tub never got over 90* And the grill ran out of propane halfway through. The oven wasn’t working but the maintenance dept fixed it the next morning.

Walk to the beach. Nice hottub. Well apportioned furniture, some older items. Has everything you need in an apartment. Tiffany was great, easy to work with in setting up the booking, responsive to our needs and very likable. I would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pros: free laundry and detergent, clean and fresh-smelling, friendly staff, very spacious, hot tub outside on the balcony (we didn’t use), many amenities (we did not use). Cons: no A/C which we knew about but only one box fan that did not fit in the bedroom window; had to signed lots of paperwork that said I agreed to pay a resort fee (but we didn’t), too much communication with staff because we arrived and departed outside their 9 to 6 pm hours.

Loved having washing machine and dryer access. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very nice to have personal hottub. Hot tub setting could have been warmer. The dishwasher did not seem to work when i was trying to clean up befor checkout. My room was not ready at 4:00 when I arrived at check in so I had to do other things, but I was allowed to check out a little later. All in all would stay agin

Lamps, dressers,bed frames,blinds window sills, above bed frame, and many more areas where very dusty needs new dishes some have rust. I have stayed at this location different rooms and it has always been clean this time it was very dusty

They had one roll of paper towels and only one roll of toilet paper, the floor was dirty. It had a funny odor in the suite, I would not stay here again

Overall it was such a nice little condo, great location, staff was ok. It seems like they do a great job keeping up on maintenance. My thing was the lack of cleanliness, housekeeping is TERRIBLE. Im one that doesnt care about new or fancy as long as its clean. There was food splattered all over in the kitchen, counters had whole spots unwiped, old rice left uncleaned on stove. The blanket for the pull out had a dirty spill straight out of the closet. Floors were so dirty our socks were black in mins. I dont know why everything was filthy...

Everything was great! Check in was fast and easy. The unit was clean and inviting. Close to the beach. My only regret was only staying 1 night. Will definitely be back for a longer stay.

The stay was awesome. The front desk receptionist Lucy and Tina were great. The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable. I felt safe and could walk to the beach which was beautiful. Thank You

It was a great stay. Bedrooms were upstairs with a full bathroom and down stairs had a half bath room. The whole unit as a whole would benefit from ceiling fans. There were fans in the bedroom closets.Kitchen was fully stocked and liked the washer/dryer combo. The hot tub was nice too. The cons would be that there is no housekeeping done at all, but yet charged a daily "resort fee", at least pick up the trash. In general really liked it, close to the beach and good area to be at. We would definitely stay here again!

The location and size of the unit were fantastic. One block from the beach, so can walk to beach. Oxnard Beach is not crowded and very safe. One minor negative was no AC in the unit. However, being that close to the ocean, it didn’t get hot and had a nice ocean breeze.

The property is ideally located for the fabulous beach, there are a couple of dining places within walking distance however the harbours and supermarket are a very short drive away. Our accommodation was roomy, clean and comfortable but shabby and really needed new furniture and a bit of a spruce up.

It was a nice, affordable 2 story two bedroom condo with a parking space. It was clean and quiet. The bedroom allowed too much outside light to filter through the blinds, and blackout curtains would have been a welcome addition, but other than that it was a great place to stay. We will stay here again.

The location is great, so close to the beach. I had good and bad experiences with the staff: we forgot one bag in the apartment before checking out and only realized that in the evening before leaving town. By the time I called, the office was closed but on pursuing further the staff was able to quickly help me get our stuff back. They were prompt and respectful. On the other hand, the shower gel and shampoo containers were empty. I requested the front desk to fix this but on coming back the next day they were still empty :(

The front desk closes at 6:00pm, it was inconvenient because we had a hard time searching for the unit. The light in the bathroom wasn’t working so we took a shower in the dark. The flowers upon our arrival was a nice touch.

Really enjoyed our stay at one of many Expedia locations. Check in was great and easy. Ladies at the front desk were very helpful, friendly and kind. Definitely recommending Expedia to friends and family. 😃

1. We were locked out of our room the first evening. Went and called the number on the door, got a phone tree, stayed on hold for 13 minutes, tried calling again. The property manager poked her head out the window only because she heard us trying to get in. She was very nice and quick to resolve the issue. 2. We had a hot tub - it was not pictured on the website, nor were we prepared to get it in. It was nice and clean. 3. We had a $25 a day "resort fee" - not sure for what-- maybe the free popsicles they handed out one afternoon at 2? 4. The towels for this "resort" looked and felt like old pool towels from Motel 6. The coffee pot was not clean, there was no dish detergent for the dishwasher, the remote did not work in one of the bedrooms. 5. NO housekeeping at all. We were there three nights.

Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and it rained from the minute we got there until the minute we left our unit had a slight ceiling leak but management I’m just right over quickly and efficiently turn even nicer unit....Situations are going to arise...it is how it is dealt with that makes all the difference ....we will be ..thank you

The apartment consists of two stories. Downstairs kitchen and living room and upstairs two bedrooms. The location is one block from The beach which is fantastic and parking is behind the building, very close. Staff is very friendliy and the apartment was clean. The fully equipped kitchen including laundry and drier really came in useful. Would definitely recommend to stay here. Som Furniture was a bit worn but overall really excellent place.

This is a wonderful place. Each unit has its own hot tub and barbecue. It is a one minute walk from the beach, and a ten minute drive to loads of restaurants and shopping. Most people don't even know Oxnard has such a nice beach! If you want to get away from it all for a few days, this is the place!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views, close to several beaches, extra curricular activities and dining. The price was very fair for its great location, the check in and check out process was so convenient as well. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to have extra blankets and towels available in the condos. There’s plenty of closet space and most women, and some men, like an extra towel for their hair so why not have that available? The extra blankets would be nice because the bedding provided was quite thin, and by the time we returned late at night, the ease of opening a closet to grab an extra blanket would’ve been nice. But overall we had a wonderful experience and WILL be staying here again in the future.

The apartment was really cool and it was a bonus being able to wash some clothes! The location was great and was close to a really cool little brewery called Red Tandem. The staff were friendly with great recommendations.

The property is ideally located for the fabulous beach, there are a couple of dining places within walking distance however the harbours and supermarket are a very short drive away. Our accommodation was roomy, clean and comfortable but shabby and really needed new furniture and a bit of a spruce up.

Condo had everything we needed, although the sofabed mattress needs an upgrade. Our condo was extremely stuffy despite using the fan provided during this heatwave. Lovely beach access but serious tar in the sand destroyed our shoes. Not sure there'll be a next time but management was extremely pleasant.

Great location for beach lovers. I loved that they had beach chairs and boogie boards to use for free. Only down side was not have two beds in second bedroom. Room seems to have space but it would be perfect for two couples to share compared to our family of 6 with kids that don’t like to sleep in same bed. We arrived after office hours but they made let check in a breeze.
