La chambre est quand même bien, mais l’hôtel est mal entretenu. À titre d’exemple l’ascenseur est très sale et fait des bruits pas très rassurants.

Plus: Location was great. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, surrounding shops & restaurants. Minus: The hotel can use some work. Free parking but it is very tight. Mostly for compact cars. Our room was not the best. Hard beds & no screen on our window which meant we couldn’t leave it opened for fresh air because the pigeons were a problem. Stains on the carpet in hallways as well.

Location is great and staff was nice, but other than that I can’t say much else positive. The beds weren’t comfortable, the room smelled musty/moldy, there were people across the street at 5 in the morning being extremely loud setting up for a marathon (I’m guessing as they were serving breakfast to bicyclists by 6), the fridge had a loud buzzing all night, the curtains are not blackout so the bright lights shining through from the across street parking lot/restaurant all night was difficult to ignore, the bathtub was very confusing on how to switch from bath to shower and so on. Also, be sure to make sure the door shuts all the way before going to bed or leaving because we almost made the mistake of walking away before checking and luckily turned around because we realized the door needs to be pulled shut. For the price we paid I would have spent the extra and stayed next door, but in a time crunch like we were in, it did the job for one (sleepless) night.
