This hotel have the perfect amenities for your stay( coffee is really good), the pool is awesome and so much fun for kids.

The property rooms are big they look more like apartments. The pool is a little crowded and it’s kind of weird how they have that policy You have to check in Security guard for the pool.

Really bummed the resort no longer has movie nights in the pool… nor craft time for kids… nor movies & board games available.

enjoyed with pool and slides for kids . Several families said the same comments . We booked due to pool and slides . Had 2 foot pool area for smaller kids . Needs a makeover now that Hilton bought this property.. Hilton will live up to their name and remodel.

The internet in room and at pool did not work. Mothers Day, there were people there that did not have reservations. No one was ensuring only guests were at the pools. All evening no TV was working, wifi down. Difficult to connect with family due to poor or no service. Unacceptable at a Hilton resort.

This hotel was amazing! Took my family for a little getaway this past weekend and wow! First off the property! It was awesome. We utilized their gym and basketball court area during our stay. The gym had almost everything you need to get a good work out in… and the court provided the basketballs. The room was our favorite. We had a 2 bedroom, enough to fit my entire families needs. I do however wish the second room came with a separate bathroom, but nonetheless still great! The staff were so informative. They thoroughly explained everything well, they were all friendly and helped us find our way around. Pool area was gorge. 2 slides, one big and one little. Pool it self was divided into 2 areas, a side with deeper depths and the other more shallow and small child friendly. It shares the area with the slides. My family absolutely loved this hotel, we will definitely be returning here!

Pool and staff and service were great! We had a great stay. I just hoped there would be more dining options besides the splash pool dining especially after 7 pm.

Resort was good, pool was warm but due to the weather circumstances. Parking could be expanded due to limited underground and street parking.

This resort is family friendly. The pool is great for the kids with lifeguards on duty, rooms are large with a kitchen, 24 hour security walking the property but not intrusive to the guests, and the on sight restaurant made it very convenient for us delivering to the room or pool area. My only complaint is the underground parking is not inclusive to taller vehicles. I would definitely recommend and will stay at this resort again.

False advertisement there is no steam room only a sauna and it’s hard to get to the spa and sauna because it’s not handicap accessible

Our room was dirty when we arrived. There was trash in the room and in the cabinets/drawers. Tried calling the front desk several times but no one answered. There were stains on the sheets and the rooms need to be updated. Waterslides closed at 5, so we didnt get to go on them even though the pool was open to 10.

As soon as we walked in, we noticed a nasty urine smell. The carpet was old and dirty and I'm assuming it had old urine on it.

This was our second time staying here. We only came back because my kids love the pool/water slide area. We will not be coming back after this. In our room (2 bedroom, 1 bath suite) there was: - stains on the carpet - broken tiles in the kitchen - water damage under all the sinks - holes in the sheets - hair under the bedding - smell coming from bathroom sinks Our second to last day I woke up with blood stains on my pillow case which is a sign of bed bugs. Praying we didn’t take those home with us. The building we stayed in smelled like a combo of mildew, chemical cleaner and ant spray. There is NO CELL SERVICE here, not sure why. But the internet was fast and we used that to send texts via iMessage. The staff was prompt to help when we needed things. Every staff we encountered was pleasant and helpful - including the lifeguards. The “resort fee” is a joke - we have a larger SUV so we were able to park in “SUV parking” most of the time but a handful of days there were compact cars parked there. The gym is dirty and full of broken equipment - the connect 4 game (included in resort fee) was completely splintered and unable to safely use. The only thing we enjoyed was the water slide area and jacuzzis. It was really only worth it for those things.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! This was the worst and most disgusting experience ever. We stayed here Friday to Monday and the room we had (Palm Building) was absolutely disgusting. The carpet has got to be a hazard, it smells like old moldy wet towels and it's black when you can tell it should be like green with brown pattern. Not even 5 minutes into going to our room our feet, especially my toddler's were completely black at the bottom. When we requested a different room they stated they had no other rooms available and instead gave us 6 bed sheets to lay out on the floor. They advertise that they provide infant/toddler cribs but it's pack and plays which really wasn't an issue until they brought us 4 DIFFERENT (in a span of 3 hours waiting for them to bring it) play pins and all of them were broken. At the end we were given one missing the center bottom leg and were told if that one didn't work then there wasn't anything else they could do. The bathrooms are so old and there was molding along the outside of the tub. After all this happened we asked for a refund so we could leave to a different resort but unfortunately we booked through Hotels.com so we couldn't get a refund. Pools are decent, one pool goes from 3 to 5 feet and the one with the slides goes from 1 1/2 feet to 4 feet. My kids (ages 12 to 1) enjoyed the slides, just a bummer that the slides are only open from 9 to 5 (closes at 10). We got food at the bar once, 1 chicken salad & 1 Pina colada $40.

Stayed at the 1 bedroom suite and the room was spacious. The service was friendly and loved that you are able to text the front desk for needs at anytime. The pool was amazing and heated so it was great at night. Wish there were more food options at the resort but however downtown palm springs is down the street making DoorDash easy. Things I didn’t like was rooms were outdated a little and room needed some maintenance. Ac was leaking in the bathroom area making the floor slippery. Carpet was not as clean as I would wanted but not bad. Utensils as well needed a little more cleaning but was not badly dirty. As a young mid 20s person, it’s a good resort but catered towards the older audience. Also families with kids this is a perfect place. For younger/party audience there’s better resorts in the area. That being said I would still consider this resort and may come back but would not be my top primary options.

Stayed here with my family of 6. 2 room suite was very spacious. My kids loved the pool. We will come again.

The property is located in a nice area. I like that the parking is underground and easy access from room. The rooms are nice and spacious. The pool is large and the waterslide makes it more fun. Staff is Great! They just need to upgrade their lounge chairs. The tubs for showering are hard to get into. Other than that, Great Hotel for Family!

Needs a facelift. Room was very average given the price. Pool is the main attraction. Everything else is underwhelming

Not an excellent for me cause of 2 issues. 1-check out at 10am is too early and 2-the bed was not comfortable. We felt like we we're going to fall off the bed.

The propert is well kept, loved the kitchenette option. Since my room was very close connected to other rooms, door slamming is heard very loud. Especially at night.

We really enjoyed our stay here, despite it being short! The kids loved the pool and the slide. The room itself was also great; really nice to have a kitchen - would be a great place to call home away from home if you're staying for a longer period of time. Every staff member we encountered was also super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!

The room is very outdated, the carpet was gross and the bathroom had hair in the tub There were screaming collage kids all night had to call security. Pretty disappointing this trip

Booked stay months in advance only to arrive and be told they overbooked 15 rooms! Staff was apologetic and sent us to another property a few miles away that was not nearly as nice and older, had a weird smell. It was only for one night so we made it work but it was still a major inconvenience, especially after being on the road for hours with four kiddos.

We booked this hotel along with two other families for a total of 3 rooms. Upon arriving to the hotel we were informed the hotel had overbooked and they had bumped two of out parties and booked them at another Hilton location. The new location was a full 30 minutes away from the Palm Canyon Resort. Even though Palm Canyon had called both those parties and confirmed their reservations earlier in the day. This was a huge inconvenience to have three parties staying at two locations 14 miles apart. When we asked that we all be transferred to the same hotel they said the second hotel was full also and they could not place us at the same location.

It was a very nice, clean place. At the pool area all employees were very friendly and helpful. Especially the ones in the bar👌They do need to work at the front desk area. By helping or asking questions, they were just plain rude.

There were no towels at the pool. I had to walk my 2 kids (4 yrs old and 17 months old) up to the room without towels. It became a big slipping hazard which my 17 month old did slip and fall 2 times. I was told I need to go back up to my room (after getting in the water) to get towels leaving me with no towels to shower in. Called and asked for a crib at 5pm and nothing. Called again at 8pm and they finally brought one at 8:30pm. You aren’t allowed to bring a cooler which is absolutely ridiculous considering it was 120 degrees out. My daughter still drinks milk and wasn’t able to bring it in. She also had dietary restrictions due to her seizures and I couldn’t bring anything in for her. I have been here a handful of times and probably won’t return. We actually left a night earlier because it was getting ridiculous.

Huge thank you for an amazing stay. The customer service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room met all our needs and more! This hotel will be top on my list when I return to Palm Springs! We will be back!

Stephanie at the front desk is amazing!! I mentioned we’re staying for our anniversary and she went above and beyond and made us feel special with a fruit platter and gift basket. Most definitely will be back!! Especially with such great customer service like that, appreciate you!

The receptionist was very rude, her name is Vanessa Alí. There was a line to check in, there were three ladies in the front desk. The other two were busy but Vanessa was free, so I asked her if she could help me to what she very very rude replied “don’t you see I am busy plus the rooms are not available” I never expected that reaction specially coming from a person that is supposed to help the guest and give them the welcoming with good manners. She was very rude to me and I will never go back to the place anymore. It’s sad that they hire that kind of disrespectful people. I am very disappointed, specially because the price should match the service.

Had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were modern and clean. Having the kitchenette in them was a game changer for being able to make toast and heat up / cook food to save on dining out. The pool was fantastic and the bar tenders were great. The front desk staff was very comunicative and assisted quickly with one minor issue and were quick to follow up to make sure everything was sorted out. The security was helpful in assisting with our luggage. We will definately be coming back here in the future.

A family friendly property with a great outdoor heated pool! Property is a bit dated, but we didn't spend much time in our room and it had all the amenities we needed. Close to golf course and some amazing hiking trails.

Generally a good property. Parking is convenient except for anything over a sedan. Near town but quiet safe area.

Location is close to downtown Palm Springs. Pool is big and very clean. Prices for drinks and food also good price. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this place

It was relaxing and what we were looking for to relax the mind. Near the downtown and there are so many food options there.

Quiet and out of the way

This is a great property in a very convenient location. Close to the airport and downtown.

Just spent 8 days here. The staff was phenomenal. The hotel has a gorgeous pool area split into one that is 5' deep and a shallower kids/family area that included 2 slides. The pool area was well maintained and clean and there were a lot of loungers and umbrellas as well as tables and chairs in covered areas to escape the sun. The pool was heated and amazing for an end of day swim. There is a nice little pool side bar with a nice selection of drinks (highly recommend the Lada Mango) as well a decent selection of pub style foods that can also be ordered to the room. Breakfast was available from. 9-11 and it was good as well. The hotel was recently taken over and one whole building was undergoing interior renovations but we never heard a thing or saw any mess. We were in a studio room facing the pool. It was clean but very dated and showed signs of wear. We didn't care because we weren't in there much except to sleep. Even the studio had a reasonably stocked kitchenette. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again, especially since the rooms will be fully redone by then.

Decent pool. Pool bar overpriced

Overall great experience, Food was way better than expected for hotel food. Great amenities. Rooms were clean, just a bit outdated. We will be returning, would definitely recommend. All of the staff was very friendly and polite.

Property is older but in the process of being renovated. Staff in all departments are excellent. Could use an actual restaurant for convenience in addition to what exists at the pool bar.

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Rooms are like an apartment with a small kitchen. Bathroom was clean had a large tub. Handheld Shower was available in addition to stand-in tub. Staff was very professional. Monica @ concierge was knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel is a bit out of the way and need a car to get to restaurants, etc. Street to the hotel was not lit, so didn't feel safe walking outside after dark. Single restaurant by the pool closes at 6 so not convenient. Breakfast is not included. Covered Parking available. Carpeted floors. Pull out sofa bed was great, so were the mattresses. Spacious closet, lots of drawers and cabinets in the main bedroom. Safe provided. Towels and pool towels also provided. Had a good stay.
