Consistently clean, great customer service and the breakfast continued to be good! One of my favorite hotels to stay

Staff was so rude. My room had lights that didn’t even work.

Uncomfortable beds no hot water for 2 days.

Upon arrival, we were given a room that someone was already staying in. We opened the door to find guests and their belongings and had to go back down stairs to find a different room. The second room reeked of cigarette smoke as did much of the floor. on our second night, the smoke alarm in the room started to go off every five minutes or so at 10:30pm when we were already in bed. When we called the front desk, they wanted us to identify the issue and then suggested we remove it and take out or replace the battery. seemed odd, but we did and it still beeped so we wrapped in a rtowel and left it in the hallway. Overall not a great exerience. not to mention the room itself was dingy and
