Water was not clear. Internet was extremely bad. None of the vending machines worked. Elevator out of order. A/c worked well, staff was friendly. Just need more maintenance work

The motel is a very standard motel. Don’t try to go in the lobby however, it will be locked. You can only check in through a window on the side. If you’re handicapped make sure you get a first floor room as their elevators don’t work and when asked if they would be working soon, the cleaning staff laughed.. so it’s been an issue for a while it appears. The rooms don’t have curtains.. they have shades. The shades do not offer much privacy for room as you can see out of them when closed. The room itself was alright. Had a refrigerator and microwave small tv and a standing shower. The guests at this motel during my visit were fighting in the stairwell arguing in hallways slamming doors at 4 AM.. and the hot tub that is advertised is non existent. The pool has no Lou he chairs just a few chairs to sit in. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to family or friends and I won’t be returning to this location.

A clean hotel with good AC, clean bed and fridge. Bathroom had zero problems. No snack machine but they did have a soda and ice machine that was a tad slow on creating ice right next to the elevator that my girlfriend is still waiting on. 😁. Overall a great stay and only a 45 second walk to food and coffee shops. Thanks guys!

This place was nice and clean the only issue I had was the parking, the parking spaces are very limited and get full fast.

Girls weekend getaway turned into extended stay and me getting sick, dumped, and everyone around me fighting. The maid was really nice and i had the pool to myself most days. Elevator was not working and key card for room would often not work so there was a lot of stair action on this stay. Great place to stay. Very clean and safe. My only complaint was the elevator wasn’t working and having to jump up luggage to the 3rd floor was tough. Other than that…FANTASTIC!

Deceiving advertisement. I for sure thought I was getting a room with jacuzzi tub, instead I got a regular room. Very disappointed.

We booked the hotel based on Hotels.com reviews. At check-in, the lobby was locked, and I went to the outside check-in window. The manager (Son) ran my card and checked us into the third floor. We unloaded our luggage and went to the elevator. The elevator was not responding. I returned to the registration window and rang the buzzer. The man came, and he said he had a sign in the lobby (that was locked) stating the elevator was broken. I asked for a refund, and he refused. My wife and I had to accept the room, but after watching a family of five that had a small child in a wheelchair have to carry their son to the second floor and the other older son carry the wheelchair, I realized it could be worse. At check out, I told him it was unacceptable that we had to go up and down nine times during the two-day stay, and I asked for a partial refund. He said no. I told him his family mistreats people and takes advantage of the housekeeping team that has to walk up and down the stairs with supplies to clean the rooms. Son said to mind my own business. I told him I would file a complaint, and he said he didn't care. The elevators cost $150,000 to fix. He knew the ADA requirement and the law but didn't care. Hotels: you should not advertise for this property. I will file a formal complaint with the California Department of Business Services and The California Standards Commission for the continued ADA violation. I was informed that the elevators have been broken for over one year.

Bed was very firm, but I need a firm bed so for me it was perfect. HUGE room. More outlets than necessary but better than not enough. Great water pressure and hot water. Very friendly staff. Elevator didn't work Saturday night. Phone doesn't work in the room so I had to call from my cell phone. By the time we checked out early Sunday morning, it was working again. Pool only open until 6 p.m. so we weren't able to use the pool. Booked here to relax in hot tub after walking all day and never got to use it. Vending machines and ice machine were inoperable so that was frustrating. Large room fridge and a microwave in the room was helpful. Some wear and tear throughout but more important that it is clean than new, which it was. A bit high of a price point for very little offering but as long as you know what to expect, it was fine. Also, there are not dressers for unpacking. It had a one person couch/chair, and a desk with chair

Bathroom sink was clogged to the point of almost over flowing. Many stains on the walls. Sheets had stains. Mattress was very hard

We have stayed at this place twice now. We always request nonsmoking because I can’t stand the smell and suffer from migraines so the smell of cigarets is a no for me. Our room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone was chain smoking in there. The room, and the bathroom both had a strong odor of it. I had to spray our room with a mister I had to try to cover the odor. Also the AC didn’t seem to be working very well. However the staff is great, very friendly and helpful. They have no pool here.

We always stay here when we come to California. The rooms are super clean, housekeepers are awesome! I definitely recommend to stay here, I traveled with my family and felt safe. This is a great hotel it’s close to a local market, starbucks, and a lot of local restaurants. You can go to Chick-fil-A (within 5 mins), in an out is nearby. And if you want to party, you can find local clubs nearby.

This was our 2time that we were gonna stay there that’s why I booked again cuz our first time staying was wonderful very clean everything looked nice but this 2nd time I couldn’t believe it the room we got had a smell the sheets were dirty they had hair almost all the bed did the pillow cover they didn’t change it they were dirty the outlet were broken the smoke detector was broken it was a disappointment that I will not go back. I didn’t go tell the front desk and he did apologize and said he will send someone to clean it I told him we just wanted a refund and he did that part we didn’t had any problems

The room was fine. Mattresses are super firm. Almost like you're sleeping on the floor. Towels are all stained, even when you get "clean" ones. Room itself was pretty clean.

I payed it in full through hotels.com i checked in qnd the still wanted a deposit in cash no closet or drawers . We i checked iut they made me waitl tell someone checked the room to see how the riom was left. Never in my life have i ever felt so insulted.

The front desk clerk was very nice. Very helpful in making sure i had a lower floor room due to my disability. The housekeeper was so super sweet and making sure i had everything i needed!

It’s ok uf you have a car to move in the city.

Despite the high ratings for this location, our experience was much different. Loud noises, yelling, and generally unpleasant folk were hovering in the parking lot during the evening and night. It is most definitely a motel, with exterior doors rather than interior doors to rooms. But, given that it was somewhat near LAX and affordable, we were glad to find it.

Enjoyed the space, coziness, and privacy of the room. I do wish there was a snack vending machine since the property didn't offer complementary breakfast.
