When we first arrived, room looked nice. But during our stay the sink drained very slowly, the light above the sink worked the first day, but didn't work the next morning. The bed was very uncomfortable. Didn't get much sleep. The breakfast did not offer much..they just had bagels, bread for toast , yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, hot chocolate and orange juice.

The Lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional she also gave me the wrong card key! Me and my Aunt stood outside swiping the card key until the older guy opened the door and said can I help you with something I immediately apologize to him and went back in the office and explain to the lady that you gave me the wrong key for the wrong door. She then got loud with me and said that it was the system‘s fault and the lady that worked before her and she turned the computer around to show me that it was an honest mistake however, I don’t feel that way anyway I wouldn’t wanna stay there again

A beautiful property but poorly managed. When we arrived at the hotel late in the evening, the front desk lady was extremely rude which left a bitter taste in our mouth for the rest of the stay. The WiFi wasn’t working there and the continental breakfast was a total disaster - only bagel but no cream cheese, one type of cereal and coffee. The front desk young lady, Dayis Flores, in the morning was very helpful and nice. The hotel should keep more friendly people like her. The rooms were smelly and were not well cleaned upon our arrival. I wouldn’t stay again.
