We recently stayed here for a family vacation. I booked months in advance which originally stated breakfast was included. When we arrived I was advised that was no longer the case which was inconvenient but understandable. Was told the elevator was in one location but unfortunately was not able to find it the first night which was inconvenient for my elderly mother. We later went done and asked the front desk where the elevator was and the directions sent us to a wall. I’m sure my children went down every hallway and did not find an elevator. I would suggest the management put more signs up to help guest. All around property was clean and maintained but the staff was not very helpful as I would have liked. We stayed in a number of hotels on this vacation and this had to be the worst of the 6.I rate the hotel a 2/5 my children rate it 0/5.

Was charged for breakfast, but website says free breakfast. Asked the staff and they said, "Oh, they haven't changed that on the website yet I guess". Then was told my food would be delivered to my room in 10 minutes. I called after 45 and was told the cook was preparing it and would be there soon. It was delivered and the person delivering it did not look pleased. Then he returned in a few minutes with a big smile and another order of the food, saying my original order was delivered to the wrong room and was still sitting in the hallway so he brought it to me

The staff were excellent. I had to check in early and there was a room for me. The very nice lady took two minutes to get me registered and I made it to my meeting. The entire time that I was at the hotel, the staff provided excellent service. Thank you!
