I had to switch rooms 3 times. I made the mistake of getting the first floor. This hotel is always my first pick but do NOT get the 1st floor. First room was just filled with cigarette smoke, I mean not a faint smell but HORRIBLE. The second room had stains everywhere. I mean everywhere. Unclean curtains and floors. The 3rd room, was okay. I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep, the TV did not work and stains everywhere. Staff should know when it’s time to throw things out. And should stop cutting corners when cleaning. Every rooms water leaked into the tub and was just storing in the bathroom tub. Just poor maintenance, and no one took care of the very noticeable issues. The staff was helpful in making sure we got a clean room. Make sure to never stay on the bottom floor of this hotel…

When I arrived at 3 o’clock, I was told there were no rooms ready then they got out the front desk disappeared for roughly 20 minutes and came back and gave me a room when I went to the room. I sat there for 20 minutes and waited and the maid told me that that room was not clean yet I then returned to the front desk and waited for another half hour before the gal showed back up and she gave me another room that room was in a poor state of repair. The shower curtain rod was hanging down so far that the shower curtain wouldn’t stay shut. The toilet seat was about to fall off and the hand towel had a large hole in it, and there was no Kleenex.

Dirty room, staff wasn't much help, breakfast was a joke. Very unsatisfied. Room we got had a balcony, but u can't access it because of a wall & window.
