I love this hotel. I have been staying there for 10 years. But it’s time for them to remove the carpet. It is really dirty. Other than that the place is clean and wonderful. Replacing the carpet with tile would be easier to clean. I will stay there again.

Everything was good until 2 loads of my laundry were stolen out the dryer and when I notified staff and asked her to roll back the cameras I was told sorry I'm only able to view live footage on cameras but management should be able to help u tomorrow afternoon during the weekday by then everyone was gone so my loss

Room was reasonably clean. But the whole environment was completely sketchy. The front desk clerk was inaudible behind her plexiglass window. The breakfast was decent. I cannot recommend this place. And I cannot recommend hotels.com.

Worst customer service ever. I have stayed here 20+ times and will never again. Terrible customer service and appreciation. AVOID. Much better options close by for the same rates.
