Hotel room was fine but the air conditioner was so loud I could not sleep.It was very hot outside so we had to use it.Also, the pool was a jacuzzi and crowded. We were disappointed.

Parking lot was a little tight and awkward. Lots of foreign families. Construction starting at 9 AM. Employees, super friendly and helpful. Reckless was a really good spread. They had omelettes and sausage.

Room smelled like smoke. Room had cigarette burns on couch. Area of town less than pleasant. Hot tub was cold. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but were given a room with 1 king bed and an old pull out couch. We were told it was an "upgrade,\' it was not. Breakfast was decent, but seemed open to the public. People literally eating on the breakfast counter where the food is served.

The staff were not very friendly. I was there with my children and we had a noise complaint against us at 8pm. Then all through the night we were woken up with people banging on walls and floors at 3am. The water pressure was awful in the toilet and shower. The furniture was dirty and dusty.

Honest Review - Roaches! We stayed here Fri. Dec. 6 after Jingle Ball at the Intuit Dome in room 218 - woke up 4AM to use the bathroom and there was a brown roach running across the floor and over half a dozen smaller black ones on the floor and in the tub. Killed them, we figured the bathroom had an issue, closed the bathroom door, since we were exhausted, tried to get some sleep bef 11AM check out. My friend went to use the bathroom around 6AM & there’s a full on infestation - roaches crawling all over the bedroom walls and some even falling down onto our stuff, there was even a roach IN the bed! We hurried to get our things & leave - let me name and number for the manager, never received a callback, zero effort was made to make amends for that nightmare of a night. Strongly suggest staying elsewhere if you’re visiting the area - this hotel has a roach infestation but offers free breakfast, so enough said!

The 8.2 rating was misleading, the best way to describe the room was of someone who hadn’t washed their hair for a week or two, that’s what it smelled like to me. I think it was the 3 little spiders that took us over the edge, we didn’t sleep well at all. A good night rest is certainly worth $60.00 more at a decent hotel.

Extremely happy with my overall stay. The staff was friendly, it was a great location, I came during the week so parking was easy. The breakfast was amazing. There were plenty of options….. I would like to add that I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, I did a thorough investigation as soon as I walked into the room. Very very satisfied will definitely return.

The television in the room was not functional, and unfortunately, I encountered spiders, with one falling on me while I slept. The property experienced some noise from traffic on Artesia Boulevard. While the staff was very pleasant and the continental breakfast was excellent, the presence of the spiders and the street noise detracted from what would otherwise have been a pleasant stay.

Rooms were fairly clean and somewhat renovated. We experienced significant noise from guests in the floor above resulting in significant loos of sleep. Took two hours from 2-4 AM for hotel employee to stop the loud party, music, loud talking, spurred by my promise to call police if they did not. It is unpleasant to smell open use of marijuana on premises, despite its legality in CA. Breakfast is soso. I will not stay there again.

I’ve never slept so poorly. Other customers stayed outside of the rooms until 3am laughing, screaming and yelling. My ac unit was very loud and between it and the people Outside my door, I barely slept.

Five stars for Manager "Arish" and desk hostes "Meeng". We spent three nights there and observed Arish constantly checking the premisis and asking guests if they needed anything at all. He defines "hospitality host" very well. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Will we return......absolutely. Outstanding service should be recognized, and this place truely deserves it. There is no substitute for quality. Again...5 stars.

We stay at this hotel whenever visiting the area. The rooms are clean and usually enjoy our stay but the last couple times what has stood out the most it the Front Desk Lady, her name is Mayra( hope I spelled correctly) she is super fiendly, efficient, helpful, attentive and truly provide excellent customer service. Thank you Mayra!!

We checked in right at check in time and our room wasn’t ready. The guy at the desk gave me our room keys and didn’t say it wasn’t ready, he just said let’s hope it’s ready. So my husband and I unloaded and when we got to our room they were still cleaning it. We ended up waited outside of our room with all our things since we had already made the trip with all our belongings to the 2nd floor. We were able to finally check in 45 minutes later. We settled into our room then decided to use the hot tub inside the room about a hour later we noticed water dripping from the ceiling into our hot tub. We let the guy know at the desk and he said they didn’t have anymore jacuzzi rooms available but he can check us in to another room with a discounted price. That’s great and all but it was so unfortunate because my husband and I went there to relax in a jacuzzi room and ended up waiting for our room to then having to move rooms. It just wasn’t a pleasant relaxing stay like we had hoped.

Front desk people lack good customer service. The workers in the breakfast area had better customer service than them! Our restroom was full of ants and when I notified them they didn’t care. Was my first time and will be my last taking my family there!

I had a wonderful stay. Billy at the front desk is your man!, he was very helpful and no waiting around. Room was nice and perfect area for feeling safe and plenty of shopping malls to go to. Lots of stores with in walking distance. Over all totally worth the price. Hotels free breakfast was good. I would recommend the waffles you make ur self. The photo is from the ins-trance.

I called and stop by the front desk for 3 days to ask for the safety box to be fixed and I was ignored, they said there was report from the previous day. The isolation between rooms is very poor, I could hear EVERYTHING in the next room. It has a very bad experience, I don´t recommend it and I would never go back.

I had an issue with the check in. My reservation only had me staying for one night but I reserved two. The ratings on hotels.com were not accurate. The hotel is run down and on a boarder line bad area. It’s more like a motel….cheaper rooms just for the night. The check in lobby was locked and I had to stand outside. This is absolutely a bad sign. Safe for the workers but not for me. There was vomit just outside of the front desk. However I must say that the workers in the breakfast room are the best. They are really nice and made my day start out on a good not. I believe they are too good of a worker to be working at this hotel and should be promoted to a better position!

Nice motel. Room doors lead to outside, not an inside hallway and traveling as a single woman I usually try to avoid this. Facilities were clean and parking was limited, but available.

we stayed 2 nights in a SUPER QUIET room tucked away 'near the back' (211), and then returned and spent 1 night in a 'not as quiet' room (adjacent to main 'corridor' and parking lot) (203). But we mainly returned for the AWESOME BREAKFAST >> waffles, omelets/scrambled eggs, sausages, juice, yogurt, coffee, .. Staff very friendly, able to score two extra pillows!, hotel is walking distance to several 'dining' options and other conveniences .. thumbs up !

Coffee maker did not work. Additionally the TV remote did not work and required a replacement. Breakfast set up is a little underwhelming. Staff tries to help whenever possible.

Extremely happy with my overall stay. The staff was friendly, it was a great location, I came during the week so parking was easy. The breakfast was amazing. There were plenty of options….. I would like to add that I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, I did a thorough investigation as soon as I walked into the room. Very very satisfied will definitely return.

Very poor customer service experience Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was extremely frustrating from beginning to end. The hotel’s phone was practically impossible to reach. Calls were not answered, whether made by the guest or even through Best Western’s own customer service department. The check-in experience was also terrible and took hours to resolve. The staff could not locate a reservation-change ticket that had been created by Best Western’s own Customer Relations team, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Another major inconvenience was the hotel’s refusal to accept payment through Apple Wallet/Apple Pay, requiring a physical credit card instead. In 2026, for a hotel serving international travelers, I find this extremely outdated and unacceptable, especially when digital wallets are widely used for secure payments. Overall, there was a serious lack of communication and coordination between the hotel and Best Western’s central customer service. What should have been a simple reservation and check-in process became unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. Very disappointing experience and far below what I expected from the Best Western brand.
