The little Thai place next door is amazing. I wish the guy at the front desk had told me I needed to plug in the fridge--I learned that the next morning when I saw that the milk I had brought was not cold. The bathtub did not hold water too well--it would fill but then would immediately start emptying. My stay was very nice and the room was very nice. It was quiet and felt like a safe place. The parking lot was well-lit at night and I was always able to park near my room, which I appreciated. I felt the front desk was responsive to requests and when I needed to extend my stay by one day they were helpful with that. I loved the location (3 blocks from a beach with public access--on Topaz) and there were lots of nice places to eat within walking distance. I liked the scale of the property--two stories and not too many rooms. I would stay there again.

We stayed one night, it was a fine experience. Amenities were pretty basic for the price, but when you consider that its in Redondo beach, the price is fair I suppose. Parking is easy. Within walking distance to the beach.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small and have a bit of a musty smell. But the hotel is in a fabulous location within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The on-site free parking was a huge plus!

This hotel is a good choice near the beach, 3 blocks, and walking distance to dining. Nothing fancy but room has TV, micro and coffee maker. Parking on the property. Thai dishes restaurant is next to the hotel with very good food.

Bed is very hard. No elevator, so desk person had to carry my luggage upstairs since there were no further rooms on the ground floor. He did say if I would have mentioned that I needed a ground floor room when booking they could have done that. I just didn’t realize that the place did not have an elevator.

We just needed a quick overnight stay. They had a family friendly pool and we could park near our room. Fairly new paint, clean and comfortable bed. Not much for personal care items but what they had, smelled good. Thank you for keeping your rooms affordable so close to the water!

This is the best place to stay in Redondo Beach or Torrance. A family run accommodation whom are super friendly, accomodating and thoughtful. Our check in was super easy. The room was immaculate. You can park right next to your room and the location is walking distance from everything you need. Highly recommend!

Second bedroom curtains and sheets were raggedy. No bed bugs, no bugs period. Bath towels should be retired. Tiny miniature bars of soap. Manager was very courteous, approachable and professional. I’m glad I stayed. I brought my own towel & soap. I was safe and the bed was comfortable. Thank you!

Had the basic things for a brief stay and was reasonably comfortable. The staff on the first day were welcoming and helpful and helped carry my suitcase up the stairs. Location was great for walking down to the beach and the on site Thai restaurant was handy too. The room didn’t smell overly fresh, and the air conditioner smelt so terrible that I was unable to use it.

This is a very comfortable and quiet hotel. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. I like that the rooms have coffee makers, refrigerators, and microwaves. Excellent budget hotel.

Pros: The room was small and dated but clean. The bed was comfortable. Cons: There was only one bedside table, and no table or desk. Three of the four electrical outlets beside the bed did not work. The bathroom towel bar fell off the wall when the towel was removed. There was no switch plate cover on the bathroom light switch. Both the a/c unit and the refrigerator in the room rattled loud enough to disturb sleep. (We took photos but are unable to upload them.) The coffee in their lobby was like sludge and the creamer was disturbingly separated. We tossed it and had coffee at the restaurant. While we didn't expect it to be a destination hotel, the online reviews are way more complimentary than our experience. Perhaps don't let them give you Room 104.

My last night there, Friday 11/14/2025 early Saturday 11/15/2025 at approximately 3:30 am I was awakened by the people above my room arguing very loudly who were either dropping or throwing things on the floor. I called front desk and the guy said he would check on it. They kept on for a good half hour, maybe a little more. I couldn’t fall back to sleep so I packed and checked out around 4:30 am instead of 11 am that morning. I will never even consider staying at this place again. Beside this the room had no table to sit and eat at and the towels were horrible.

Very good room for the price/location. Having a junior suite, with a separate bedroom allowed a "snore-door" which helped out, since I am reportedly a loud sleeper. Not on the beach, but close enough.

Great location. Beds were comfortable and they were very good to us as we arrived early and dropped our luggage off before heading out for the day. Really close to the beach walkway which was very nice to see. Lots of restaurants to choose from about a 20 minute walk away.

For an older motel, this has been kept up well. The price is reasonable and the area is good, walking distance to beach. The staff were great.

Great location. Beds were comfortable and they were very good to us as we arrived early and dropped our luggage off before heading out for the day. Really close to the beach walkway which was very nice to see. Lots of restaurants to choose from about a 20 minute walk away.

Very nice area. Walking distance to Redondo Pier, 3-4 min to Walgreens. Clean hotel, very nice staff, a lot of dining options in the neighborhood. Hot water, tea, coffee in the lobby.

This is the best little hotel in Redondo Beach. Easy 3-block walk to the beach and on along the strand to The Pier. Noah, the manager was really really nice and so accommodating for our requests. We will be back!

Very nice staff and the inn is in a good location, walking distance to the Redondo Beach Pier, and a lot of restsurant options. I will definitely go back.

For the price I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very nice and it’s in a great location where I could walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Parking can be a little tight but that’s indicative of the entire South Bay. I was glad that there were two beds even though I was by myself, I found one much more comfortable than the other.

The little Thai place next door is amazing. I wish the guy at the front desk had told me I needed to plug in the fridge--I learned that the next morning when I saw that the milk I had brought was not cold. The bathtub did not hold water too well--it would fill but then would immediately start emptying. My stay was very nice and the room was very nice. It was quiet and felt like a safe place. The parking lot was well-lit at night and I was always able to park near my room, which I appreciated. I felt the front desk was responsive to requests and when I needed to extend my stay by one day they were helpful with that. I loved the location (3 blocks from a beach with public access--on Topaz) and there were lots of nice places to eat within walking distance. I liked the scale of the property--two stories and not too many rooms. I would stay there again.

Pros: The room was small and dated but clean. The bed was comfortable. Cons: There was only one bedside table, and no table or desk. Three of the four electrical outlets beside the bed did not work. The bathroom towel bar fell off the wall when the towel was removed. There was no switch plate cover on the bathroom light switch. Both the a/c unit and the refrigerator in the room rattled loud enough to disturb sleep. (We took photos but are unable to upload them.) The coffee in their lobby was like sludge and the creamer was disturbingly separated. We tossed it and had coffee at the restaurant. While we didn't expect it to be a destination hotel, the online reviews are way more complimentary than our experience. Perhaps don't let them give you Room 104.

This hotel is a good choice near the beach, 3 blocks, and walking distance to dining. Nothing fancy but room has TV, micro and coffee maker. Parking on the property. Thai dishes restaurant is next to the hotel with very good food.

Had the basic things for a brief stay and was reasonably comfortable. The staff on the first day were welcoming and helpful and helped carry my suitcase up the stairs. Location was great for walking down to the beach and the on site Thai restaurant was handy too. The room didn’t smell overly fresh, and the air conditioner smelt so terrible that I was unable to use it.

Awesome location by Avenue C and access to the Esplanade. Bring lots of quarters for the silly parking meters. Great restaurants and other services on the PCH. Excellent value, spacious rooms and cable TV that works well.

My room looked a little rough. One of the doors had a broken hinge, a side table was missing some hardware, and the blanket and sheets seemed a bit worn. The staff were very friendly and the location is excellent. It’s close to Manhattan beach, Hermosa beach, Redondo pier, and Palos Verdes peninsula. Honestly, this is a budget motel so I don’t wanna judge it too harshly. I’d stay here again.

This is an older hotel that has been remodeled. Our room looked freshly remodeled and even had a slight smell of fresh paint. The room itself was small, but reasonably well equipped for the space available. The bathroom and sink were small, but the shower was a good size. All of the fixtures looked new, including a nice lighted and heated mirror. The bed was comfortable and also seemed to be new. Overall, this hotel was a good value considering prices in the area. I would stay here again.
