Comfort Inn & Suites Rocklin - Roseville

It was raining and the parking lot flooded leaving very limited parking. Receptionist could have been friendlier.

Older property as many things were being repaired or even out of service (2nd floor ice machine), 1 of 2 elevators was being repaired. It was clean and in a decent area of town. Breakfast was good and there were many choices. I was back at my room around 4 daily and no housekeeping had been there yet so I skipped it.

Hotel and employees were great. Bed was hard and jacuzzi was not working. Good breakfast in the morning and dining room was kept clean.

The staff was so nice, it was very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was really good lots of choices and healthy options. The gym was nice and quiet. The pool area was too busy for us and no where to sit and the hot tub jets were on the fritz but would be nice at slower time.

My stay was really nice complementary breakfast in the morning indoor gym & laundry. It was a very comfortable experience

The beds were are as a rock as the pillow also. The place was so noisy we were woke up multiple times. Went down to use the Jacuzzi and it was so dirty it was disgusting. I will never stay there again.

Chose the hotel for the pool and hub tub…both closed. Breakfast was substandard. Room was clean but that was the only plus. Cut my stay short to go elsewhere for the pool and hot tub.

No ice maker, room damaged.

On a 102 degree day I found out the pool was closed. There was no mention of that when I booked the room. Then I got to my room and found that the AC had not been turned on and the room was 85 degrees. It took 3 hours to get the room to 75 degrees and it wasn't comfortable until after nightfall.

Parking was limited

Roaches and no safe in room.

I would honestly say that I will never stay here again. This morning we found a cockroach in between the shower curtains and one more running across the floor. Having experience in the food industry, I knew to look under the refrigerator in the room to see if there were more. After moving the refrigerator, we found 2 more dead roaches and one smaller one that was still alive. I grabbed one of the housekeepers to show her what I saw. We immediately left our room and went to the front desk to let them know. The lady at the desk said she knows they have water bugs but they are not cockroaches. I explained to her I have experience with this and that they are definitely roaches, and clearly they have either nested or beginning to nest under the refrigerator. I was completely baffled by not even receiving an apology from her. She just said well I guess I will have to call pest control then. Her attitude was kinda rude and this is definitely not the best way to run a hospitality business in my opinion.

The outside of hotel is old and outdated. The inside is remodeled, clean and nice. Had a very nice breakfast.

I was supposed to stay two nights but checked out after my first night. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The room was not very clean. Carpet had large stains but the worst part was the black mold in the shower. Horrible!

Everyone was very pleasant & professional our room was very clean & bedding smelled fresh! This is our 2nd stay with you & we will continue to use your Hotel love it!!! Thank you all for a lovely stay!

I did not like that they never came in to clean the room in the 4 nights we stayed. We could pick up clean towels at front desk if we asked, but our room was never attended to. Location was good. Breakfast was included.

I stayed five nights. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast was very good. However, I had to ask three times to have my room cleaned. It was finally cleaned on the fourth day only after I got upset with the front desk. I would probably stay there again.

My rating is based on the fact that no room cleaning services were provided during my five day stay. It was only upon my insistence that they cleaned the room one time. We had to go get our clean towels, shampoo, soap at the lobby desk. Of course no cleaning supplies were provided to us even if we were willing to clean up after ourselves. The hotel staff at the desk were dismissive of my complaints, at best. This is not what a comfortable, and PAID, hotel stay is supposed to be like. It made me wonder what amount of cleaning of the rooms they ever do. My advice is to check on cleaning practices with hotel bookings going forward, especially as Covid instances are increasing.

The location is great. It’s close to gas stations and fast food and very close to the highway. The only downside is the building is old and there isn’t any sound dampening. You can hear the people on the floor above you walking and the maids cleaning as well as people talking in the hallway.

The staff was wonderful, and the hotel was fine, but the walls were paper thin. You could hear everyone in every room around us (including above our room!) and in the hallways. Super friendly, clean, nice accommodations. No complaints there at all! But I heard every step above us and every TV and noise all around us. Have they even heard of insulation?!?!!? Nice overall and good breakfast! Clean accommodations and very nice people. Decent area in safe nice neighborhood.

Only issue was the very loud heater

The room was really clean and nice. The staff was great, the breakfast was really nice. But absolutely the firmest hardest bed we’ve ever slept on. The floor might’ve been more comfortable. My body ached every morning from trying to sleep on it.

It’s too easy to hear people in adjoining rooms separated by the double doors. People from different parties shouldn’t be placed next door to each other in those situations.

Overall great stay, clean and comfy bed. The only problem is Wifi cant do no work at this hotel:( otherwise we would stay again.

The room was clean and beds were fine. The WiFi was problematic. It kept cutting out. I went to front desk and they got it back on for a few minutes and it cut out again. The breakfast was weird. The bacon was so thin like paper thing. The pastries were so small. The French toast sticks were bland. All in the free breakfast was not good. I’m not usually one to complain but this will not be a place I want to stay again.

The hotel was nice and served its purpose. However, the heating/ac unit was unusable due to the loud sound. The bed was comfy, the staff was friendly and helpful, all in all, a good choice!

Front desk was very friendly and accommodating, esp given we checked in after midnight! Room very clean and comfortable. Would have liked an extra blanket but too tired to go back to front desk to request. Still, temperature was comfortable and responded well to manual adjustments. Breakfast this morning was varied offering proteins as well as carbs, and tasty, not just cereal or freezedried eggs. I wish they had to-go lids for coffee

front desk was very un helpful! i asked for a rag and got we dont have any extras? What hotel doesnt have a ton of rags? Anyway i wont stay here again since they cant be bothered to find me a rag! Customer service is non exsistant here. Makes me wonder who they hire!

I just want to say I never stay in a hotel, that when you come out of your room for breakfast. That staff see you and know that you are staying there. When my husband and I gotten our breakfast and went back to our room the key didn’t open the door. So my husband went to the front to get the key recoded. The staff said she couldn’t recoded the keep without our ID. She knows that we are staying there she was the night audit, and she spoke to us when we came in the night before. All I belongs was in the room so we were lock out the room and she wouldn’t let us back in our room. My husband told her the room number and told her his first and last name she look in the computer saw that he wasn’t lying . That’s was good enough for her she told us we had to wait on her manager before can get back in the room. My husband and I were very upset in the service that we were given. I told her that I never had to in an hotel where I needed to always have my ID on me. We only came out the room to get breakfast and couldn’t get back in the room until the manager came. The manager walk up and said rekey the key they’re guess here. We took these two days stay for our anniversary and to get away because our daughter passed last month and we just wanted to get away. This was not a good hotel stay and we will never go back to the place again. This was a very hurtful experience.

I visit the Roseville/Sacramento area four or so times a month for concerts. And each time, I pick a different hotel from before. From now on, I’ll be staying at the Comfort Inn. All because of the young lady that helped me check-in yesterday afternoon. I apologize for not including her name here, but I cant remember it. She was naturally pleasant without seeming forced and just all around welcoming.

Great service. I watched Nicolas kindly manage a guest that wanted extra help. Well done.

From check in to check out, it was a great stay! The front desk staff were amazing and, with the hotel full with kids for a soccer tournament, staff put those of us not with the soccer scene on the upper floor where we would be away from the chaos. I've never seen another hotel have that forethought for its guests. Great breakfast daily, eco-friendly (no daily cleaning when we didn't need it), and the beds were comfortable. Normally my back, hip, or both hate me after staying at a hotel but not here. We were here a week on a last minute family emergency. This hotel takes pride in what it does and it shows in the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. Will stay here again in a heartbeat!

I have several complaints to make about this property. The heater did not work. They brought in the maintenance person two times to try to fix it on something that when he came the first time was not working. The person at the front desk was not friendly was not workable was very rude. We ended up having to get another room, but you could tell that she wasn’t happy about that. I would love to be refunded for this day. It was terrible. Please contact me as soon as possible. I do not want to pay for the stay that we had

Check-in is supposed to be 3:00pm. The room was not ready until 4:30pm, one and one-half hours late. The staff was rude, unprofessional, discourteous, and vindictive when inquiring about the delay.

My husband and i stayed here for a family get together as we as alot of our family. The rooms were average but clean, nothing fancy but affordable. All of that aside we were met with a very rude front desk host, she acted like we were all a total inconvenience even though we greeted her with nothing but a good attitude. We had numerous encounters with her throughout the night each worse than the first. When leaving we asked for her name to which she replied "I dont have to tell you that" we explained that she was very rude and we'd like to talk to her manager about it. She proceeded with telling us bye repeatedly and then used some foul language towards my husband when he asked for a receipt. I would have said i enjoyed my stay. But the way we were treated is unacceptable, so we will not be back.

Good place to stay if you don’t need any frills. Clean quiet rooms, only let down is the tasteless breakfast offerings. Will stay again.

Very pleased with our clean and comfortable room. All staff members were friendly and professional and free breakfast offered eggs, sausage and potatoes, waffles and other items—very yummy and well done. Would definitely stay here again or at another Comfort Inn.

I stayed here this past weekend because I was attending the Beale Air & Space Expo up at Beale AFB. Check in was fast and easy with friendly folks manning the counter. They had nice cold lemon infused water at the front as well which was wonderful since it was blazing hot outside. My room was very clean, did not have any strange smells. Breakfast was great with hot food and the eggs were deliciously prepared. I would definitely go back to stay here again in the future.

I had an awesome stay here! I was originally suppose to stay Tuesday night though Saturday night but i came in a day late so ended up on stay Wed Thru Sat instead! But i still had an amazing time! I was there to see my son who i hadn't seen in 14 yrs!! OMG i just didn't want to leave!! But the hotel was really clean, the room was very comfortable, i even got cold and i asked the front desk for an extra blanket and they were very nice and gave me one without any problems. The staff was also curious and friendly to everyone. Now the continental breakfast could use a little help!! That bacon was really awful!!! And the scrambled eggs one day they were good the next day they tasted like rubber and awful!! And the yogurt in the fridge i don't know what they do to it but 2 days in a row i got one to take to my room and i put it in my fridge and took it out after awhile to eat and it would be no good! And the dates would still be good on them! I told the staff but I don't know if anything was done because I never got another yogurt again. Besides that my staff was amazing!

I stayed here last minute due to the weather and it was a nice place to stay. It was easy to check in. The room was clean. I wish the breakfast room had more seating.
