The property as a whole was ok if you take in consideration that everything seemed broken. The pool was not working and elevator was broken, so no ice. And Nono e seems to care. We the customer is just forced to suck it up. We arrive late and there is no direct line. The property just says contact hotels.com. We can’t issue and credit. Just disappointed.

Though this hotel is a bit dated, the staff was personable and breakfast was good. The gym was not great and had no towels or cleaner to wipe the machines.

This is not a Park&Fly hotel. I was fooled by the “free parking.” It is only for the night you stay, otherwise $10 daily. Great shuttle to and from SMF. Comfy beds and great staff. I will stay again!

The bath tub drain did not work. When you switch the faucet to shower the stopper came into effect. As you taking a shower water is filling in the tub. Went down to breakfast at 9 and no food. 1 hard boil egg and little bit scramble eggs. Been to many marriot and was never disappointed but this stay was not very enjoyable. Not enough parking. One big truck took 5 spaces. According to front desk, this vehicle has been there for couple of days.

The elevator gyrated and shook every time it stopped when I went to my room on the third floor. The shower never got hot enough. There wasn't enough storage in the room; the two small drawers provided were very shallow and didn't hold much. Only one side of the bed had outlets to plug in electronics. The toilet was very low and uncomfortable for me to use. The shower was very narrow.

Our room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was not great. I have very long hair so I need more pressure to wash it. The bed was comfortable and I love the variety of pillows that are offered. I liked the amount of parking space there was because we could park close to the exit where our room was. I appreciate the safety the hotel offers by making the entrance into the alternate entrances contingent upon the room key cards for entry so only customers staying at the hotel can get in those doors. Safety is very important to me when I am staying at hotels, especially when I am alone. Breakfast was pretty good. I appreciate that the employees offered to bring me to Sacramento airport twice, between checking and checkout. Thank you for having that shuttle service, it is very nice even though I already had a ride!

The first room was too noisy. There was kids running back-and-forth upstairs. The second room was filthy in the refrigerator didn’t work and there was trash all over the floor had not been vacuumed. The third room seemed fine, except for I found a bra behind the curtain in the morning This Hotel needs to work on their cleaning also boogers on the curtain.

Knobs for AC had been removed, lights too dim to read by, breakfast too late for me to eat and still catch shuttle (opened at 7am), NO hand lotion, dirty tub and rusty water came out, THIN walls and ceiling, adjoining room bolt difficult to engage, Tiny postage stamp pool. Coffee single serve came with disposable plastic sliders! Horrible environmentally!! However, restaurant across the street (Bear something or other) was excellent! Expected more from a Marriott

Impressed! Spotlessly clean room. Everything looked new, including bedding to bathroom fixtures. No peeling caulk around the tub. Breakfast area was super clean. Great breakfast options compared to many, and had healthy options like sugar free syrup, oat milk. Even had salsas for the eggs and the jalapeño cheese soufflé.

Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was excellent. Dont have any complaints. Even the complimenary breakfast was delicious. No junk food, loved the endless oatmeal with healthy toppings. Saved some money while still in my pajamas! The pool was excellent, not too big and the grandson loved it. Will be returning!

This is a great place if I had a complaint it would only be that the heater is so loud it was like an airplane taking off. Bed is comfortable all in all a very nice place to stay

We enjoyed the smart TVs in our room and the hot daily breakfast which was included every morning. They no longer have Paul Mitchell products in the bathroom and the water pressure was very weak. Otherwise, our room was really comfortable and clean. Microwave and mini fridge included!

A typical Fairfield Inn with a good breakfast and clean and spacious rooms. I really liked the shower, very modern and large with a small foot shelf in the corner. Nice place to stay and right by the 80 freeway!

Did a park and fly. We called the hotel and they picked us up from the airport, got checked in went to dinner and went to sleep. Very nice employees and hotel. Highly recommend.

The staff was unwelcoming, I was asked why I am staying there during my check in. That was rude. In addition, I figured out that the shower handle was broken. It was pretty late to disturb the stuff, so I spent the night without it. I told it to the stuff in the morning, was offered another room to take shower (before checking out?). No even discount or apologies were provided. Overall the hotel is clean and breasfast was nice.

First staff member wasn’t rude, but clearly not a friendly welcome either. I called down to the front desk to have a wake up call at 4am (which was the same person at check in), which I thought she scheduled. We never received call. My second alarm (which was my phone, backup to the hotel wake-up call) was ready to alert us at 4:30am. We both know we never got a call since we both naturally woke up at 3:50am and knew we only had a few minutes before the wakeup call. Checked the time on my phone, and it was 4:18am. Shoot! They we were rushing since we had a shuttle and flight to catch. Lady at checkout very pleasant and explained about when the shuttle would be ready for boarding. Driver nice and got us there safely in time. Place/grounds/room was very clean. Felt safe and restaurants near by.

The key card did not work. Took 3 times of going up&down to replace cards. NOT once did the desk clerk express any type of concern for the inconvenience. NOT ONCE. I generally stick with a couple of the major hotel brands when I travel. This was a one night stay. I will never stay at that Fairfield/Marriot again. Probably will influence whether I choose a Fairfield ever again. Terrible customer service.

The staff were very kind and accommodating! They even let me pick which floor I wanted to stay on. The check in and out process was extremely easy as well. The property is a little tucked away, so it’s quiet and in a calm area. Food is close by if you don’t have transportation or there’s some great local restaurants 10 minutes down the road. Highly recommend if you need an affordable stay and somewhere close to the SMF airport!

The room was nice. The staff friendly and efficient. However, one of our cars was broken into and some luggage was taken. They broke one of the windows in their rental. So safety is a concern. The areal looked safe but obviously is not. There are places to eat within walking distance so that is nice but if cars are being broken in to is it safe?

Nice size room, carpeted. Not a fan of plastic cups but seems to be the trend these days. Asked for quiet room and walk in shower since husband has difficulty walking and they were very accommodating. Black bear restaurant next door was handy. Didn’t try breakfast. Easy on/off access to freeway.

Quiet location even though just off the freeway. 15 minutes to Old Sacramento. Clean rooms, friendly staff with a decent free breakfast. Definitely plan to come back when we visit Sacramento.

Knobs for AC had been removed, lights too dim to read by, breakfast too late for me to eat and still catch shuttle (opened at 7am), NO hand lotion, dirty tub and rusty water came out, THIN walls and ceiling, adjoining room bolt difficult to engage, Tiny postage stamp pool. Coffee single serve came with disposable plastic sliders! Horrible environmentally!! However, restaurant across the street (Bear something or other) was excellent! Expected more from a Marriott

There was no indication prior to arrival that they were going through a substantial remodel and didn't have an available lobby. The breakfast is temporarily in two guest bedrooms, worst ever experienced. They served cheap microwave burritos (no options without pork or meat), cerael without milk, and bagels with no butter or cream cheese. The room was lovely, would just expect communication and compensation for the temporary compromises to quality you expect from Fairfield due to remodel.

The bath tub drain did not work. When you switch the faucet to shower the stopper came into effect. As you taking a shower water is filling in the tub. Went down to breakfast at 9 and no food. 1 hard boil egg and little bit scramble eggs. Been to many marriot and was never disappointed but this stay was not very enjoyable. Not enough parking. One big truck took 5 spaces. According to front desk, this vehicle has been there for couple of days.

A typical Fairfield Inn with a good breakfast and clean and spacious rooms. I really liked the shower, very modern and large with a small foot shelf in the corner. Nice place to stay and right by the 80 freeway!

Great one night stay after a long flight. We arrived at the airport and called the shuttle for transportation, they were prompt and arrived within 15 minutes. Driver was friendly and offered to load and unload our luggage. Front desk check was quick, room was on first floor and very clean. Breakfast is served 6am-9am and included many good options from cold to hot.

Impressed! Spotlessly clean room. Everything looked new, including bedding to bathroom fixtures. No peeling caulk around the tub. Breakfast area was super clean. Great breakfast options compared to many, and had healthy options like sugar free syrup, oat milk. Even had salsas for the eggs and the jalapeño cheese soufflé.

When we arrived at the hotel, the outside looked a little ghetto, but the inside is completely redone and absolutely beautiful smells great. The service was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Would recommend.

Excellent front desk service. Having access to a pool and hot tub until 10pm is a huge win. The breakfast offerings are also amazing as well. Scrambled eggs, Quishe, cereal, waffles, bagels, muffins, sausage and oatmeal!!! Even some fresh fruit as well. And the convince of having a Black Bear Dinner and a Burger King within 50ft of the hotel property is a nice way to cut costs on a trip. As always the hotel shuttle is a great amenity as well. This was my 2nd time staying in 6 months. And would stay here again if staying in Sacramento!
