This hotel seems very new and very nice. My kids had an amazing time in the pool in February. The water was so warm. We were accommodated with extra blankets and pillows for our large family. Unfortunately the breakfast has gone down hill. The hot food use to be a lot better. I will stick to the bagels and pre packed serial next time.

Booked on expedia says there was hot tub and pool. There isnt one kinda upsetting main reason i picked this place. Staff was nice a friendly. Quick for extra pillow and making sure they could do anything to help as i wasnt happy. Rooms were clean.

Hotel is beautiful, clean, and safe feeling. Booked by mistake. IT WAS 104° THEY HAVE NO POOL! They refused tobrefund because i booked an unrefundable room. I paid for insurance, and still unable to cancel. Also, dened a swim at the sister property near by. Bad taste! And WILL never book with them again

We got to the hotel for the pool and breakfast, but they had no pool, so we left too early for breakfast. The last one who checked me out was pleasant. The guy there last night was not even trying to be helpful. I'm very disappointed.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the bathroom. There were splashes of brown stains on the toilet seat and on the shower curtain as well. I believe it was poop stains. Really gross. We won’t be going back for sure.

The room was too small for a suite with 2 Queen size beds. Not enough space, no lighting in the closet area and only 2 trash cans. Also, too crowded between the sink area and the door to the bathroom. Not enough space to move around the room. Too narrow aisle and too dark in the corner where you put the luggage. :-(

The room configuration was very odd and the tv was in a weird place because of that.The bathtub was very worn out and definitely should be replaced. Wallpaper is also peeking in the bathroom. The refrigerator made clicking noises all night. The beds were comfortable.

Bed was not comfortable, it lacked support. The water pressure is so high that turning on the bathroom sink makes too much noise. Walls are very thin too. The night I stayed here some other guest best to us was having a full on conversation at 3 am which interfered with being able to fall back asleep.

I chose this hotel as a first stop in the US after a long flight. It’s an older hotel but rooms are spacious and the location is quiet. Comfy bed, good curtains. Very disappointed that we booked a room and upon checkout were told the rooms were sold out. They did transfer our party to the hotel across the street at no extra cost but we spent lots of time looking through hotel choices and choose this place for particular reasons only to have to go elsewhere. I would caution booking from here in the future. Overall the staff were very polite and courteous so that helped.

While SpringHill Suites are not known for luxury, the accommodations were clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. It is in a business park that is convenient to restaurants, downtown, and other needs. There is a large homeless population in and around Sacramento. The office park around SpringHIll was loaded with them. While I went out for a walk during the day, I don't know that everyone would be comfortable at night.

Our stay at the SpringHill Suites was very pleasant. The staff was very informed of all the amenities of the hotel and the surrounding area. Everything we needed was in close proximity. The airport was close, the Mall was within couple of miles, there was plenty eateries, and lots of fun for night life.

This is our second time staying at this property. The hotel is in a quiet, off the beaten path office park area. It is quiet and there is very little traffic. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was delightful. There were lots of toppings for the oatmeal, which is exciting because we’re real hotel oatmeal nerds. The staff is friendly and helpful. We’ll be back!

It is a quiet place for a good night sleep. We stayed in the two queen bed room. The mattresses were too soft. The facility is in a very convenient location. The staff was very helpful. The waffles were great. It could be due to batter mix or the waffle machine. We also appreciate the free parking. I will recommend to stay here for comfort and safety.

I’m ‘differently abled’ and it was actually a good property for me. The tub had a stability bar that I could use and it made my bathing stable and my husband didn’t need to help me. And it didn’t have that ‘hotel motel’ odor that I despise so much😅overall, a very nice stay

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Sacramento. The property is in a quiet area of office buildings and it feels tucked away. We love the staff here. They are always friendly, helpful and professional, ready to answer questions or provide any items we need. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, and the breakfast is always varied and plentiful.

Breakfast looked good, but there were almost no gluten free options. They did have Oatmilk, which is nice. It would be nice to have gluten free options for breakfast though. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was a breeze and check in and out was super easy as well.
