The staff here is the worst. Unprofessional and literally curse out loud, not friendly at all, and my tv and wi-fi barely worked the whole time. When my tv didnt work they actually asked me to try and fix it like im on the payroll. When the tech came he didnt fix the issue and said oh well you have some channels at least and walked away. Netflix doesnt work even though its an option and youtube barely works sometimes. I went outside to my car not late at all and Hessie the front desk lady who is terrible by the way, locked the doors on me and saw that my keycard didnt work, she was looking at me the whole time and just sat there watching me until finally moving her arm to push the button to the lobby after she grunted super loud like i was interrupting her from the nothing at all she was doing. Its a place to lay your head down at night thats it, would not recommend at all besides that.
