Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend! The hotel was in absolutely terrible condición. It was extremely dirty, disgusting, and poorly maintained. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the overall environment was unpleasant. There were also many homeless people around the hotel and on the upper levels of the building, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during my stay. This was a very disappointing experience. The hotel did not meet even the basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety that guests should expect when paying for a room. I would never stay here again, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and look for a better place to stay.

Arrived late; smooth check-in. I asked about restaurants, and he suggested McDonald's was a block away, but only car service after 10 PM (??), and a Denny's a little farther up the road. He also said to watch my wallet if I walked. The room was rather stark, with an overwhelming smell of sanitary spray that I eventually didn't notice throughout the stay. Just a bit annoying at first. I wanted to iron my shirt for the next-day event. I picked up the iron to plug it in, but the plug fixture was cut, and I could not plug it in. The ironing board had no cover - just a wire grate. I looked for a towel to lay it down on the bathroom sink instead, and there was NO towel in the room. I called the front desk, and at first he said he didn't know if there were any clean towels yet, but he found one, brought it to me with 2 washcloths and a working iron. The next morning at 7 AM, I wanted to shower early to make an 8 AM meeting, only to discover that there was no soap or shampoo. I called the front desk and was told that they would bring some after 10 AM! I then Googled "drug store nearby," and found a CVS 3 miles away, and drove there to buy soap or shampoo. After I showered, I used that same towel to dry off and lay down as a mat. The one positive thing about the stay was the wide array of channels on the TV. 3 homeless people were waking up on the sidewalk across the street as I left in the morning. Never again would I stay here. Parking - good

i booked this thinking the rating was 3.8/5 but i was incorrect it was out of 10 and that was very evident. staff was kind but the hotel is truly not for everyone. in the kindest way possible this place felt like a residence for sex workers. while checking in they were offering an individual a room without a working shower, then later that night there was intense yelling/arguing which prompted me to call the front desk. cops were quick
