Great choices offered, and we loved opening the doors and having coffee overlooking the courtyard. The in-room espresso was a nice perk. The health club was clean and the pool was quiet. Very nice hotel. The room is clean and large and comfortable. The front desk staff was super polire and helpful and makes me feel very welcomed. Although the hotel is on the main street, it is pretty quiet. The only minus is that the train runs right next to the property. It is very loud when the train came by, which happened twice in the afternoon. I was in the spa hot tub at the time and it was pretty alarming. Aside from that, the spa is great. One thing to note is that swim lanes needed to be booked in advance. I didn't know so I didn't get to use the pool much.

Nice hotel but slightly pricey. Staff very service minded. Free access to neighbor health club however, one needs to book a time slot to go for a swim in the pool. Breakfast is delivered to the room. We would prefer to have a breakfast restaurant instead.

Southbridge was great. I particularly like having access to the spa next door - and loved being able to do swim workouts. While the air temp was mid 30s, the pool temp was a lovely 80.

Wonderful stay. Everyone was friendly. Quiet for the most part besides a loud car and a few noisy folks coming back to their room at night. Cobwebs could be cleaned along the exterior, but wonderful nonetheless. Would definitely come back whenever we visit the area again.

The hotel staff was very helpful with providing maps to the area, extra water, suggestions for activities, and a roll-away bed. They deliver breakfast to your room at no additional charge. The room was large, and it was perfectly clean. This was a nice hotel. If you have kids, note that the spa pool next door is for adults only.

Southbridge Inn was a beautiful, well cared for, nicely appointed and very clean hotel. The bed was excellent. Even our standard king room was beautiful and spacious. Marcel greeted us when we first entered the hotel. Her service was so very warm, personable, and highly attentive to details. She made a great first impression, and then our whole weekend followed in similarly excellent fashion. This is a wonderful establishment. I highly recommend it.

My mom and I had a wonderful stay at Southbridge to celebrate her 89th birthday. We loved having breakfast in our room with really good in-room coffee! Our wifi was spotty but that just forced us to disconnect and be more in the moment. Loved being to close to walkable downtown St. Helena, and also easy access by car to wineries in the area. Wish I had lit a fire, but Mom didn't want one.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and we truly enjoyed our stay. They have several breakfast options to choose from. We also got a delicious complimentary cookie daily and apples. The only thing I would have liked is a bigger closet to fit our wedding attire and more mirrors.

Room a bit noisy from hallway. No bedside table on one side which was right next to bathroom door. Poor arrangement seemed due to room architecture. Otherwise a large and nice room and great bed.

Lovely property. Located right in town. We walked everywhere. No need to drive. Grocery store is right across the street. Surrounded by great restaurants and shopping and you get to watch the tour train pass through during the day.

Everything is good at this hotel. We will come to stay again. Front desk and cleaning ladies are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean. They make very good coffee. Complimentary in-room breakfast is convenient. The location is great

Loved everything about it. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. The cookies at turn down are delightful and the breakfast was excellent. Great choices offered, and we loved opening the doors and having coffee overlooking the courtyard. The in-room espresso was a nice perk. The health club was clean and the pool was quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience with Southbridge Napa! Absolutely loved the hotel room, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was updated with the nicest amenities, the winery and restaurant on the property are such an amazing touch, the breakfast delivered to our room every morning was such a treat, and every person was so kind and accommodating!

Great boutique hotel in St. Helena. Wonderful staff, beautiful room, great location in Napa, and access to the fitness center was an added benefit. Breakfast delivered daily was the best. When we revisit Napa, we will surely stay again.

Nice hotel but slightly pricey. Staff very service minded. Free access to neighbor health club however, one needs to book a time slot to go for a swim in the pool. Breakfast is delivered to the room. We would prefer to have a breakfast restaurant instead.

We were greeted very nicely on arriving. 5 star The only complaint we really had was the breakfast. When we received our tray it didn’t have everything we had ordered. It was a nice room.

Lovely hotel. The room was spacious with high ceilings and a beautiful view of the courtyard (+ a fireplace, which is charming, even if useless in summer!). The furnishings were a bit underwhelming, a bummer only b/c the space has so much potential. Breakfast delivered to your room for free in the morning is AWESOME. Access to the "spa" right across the courtyard is great too, but FYI it's more a nice health club than an actual spa. Three stars is for the fact that there were several basic maintenance/structural and service issues, which in fairness, affected me more than most - I came here to recuperate from knee surgery; I can walk and carry stuff and use stairs but it all takes extra effort - still, the issues are not what I'd expect at a luxury hotel. The elevator was randomly out one night, meaning everybody had to take the stairs (no apologies or check-ins about this). My last day, the water was shut off from 10am-noon, and check-out is at noon, which made this really not ideal. I asked for a late check out but they said no, and suggested I could go to the spa to take a shower instead. But hobbling across the courtyard with my toiletries is not what I go to a fancy hotel for! Finally, none of the doors have auto open/close, which is a pain when carrying luggage, even if your knee is fine. I had to carry my stuff in two trips, three doors each time, and was clearly struggling and no one helped until the very end. Lovely hotel but not a luxury hotel, at least not for me.
