Hotel Majestic

Suite was clean w/ ample space. Hotel in good location although not walkable to Union Square. Overall, very good for price.

I love this hotel. I seek it out when traveling to San Francisco.

This is an older hotel with hardwood floors. I was on the second floor and could hear every thunderous footstep of the occupants in the room above me. They were up making noise until 2am or 3am each night. I barely got a restful night of sleep while I was there. I told the front desk employee that I wanted a quiet room upon check-in but I knew that he was not going to upgrade me to a higher floor room or a room with a bigger bed (I paid for a double bed) based on the price I paid on hotels.com so it was futile to request it. You get what you pay for and so lesson learned on my part. I don’t recommend this hotel unless you can fall asleep like a log and not be bothered by the loud footsteps of the occupants above you.
